I sat looking at April's session titles so far, while listening to a lecture about buddhist emptiness that was interesting because the speaker was looking to understand from his own direct experience, though informed by many conversations and much reading. Toward the end of the lecture he drew upon Paul Bloom's writings about pleasure and essence that drew out a context for understanding appreciation without, or empty of, story.
There are many kinds of empty sessions.
