Happy I tumbled down into this virtual space again, early morning, birds chirping. Grateful to see you are still there & to remember my password so I can connect! Enchanted by Steve's grandniece as I am with my own grandnieces & grandnephews ( 5 of them now!). Crystal children blessing our world. edited 14:02, 1 Dec 2014
Grateful for all available medical knowledge. In particular, antibiotics for saving my life a while ago and recent advances in genetics and assistive technology for my son's disease.
So grateful to receive a call from dear friend Steve today -- who has taken care of octogenarian parents in Reading, PA for the past month - and will undergo his FOURTH brain tumor surgery when he returns to his home in Anchorage (at some not-yet-set time in late December or early January.) We talked for over an hour - during which Steve had a seizure approximately once every 15 minutes. - With so much other stuff on his plate, Steve's taking time out to call me did my heart good. edited 21:09, 1 Dec 2014
After a busy day of unexpected car repairs, it is just nice to *stop*.
To be accepted as I am
Even on my cranky days
When I'm feeling tired and discouraged
stopping in here anyway
enoughness welling up
is that not gratitude?
After a day of it
Arriving home.
