Thankful for an email arriving at just the right time to tamper with a spell of discouragement. Consciously remembering the lows when high and highs when low, is a logical way to manage,ie "counting victories as losses", yet what I really imagine is not resorting to reasoning and rationalization... continually remembering (knowing) that I don't have to, being confident in that. edited 14:19, 26 Dec 2014
I am grateful for Joan Tollifson's wonderful Christmas essay -- which I enjoyed so much that I "shared" it on my Facebook page. (Thank you, Zen, for passing it along.)
