Grateful to Bene Brown and her teachings.... You are worthy of love and belonging is my mantra today as I struggle with deep fears

As year end, and 33-days end, approach, am grateful for days past, and moments here. The matrix seems to be open: there's adjacent possibles ahead. Meanwhile, we kiss the sky right here :-)

Went to see Tchaïkovski's ballet "The Nutcracker" this afternoon. Enjoyed the 165 characters, the performances of the dancers, the bright and elegant costumes, the 8 years old mice and the 10 years old lambs as well as the snow falling on the stage. And I especially liked the little girls who attended, dressed up in their white furry dresses, princess pink large skirts and baĺlerina shoes.

Another magnificent blue sky day (that I will give a west coast kiss for you Eos.)

Back with good friends in Nanaimo after a windy drive across the island. I saw some fine wild things Bruce.

My bliss has been dampened by worrying about my 91-yr old mother who has only just been sent to hospital with new heart problems I may soon have to fly east at short notice. Please wish her well.

The sky here, hardly blue - just a gentle cover over nothing much at all, except, there was a perfect drink of water sometime around early evening. Amazing.

Well wishes for your ((((mom)))), Aph, and thanks to her too.

A very busy day taking care of things that required my attention, barking at the incompetence that came my way... feeling satisfied but not grateful..... until... client invited me for coffee and handed me a 5th of 12 yr old single malt. I cannot feel anything but gratefulness and appreciation at this unexpected encounter. A fitting end to the year..... sip sip

Grateful for conversations with intent to heal.
Remembering the many ways we hold back
    and move closer.
Looking back at history together brings a wider view.
With this view may we experience the sense of love and belonging.
    It is my hope.
