The Guardian for this meeting was Fael Illyar. The comments are by whoever feels like it.

    Susi Alcott: hi Fael
    Fael Illyar: Hi Susi :)
    Fael Illyar: Hello Abhishek :)
    Abhishek Diker: hi Susi
    Abhishek Diker: Hi Fael
    Susi Alcott: hi Abhishek
Fael Illyar: Have you been here before?
    Abhishek Diker: yes
Abhishek Diker: I came in on a meeting remeber ?
Abhishek Diker: I was given the schedule of meetings
    Susi Alcott: ah
Fael Illyar: Yes, your name is vaguely familiar :)
    Abhishek Diker: :)
Susi Alcott: now I remember you
Fael Illyar: This is my timeslot :)
    Abhishek Diker: yup
Fael Illyar: usually rather empty :)
    Abhishek Diker: oh
Abhishek Diker: so do i need to be here later?
    Fael Illyar: Ah, no
Susi Alcott: I also remember I kind of waiting to see you soon :)
    Abhishek Diker: yes.....sorryyyy
Fael Illyar: just that I'm the guardian for this time :)
    Susi Alcott: nnp
    Susi Alcott: np
    Abhishek Diker: ah!!
Fael Illyar: meaning, I've agreed to be here and receive new people should any come and post the meeting log.
Susi Alcott: and this is the official meeting time now, but all are free to spend time here when ever
    Fael Illyar: Yes :)
Susi Alcott: so being here is allowed always
Susi Alcott: but the guardians are here guiding at the certain hours
    Abhishek Diker: ok
Susi Alcott: do you have some special topic that you would like to have ?
Susi Alcott: anything that comes to your mind
Abhishek Diker: I would go by what you guys talk about....maybe then come in with inputs
Abhishek Diker: observing is an art you see :) observing and learning
Susi Alcott: ah; the topic can truely be anything
    Abhishek Diker: :)
Fael Illyar: That's the thing, we were kind of just being here :)
Fael Illyar: so we didn't actually have a topic before you came :)
Susi Alcott: it's many times that people come here just for silenct moment and to relax
Abhishek Diker: ok....starting with where you are from in RL
Abhishek Diker: MAYBE THEN WE CAN HAVE A TOPIC
    Abhishek Diker: :)
Fael Illyar grins 'I'm from Finland. Susi is secretive about where he's from.' :)
    Abhishek Diker: :)
    Fael Illyar: You?
Abhishek Diker: I am from India
Fael Illyar: Ah :) I was drinking Assam tea the other day.
    Abhishek Diker: aha!!
Abhishek Diker: my hometown is pretty close to that state....
Fael Illyar: Ah, interesting :) It's good tea.
Abhishek Diker: you heard of Kolkata ....or Calcutta....
    Susi Alcott: oh yes
Fael Illyar: Yes, that's reasonably famous name :)
Abhishek Diker: the British Raj and all that!!
    Susi Alcott: got shivers
Abhishek Diker: so let the topic be about Exploration
Susi Alcott: you love very much your home city ?
Fael Illyar: Yes, have you tried the 9-second exploration you were likely introduced to last time you were here?
Abhishek Diker: well I work elswhere but yes.....
    Abhishek Diker: no
    Abhishek Diker: What is that?
Susi Alcott: we netiher spoke about that
    Susi Alcott: >Fael
Fael Illyar: That's what this group was originally founded for.
Fael Illyar: Oh, seems my memory is somewhat lacking here. I wonder why, it's a bit unusual.
Fael Illyar: ... I guess I've been taking a bit more on my plate than I can fit in my head.
Susi Alcott: you was not present when Ab visited here
    Fael Illyar: Ah
Fael Illyar: Anyway, the group was formed when the founder (Pema Pera in SL, Piet Hut in RL) had the idea of a new kind of micro-meditation that fits modern lifestyle better than traditional ones.
Susi Alcott: I didn't remember Ab's name af first but soon I did cuz the sensing
    Abhishek Diker: wow!!
Fael Illyar: the idea is to take a 9 second pause every 15 minutes. (the exact times aren't really important though)
Abhishek Diker: and then in the 9 seconds, think of nothing? or
Abhishek Diker: think of 1 thing?
    Susi Alcott: yea
Fael Illyar: I like to describe it kind of like taking a pause from everything.
    Abhishek Diker: thts new
Susi Alcott: kind of to replace if one has used to meditate longer time but only once a day or so
Fael Illyar: but it is quite freeform on how you do it.
Fael Illyar: myself, I started by doing my best to empty my mind.
Abhishek Diker: so I do this every 15 mins in 24 hours ?
Fael Illyar: but later realized I was actually suppressing some things instead of letting them go so changed how I do it a bit.
Fael Illyar: well, as much as you feel like you can :)
Fael Illyar: I don't do it while sleeping for example :)
Susi Alcott: btw Fael have I understood that you had not meditated before you found PaB ?
Fael Illyar: Yes, not really meditated before.
Fael Illyar: although I did some of this "natural meditation" kind of thing.
Susi Alcott: (the word 'right' was missing from my sentence)
Fael Illyar: something you just end up doing. Just didn't know it was meditation :)
    Susi Alcott: _/!\_
    Abhishek Diker: ok.....
Abhishek Diker: lets see how this works
    Susi Alcott: _/!\_
Fael Illyar: It's a nice breather from all the busyness around us :)
Abhishek Diker: I agree....work is so so so stressful !!!
Fael Illyar: allows for thoughts that weren't visible with all the noise going on in our minds to be heard
Fael Illyar: myself, I used to be anxious walking around in the streets and especially crowded places like shops.
Fael Illyar: after 2 weeks of doing the pauses, I had learned how to let it go.
Abhishek Diker: something I do is stand in front of a mirror, choose a topic and just look at my reflection and talk to myself ....
Fael Illyar: I was still getting anxious but could let it vanish when I noticed it.
Abhishek Diker: but I believe thoughts are more powerful than speech
Susi Alcott: so often they are; sure
Fael Illyar: yes, that talking to yourself can be one way to let them come out though.
Fael Illyar: but the key to getting them out is to not have a goal you're working towards right that moment. Then they can come out.
Fael Illyar: if you have a goal, you limit thoughts to just ones that are related to the goal.
Fael Illyar: kind of a tunnel vision :)
Susi Alcott: thinking that the power is based on that on the spiritual level the expressions are clear because there is not such lag of words/language
    Abhishek Diker: Iagree
    Abhishek Diker: I defintely agree
Susi Alcott: I have much lag in english, but often I've thought that it can also be good thing
Abhishek Diker: sometimes less is more Susi !!!
Susi Alcott: because misunderstanding of words happenes easily even of people speak the same language
Fael Illyar: It is, when you know you don't understand a language, you're more open to the possibility that you've misunderstood.
Fael Illyar: misunderstandings happen very often, even with the "same" language.
    Abhishek Diker: yes
Susi Alcott: but when people do understand that somebody have to use not-own language, there's more openennes to the possibility of misunderstanding
Fael Illyar: for me, it's not so much that others are more open to it but that you re yourself more open to it.
Susi Alcott: so people more easy ask as much as it's needed that the meaning of other's words is genuinly clear
Susi Alcott: well...I'm used to that I'm not always understood either with my own language
Susi Alcott: so I use to be open to try to find other expressions if anybody asks more
Susi Alcott: but I need to hear the questions
Susi Alcott: because that prooves also the person's interests
Abhishek Diker: so body language and the way words are expressed matters
    Susi Alcott: sure
Susi Alcott: but I also so often have needed to 'just say something' for some certai person's present
Fael Illyar: One reason SL works well for communications channel is that people do realize that it's easier to misunderstand people with just text.
Susi Alcott: so that I dont know even myself why, but usually the reason has been found
Susi Alcott: specially among people who comes to this kind of meetings
Fael Illyar: So when you know this, you tend to wait before deciding you know what the other person is saying :)
Abhishek Diker: yes, definitely that is key to communicationg in this medium , i guess
Susi Alcott: may I be cuiours why you was born to SL ?
    Abhishek Diker: as in?
Fael Illyar: Well, many PaB meetings do end up looking like arguments where, at the end, the participants find they all agree.
Fael Illyar: they find they all agreed from the start but misunderstood each other :)
Susi Alcott: that what was your thought when you downloaded SL to your pc
    Abhishek Diker: ok
Susi Alcott: I'm asking that because I logged in knowing that it's ment for me to open the new door to meet people around the world
Abhishek Diker: I have always been fascinationed with communication and with Virtual reality....Communication ....my profession in RL is Iam in Human Resources :) VR........well I bumped into SL and I got instantly attracted
Abhishek Diker: so it helped fuel both my fascinations at the same time
Susi Alcott: and it took more than half a year for me to understand 'the other' 'name of the game' what comes to SL
    Abhishek Diker: which is?
Susi Alcott: you have not been 'hit' with that ?
    Susi Alcott: yet ?
Susi Alcott: maybe even most of the people comes to SL for sex
    Abhishek Diker: AH!!
    Abhishek Diker: no
Abhishek Diker: and i dont intend to either
    Abhishek Diker: :)
Susi Alcott: ok; so now you can know that early in your SL life
Susi Alcott: one can be attacked in SL with such people anywhere
Abhishek Diker: they attack you for sex ?
Fael Illyar: yes, some people can be rather forward with it.
    Susi Alcott: yes
Abhishek Diker: as in they get that serious?
Susi Alcott: some are also very cruel when you dont say 'yes'
    Susi Alcott: very
Fael Illyar: well, imagine someone walking to you and the first thing out of their mouth is "let's fuck" or something similar.
    Abhishek Diker: wow!!!
Abhishek Diker: i had no idea!!!
Susi Alcott: not to mention that many of them walks around showing there 'thing' even it's not allowed in all of the places
Susi Alcott: that SL has just the same rules than RL world
Abhishek Diker: looking at it practically.....we having a useful conversation is a lot of learning for all of us......
Abhishek Diker: but where is the excitelment in ......"doing it"???
    Abhishek Diker: in SL
Susi Alcott: I was open to all in the beginning as I decided to give a year of my life to SL to learn what it can be
Susi Alcott: similar to RL, but in SL it's much more easy
Susi Alcott: but also it's more easy to not-willing to escape
    Susi Alcott: just log out
Susi Alcott: or tp to other place
    Abhishek Diker: :)
Fael Illyar: It's mosty something that happens in the mind in any case.
Susi Alcott: it's just that it does not occure to mind if one gets a shock for that
Fael Illyar: So virtual or not virtual, it can be close in how it feels.
Abhishek Diker: as they say..."its all in between the ears"!!
Susi Alcott: so I take that SL can be in both, good and bad, much stronger than RL because it's given freedom and possibilities
    Abhishek Diker: yes definitely
Susi Alcott: yes, but in SL one can more quicker and easy to make own thoughts to been 'read'
Susi Alcott: thinking we all know that we woudn't like even all of our own thoughts to manifest for others to read; specially if we see something that gives us suffering
Susi Alcott: but yes; also good things can be even stronger than in RL
    Abhishek Diker: yes
Susi Alcott: and also SL's given possibilities to that are more various
    Abhishek Diker: i agree
Susi Alcott: like you saw when you visited the PaB the first time
Susi Alcott: you saw something such that had 'just' grown among people how had met here often
    Abhishek Diker: yes
Susi Alcott: and also 'outside' PaB meetings
Abhishek Diker: I saw that :)
Abhishek Diker: which made me feel very happy from within
Abhishek Diker: I guess it was "hugs"
Susi Alcott: but yes; in these meetings people have been ---surprisingly to me---spoken of own troubles very openly
    Abhishek Diker: thats the word
    Susi Alcott: yes
Abhishek Diker: I think its wonderful if we have this one forum wwhere we can talk out our frustrations and people help by understanding. listening and providing guidance
Abhishek Diker: in RL how old are you ?
Fael Illyar: People assume that with the anonymity the can have in SL, it's somehow safer to reveal themselves. Well, often they're too careful in RL so it kind of balances it out but it really is not safer.
Susi Alcott: and what's so special also what comes to PaB , that is the freedom
    Fael Illyar: I'm 28
Susi Alcott: sadly there has been some such people who''s come here with certain attitude and they have not given time to themselves to see that they would've get help
    Abhishek Diker: I am 30
    Abhishek Diker: Susi?
Abhishek Diker: I will definitely be bothering Susi with lots of questions
    Abhishek Diker: :)
    Susi Alcott: _/!\_
Susi Alcott: your welcome to do almost any questions and I give the best andswer I ever can
Susi Alcott: but for certain reasons I hasitate to tell my RL being's info
    Abhishek Diker: thank you Susi
    Abhishek Diker: no issues
Susi Alcott: but the main meaning of that is to try to lower my person's effect as much as ever possible
Susi Alcott: so that does not mean that I would like to hide anything
Susi Alcott: well...felt that you understood that, but wanted to confirm it with words too
Abhishek Diker: yes I di Susi
    Abhishek Diker: Absolutely
    Susi Alcott: _/!\_
Fael Illyar: Well, it's time for me to move to other things. See you later Abhishek, Susi :)
    Abhishek Diker: See u Fael
    Abhishek Diker: take care
    Susi Alcott: _/!\_
Fael Illyar: You too, it was nice to meet you again :)
    Abhishek Diker: same here
    Abhishek Diker: you are glowing?
    Abhishek Diker: how come?
    Abhishek Diker: Susi?
    Susi Alcott: a sec pls
Susi Alcott: this is the present from my friend
Susi Alcott: given to me for free and with the copy rights
Abhishek Diker: thank you very much
    Abhishek Diker: :)
    Abhishek Diker: for sharing
    Susi Alcott: yes
Susi Alcott: as my friend who created this knows me very well :)
    Abhishek Diker: wow!!
    Abhishek Diker: fantastic
Susi Alcott: also that I want to share all I ever can
Abhishek Diker: that is very kind
    Abhishek Diker: thank you
Susi Alcott: also that is that I do not easily offer anything that I wouldn't know that somebody is interested
    Abhishek Diker: thank you
Abhishek Diker: but how do I use it
    Abhishek Diker: Susi ?
    Susi Alcott: just 'wear'
Susi Alcott: so; open your Inventory; chooce this item and click it
Susi Alcott: you get the list of options
    Abhishek Diker: wow!!!!
    Susi Alcott: _/!\_
Abhishek Diker: this is fantastic !!!
Abhishek Diker: thank you once again
Susi Alcott: some people has found to be difficult to understand the note card's telling commands
Susi Alcott: but I have no skill to guide that more, but telling that 'just test/try'
    Abhishek Diker: :)
Susi Alcott: but that all of them commands must start with
    Susi Alcott: '/7
    Abhishek Diker: ok
Susi Alcott: without that firs mark
Abhishek Diker: I just saw that too
    Susi Alcott: frist
    Susi Alcott: good
    Abhishek Diker: :)
Susi Alcott: so you 'got it' immediately
Susi Alcott: you also a pc person ?
Abhishek Diker: not much....I have t o work on the laptop
    Abhishek Diker: so
    Abhishek Diker: that about it
Abhishek Diker: not too much into it
    Abhishek Diker: :)
    Abhishek Diker: u?
Susi Alcott: I'm no pc person at all
Susi Alcott: but I needed to learn much of and for SL
    Abhishek Diker: yes
Susi Alcott: but I'm still very depended of my pc friends
    Abhishek Diker: :)
Susi Alcott: when ever something happenes to my pc
Abhishek Diker: I can fix small issues
Abhishek Diker: but for bigger things I cant
Susi Alcott: so then you are the pc person 'in' my language :)
    Abhishek Diker: yes
    Abhishek Diker: :)
    Abhishek Diker: hheehehehehe
Susi Alcott: I had such time that I was afraid that I must learn huge much more
Abhishek Diker: in SL I am sure we dont have to learn much
Susi Alcott: but time has teached me about my own understanding too, that I dont need to know all things myself that I have been helped
Abhishek Diker: just some commands are a bit confusing
Susi Alcott: and to me that's very difficult because of my lag in english; specially all of the terms
Abhishek Diker: your english is pretty ok Susi
    Abhishek Diker: not to worry
Abhishek Diker: you have explained things very beautifully
Susi Alcott: but only this common/daily language
Abhishek Diker: some peolpe dont understand that even
    Susi Alcott: _/!\_
Abhishek Diker: in SL how many hours is day? and how many night?
    Susi Alcott: RL phone brb
    Abhishek Diker: ok
    Abhishek Diker: ok Susi
Abhishek Diker: I am leaving now
Abhishek Diker: will come back soon again
Abhishek Diker: thank you for a very interesting session
    Abhishek Diker: really appreciate it
    Abhishek Diker: :)
    Abhishek Diker: take care
    Susi Alcott: _/!\_
