    Adelene Dawner chuckles.
    Tarmel Udimo: ahhhh:-)
Adelene Dawner: This lack of sleep schedule... *chuckles*
Adelene Dawner: I slept from 10 am to 8pm today.
    Tarmel Udimo: needed it;-)
    Adelene Dawner: Yes.
Adelene Dawner: It doesn't feel lime morning, though, even though I've only been awake two hours - it's just now.
    Adelene Dawner: *like
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Putty
    Adelene Dawner: Hi again, Putty.
Tarmel Udimo: perhaps developing a routine that's closer to using daylight hours could be good:-)
Putty Broome: hi eliza hi everyone
    Tarmel Udimo: Hi Putty
Adelene Dawner sticks her toungue out at Tarmel. ^.-
    Tarmel Udimo: :P
    Tarmel Udimo: at Ade
    Adelene Dawner chuckles.
Tarmel Udimo: have you been here before Putty?
Putty Broome: are you a artist Eliza?
    Putty Broome: just yesterday
Eliza Madrigal: Not as such, no. I paint a little...but just to process :)
Tarmel Udimo: okay so you know about being recorded our chat logs?
Eliza Madrigal: What makes you ask Putty?
    Tarmel Udimo: *in
Putty Broome: very ineresting one you got on your profile
Eliza Madrigal: Oh...thought I took that out! Hah. Yes...well I did paint that
Putty Broome: no idea why i felt like talking to you for some reason spesifacally tonight so im making small talk
Eliza Madrigal: :) Have a seat?
Tarmel Udimo: looking at Eliza's artwork:-)
Eliza Madrigal: Was the first thing I ever painted...and has become a bit of a symbol for friends to find me online :)
Putty Broome: whats that painting about may I ask?
Putty Broome: hmm maybe it strikes again
Eliza Madrigal: Once I painted it I thought it was my inner self :)
buddha Nirvana: is it abstract eliza, i cant quite make out
Tarmel Udimo: might just need some time to rzz buddha:-)
buddha Nirvana: or an impressionist piece
    Eliza Madrigal: There's a form to it....not quite abstract...almost :)
buddha Nirvana: yes, i see a figure now
Putty Broome: well for someone who doese not paint you fake it very well looks way better then many things in art galleries these days
Eliza Madrigal: Thank you. I do like it....which is rare for me
Putty Broome: is it of you in other demesion maybe
Eliza Madrigal: I normally would fixate on the flaws and hide it in a closet !
Tarmel Udimo: what about you Putty, do you do art?
Putty Broome: not really not that most people can see i do stuff in spirit though many can feel but to me i can see it like art
Putty Broome: i do that mostly at concerts
    Tarmel Udimo: hi neela
Eliza Madrigal: I went to a fractal gallery earlier...was well put together
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Neela
Putty Broome: artist was not chinese were they
    Neela Blaisdale: Hello everyone
Adelene Dawner: Hi Neela, Pila ^.^
    buddha Nirvana: HI neela, pila:)
    Pila Mulligan: greetings
    Eliza Madrigal: Different artists presenting
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Pila
    Putty Broome: hi Neella
    Tarmel Udimo: hi Pila
    Putty Broome: anyone from california?
Pila Mulligan: I"m from a next door state, so to speak, Putty
Putty Broome: there is a cool buddhist temple there
    Putty Broome: oh cool
Putty Broome: i spent 6 motnhs last year in oregan and washington i miss the coast so much
Tarmel Udimo: what do you miss Putty about the coast? apart from the ocean?
    Tarmel Udimo: :-)
Putty Broome: well i went alone but met some great friends also the air is so much lighter and more posative there
Putty Broome: here in oklahoma its pretty dense
    Tarmel Udimo: okay
Tarmel Udimo: a bit like where Pila live - I mean the coast
Putty Broome: so what were you guys chatting about before i interupted
    Eliza Madrigal: Sleeping
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Pila Mulligan: dreaming? ir just sleeping :)
    Pila Mulligan: or*
    Adelene Dawner: just sleeping ^.^
    Pila Mulligan: I see zzzzz
Adelene Dawner: my lack of anything approaching a sleep schedule proceeds apace.
Tarmel Udimo: did you go to the dreamwork today Pila?
    Putty Broome: oh lol
Pila Mulligan: yes, Maxine has an interesting workshop
Eliza Madrigal: I enjoyed it too
Tarmel Udimo: humm did she deconstruct a dream?
Pila Mulligan: no, todasy was just dicussion in general
Putty Broome: I can help people sleep close to me very odd gift ive noticed with all past loves no idea why or what purpose it serves
Pila Mulligan: kind of along the lines of Threedee's preconscious ideas, or deep mind
Tarmel Udimo: sounds great can you say more
Tarmel Udimo: and that's wonderful putty
Tarmel Udimo: about deep mind pila
Putty Broome: not sure i understand it i also shape shift in dreams to different people
Putty Broome: and sometime enter others dreams
Putty Broome: im rarely myself in the dream world
Tarmel Udimo: how long has this been happening Putty?
Putty Broome: all my life the dream thing
Putty Broome: the helping those around me sleep better is fairly new
Putty Broome: one might say i am here to spread a black cloud of rest on the world
Tarmel Udimo: sending out a whole lot of good vibes perhaps...;-)
Pila Mulligan: Maxine Walden: deep mind conditions may be the most influential, shaping forces of our experience ... the deep mind tends to be unfamiliar to us most of the time, and yet often feels vaguely familiar as well...as if 'we knew about it all along'
    Tarmel Udimo: primoridal state?
Putty Broome: i can send energy like that through music in the air
Putty Broome: thats my art although i used to be a singer
    Tarmel Udimo: okay
Eliza Madrigal: I enjoyed thinking about overlaps between meditation and dreamwork
    Tarmel Udimo: yes?
Putty Broome: eliza ci=ome to any realisation in thinking about it
Tarmel Udimo: and so was maxine suggesting ways to access deep mind?
Putty Broome: ive been looking for a label to help use my gift for
Putty Broome: most are not open to it
Eliza Madrigal: We talked about sketching a bit...
    Tarmel Udimo: yes?
    Tarmel Udimo: did anyone?
Eliza Madrigal: I've heard and done a lot about writing...but the sketching was a good idea.
Eliza Madrigal: So, we're going to try it.
    Putty Broome: brb
    Tarmel Udimo: sure putty
Eliza Madrigal: And I need to try Pila's method of flying :)
Tarmel Udimo: yes what is that?
Eliza Madrigal: Pila..want to talk about that?
    Pila Mulligan: :)
Pila Mulligan: does anyone fly in their dreasm?
Pila Mulligan: it is not uncommon it seems
    Tarmel Udimo: hi magdalena
    Neela Blaisdale: hello Magdelena
    Pila Mulligan: hi Maggie
    Magdalena Colclough: hello
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Magdelena
    Tarmel Udimo: please join us
Tarmel Udimo: haven't flown for a long time pila;-) in my dreams that is...
Pila Mulligan: some people report that when flying in their dreams they lack some stability
Pila Mulligan: it can lose momentum or become erratic
Pila Mulligan: so it seems a nice trick to help that is to sit in lotus position when flying
    Pila Mulligan: adds stability
    Pila Mulligan: and fun
    Tarmel Udimo: hummm sounds great!
Eliza Madrigal: I like that idea a lot, because I'm most focused in that position due to the meditation practice..so i think it wil be useful
Pila Mulligan: if you take up dream flying again, Tarmel, maybe you can try it
    Tarmel Udimo: yes i will
    Adelene Dawner: Hi Steve ^.^
Tarmel Udimo: so eliza do you slip from meditation into flying?
    Pila Mulligan: hi Steve
    Neela Blaisdale: Hi Steve
    stevenaia Michinaga: hi all
    Tarmel Udimo: hi steve
Eliza Madrigal: It used to be more common for me. I stopped it years ago when I'd slip out in sort of a frightening way. Now I am in a better place so am doing deeper work again :)
    Eliza Madrigal: In dreams though...
    Putty Broome: back
    Pila Mulligan: welcome back Putty
Eliza Madrigal: In meditation very different. We were talking about memories that come from dreams and meditation....clearer access
    Putty Broome: elisa thats awsome
stevenaia Michinaga: am I sitting on anyone?
Adelene Dawner: Nope, you're perfect, Steve. ^.^
Pila Mulligan: an entire metropolis of microbes Steve
    stevenaia Michinaga: :)
    Eliza Madrigal: :)))
    Adelene Dawner giggles at Pila.
    Tarmel Udimo: grins
Putty Broome: ive been dealing with this not going to do deeper work cause mentally dont feel i can handle it i had a eckankar friend tell me i needed a master to help make it easier
    Putty Broome: and more safe
Putty Broome: hi Steve my name is yours as well
Eliza Madrigal: Maybe just keep it simple for a while Putty
stevenaia Michinaga: help make what easier?
stevenaia Michinaga: great name too :)
Putty Broome: im not sure what to do actually have been to doctors and holy men and herbalists seems no mater what few times a week i go abit insane were i have no control over my mind not used to that and ive been many places in soul realm
Putty Broome: lol yes it is crowned in light i think is what it means
stevenaia Michinaga: perhaps sun glasses are in order?
    Neela Blaisdale: :)
    Tarmel Udimo: :-)
    Putty Broome: lol
Adelene Dawner goes to rifle around in her blog for something Putty may find useful.
Eliza Madrigal: Meditation often helps not to feel so fragmented...frantic for answers
Putty Broome: its were that name comes from steve from steven in the bible how light shown on him from heaven before he died no idea were it came from before that
Tarmel Udimo: yes its worked wonders for me when in spiritual crisis
Putty Broome: meditation lately just seems to make it stronger I don't know
Tarmel Udimo: yes that can ahppen too
    Tarmel Udimo: *happen
Tarmel Udimo: do you want to share what kind of meditation you're doing?
Putty Broome: do any of you soul travel much
    Adelene Dawner: http://angelshelper81.livejournal.com/2037.html
Adelene Dawner: (Yes, it's rambly in teh beginning, but it gets useful.)
stevenaia Michinaga: Let me ask Pila, where did you find your quiet inner self?
Putty Broome: ive tried quite a few my favorite is visualsation though but cant do much of that these days
    Pila Mulligan: :0
stevenaia Michinaga: (if you didn't know it was showing)
Pila Mulligan: just s econd please, looking at the website :)
    Tarmel Udimo: yes me too
Pila Mulligan: actually the website is close to what I was preparing to say, Sateve -- Putty, I am not qualified to advise you, so please take this as a comment only, but I've taught some meditation classes and there is a common anxiety with some people whose exhalation ability does ont keep up with their meditation development
    buddha Nirvana: NIte all :))
Eliza Madrigal: Very interesting about the worry loop, Adelene
    Eliza Madrigal: Night, Budda!
    Adelene Dawner: :)
    Neela Blaisdale: Night Buddha
    Tarmel Udimo: night buddha
    Adelene Dawner: 'night, Buddha
    Pila Mulligan: bye buddha
Adelene Dawner: I seem to be lagging.
Tarmel Udimo: do you mean anxiety sets in beacuse of improper breathing pila?
    Pila Mulligan: yes
Pila Mulligan: it is easy to stimulate mental phenomena, and meditaiton can do that, but you also need to balance any new phenomena with your older self
Pila Mulligan: incomplete breating is a comon cause of anxiety
Pila Mulligan: an incomplete breathing is usuaully related to incomplete exhalation
Putty Broome: never thought of it before maybe
    stevenaia Michinaga: like hyperventilation?
Pila Mulligan: not really Steve, that is a separate issue :)
Pila Mulligan: but it can also create phenomena :)
Pila Mulligan: there are several varieities of a yoga exercise called kapalabhati
Pila Mulligan: they focus on exhalation
Pila Mulligan: you can find some you tube vidoes by various teachers demnstrating kapalabhati
Pila Mulligan: it it aggravates the phenomena, then don't do it, obviously :)
Eliza Madrigal: That's probably key! I stopped years ago, as I said, trying to seek anything "happening"
    Pila Mulligan: :)
Tarmel Udimo: yes me too Eliza:-)
Tarmel Udimo: I no longer try to do anything
Pila Mulligan: the real beauty of meditation is that it simplifies things, not that it makes things bizzare
Pila Mulligan: bizzare can be oppressive
Eliza Madrigal: Yes! When talking about dreamwork, I mean only as seems natural...as feels easy and clear. Things come up, and I want to pay attention
Putty Broome: i have not found that to be so ive found it to get rid of illusions that if your not ready can be frightning
Tarmel Udimo: yes and make things seem very dark:-)
stevenaia Michinaga: have you tried the 9 second meditation Puddy?
Neela Blaisdale: Good night everyone, have a good day tomorrow:)
    Pila Mulligan: bye Neela
    Tarmel Udimo: bye neela
Putty Broome: no but i think i do similar anyways just the way i live
Eliza Madrigal: The main thing is the day to day practice of just sitting.
    Eliza Madrigal: Night, neela
    Adelene Dawner: 'night, Nee.
Putty Broome: is to get quite and pay attension
Tarmel Udimo: yes I have been much more regular lately and its really stablised me
Putty Broome: before few months ago my path was very solid and syncronisities happend all the time
Tarmel Udimo: perhaps just sit for a while Putty, do nothing just sit
Tarmel Udimo: yes so what has shifted?
Eliza Madrigal: Absolutely...that stability doesn't *sound* exciting perhaps, but it connects rather than disconnects
Putty Broome: whell i smoked weed with friends but it something shifted profoundly in me then i was stoned very stoned for over 2 weeks
Putty Broome: and just lately even starting to get back to normal abit
Pila Mulligan: oh, the old extended stoner syndrome
    stevenaia Michinaga: lol
Putty Broome: but still hits from time to time
Putty Broome: i only took for puffs so it really scared me
Tarmel Udimo: sounds like you are in capable hands with Pila....:-)
    Pila Mulligan: try ice cream
    Eliza Madrigal: Hahah!
    Putty Broome: lol
Tarmel Udimo: I have to go guys.. but I have claimed the log so it will arrive in my mail box when you leave
Putty Broome: you sell icecream pila
    Pila Mulligan: bye Tarmel
    Eliza Madrigal: Night Tarmel, Thanks
    Adelene Dawner: cya, Tarmel.
    Putty Broome: take care tarmel
Tarmel Udimo: night, sorry deadline calls ...
Pila Mulligan: have a good afternoon
    Tarmel Udimo: waves good bye
    stevenaia Michinaga: bye Tarmal
Putty Broome: pila are you a master in soul realm so funny you said that years ago i had a master that was female though every time we would meet would be at her ice cream stand
Pila Mulligan: I am not her :)
Putty Broome: haha well had to check
Pila Mulligan: did she prefer chcolate?
Putty Broome: no idea she always gave me vinilla
Pila Mulligan: I recommend chocolate :)
    Putty Broome: lol
    Putty Broome: just teasing
    Pila Mulligan: :)
Putty Broome: crasy buddists never get straight answers lol
Putty Broome: lol it switched my sentences
    Adelene Dawner chuckles.
Putty Broome: i got to go guys for now take care all
    Pila Mulligan: bye Putty
    Eliza Madrigal: Bye Putty
stevenaia Michinaga: now you did it... munching on my Cherry Garcia
    Adelene Dawner: 'night, Putty.
    stevenaia Michinaga: bye Puddy
    Pila Mulligan: sorry Steve :)
stevenaia Michinaga: and I worked so ahrd to look like this
Pila Mulligan: ice cream i such a subtle vice
    Eliza Madrigal: :)!
Eliza Madrigal: Especially at night when defences are down
Adelene Dawner is soooo laggy :(
    Adelene Dawner giggles.
    Eliza Madrigal: defenses
Eliza Madrigal: Doesn't look right ha
    Pila Mulligan: :)
stevenaia Michinaga: well I'm going to eat my ice cream standing
    stevenaia Michinaga: hehe
Adelene Dawner rolls her eyes at Steve. "Just watch the flight feathers, 'k?"
    Adelene Dawner: ^.^
Eliza Madrigal: :) I need to go also. Night and thanks
    Pila Mulligan: bye Eliza
    Adelene Dawner: 'night, El.
stevenaia Michinaga: I'm off, see you tomarrow :)
    Pila Mulligan: bye Steve
    Adelene Dawner: 'night, Steve.
