Wester Kiranov: I'm just doing WoK at the moment

Pema Pera: WoK is Stim's workshop?

Fael Illyar: Mick told a dream and we talked about that.

Wester Kiranov: yes

Wester Kiranov: so it's tonight again

Pema Pera: and everybody commented on the dream? that must be nice, to share that way

Fael Illyar: I didn't pay attention if it was everyone but many did :)

Pema Pera: And how is Stim's workshop going, Wester?

Wester Kiranov: the homework of this week was difficult - we talked about that earlier this week

Wester Kiranov: but i do think i amstarting to understand it a bit

Wester Kiranov: seeing more of the spaciousness of NOW - which i had forgotten

Nymf Hathaway: Nice :)

Pema Pera: was it codependent arising?

Wester Kiranov: yes, that's what we are on at the moment

Pema Pera: oh, the NOW was earlier, different?

Wester Kiranov: the now is what came out of the homework for me personally this week

Wester Kiranov: with the looking at going etc

Pema Pera: yes, it is interesting isn't it, how different explorations unexpectedly bring out different aspects of what we talk about in different contexts

Wester Kiranov: that's why i think one workshop is enough

Wester Kiranov: better to do one well than to go to loads and not really participate

Pema Pera: yes

Fael Illyar only goes randomly.

Wester Kiranov: so, every time you hear there's a workshop, you flip a coin? ;-)

Fael Illyar: nope :)

Nymf Hathaway: Goes when she really has the time to concentrate

Fael Illyar: i just go if I feel like going.

Fael Illyar: and remember there is a workshop

Pema Pera: Nymf, if I may ask, have you played with the 9-sec explorations so far?

Nymf Hathaway: yes

Pema Pera: how did it go?

Nymf Hathaway: and although it doesn't look like it... I appreciate it very much

Pema Pera: doesn't look like it?

Nymf Hathaway: yes I keep pressing enter...while we are in the 90 seconds :(

Pema Pera: hahaha

Pema Pera: I see, well, that's easy to do :)

Fael Illyar: I only refrain from talking during that outof politeness for anyone who might want to take the pause.

Pema Pera: as for the 9 seconds, how does it feel to take those breaks, does it make a difference to your daily life?

Nymf Hathaway: yes... as you know I was stressed before, and this helps a lot to just take a step back and let things flow

Pema Pera: glad to hear that!

Pema Pera: do you have any advice about how we can introduce the 9-sec idea better -- or was it totally clear from the start how/what to do?

Nymf Hathaway: hmm I think it can use a better notecard, because I needed others to help me explain, but that can also be due to me :)

Pema Pera: oh no, I'm sure we can improve the presentation!

Fael Illyar: it's not a very easy idea to get through to most people :)

Pema Pera: and since it still is quite fresh for you, perhaps you can suggest an improvement in the note card!

Pema Pera: would you mind, perhaps some time in the coming week or so, to suggest extra text, or different text, or just a hint at how to change things?

Nymf Hathaway: I will think about that Pema, send you my ideas when it is done

Pema Pera: that would be very helpful for us!
