Paradise Tennant: smiles remember as a teenager sailing in Kingston in a late October snow storm .. our dinghy capsized.. the mast caught in rocks and could not be righted without the help of a motor boat . I.was in the water a long time without a wetsuit  my crew had one  but I got hypothermia .. remember vividly a friend pulling into the rescue boat I was so weak  just was a puddle in the bottom of the boat.. the relief in his face ..that made me feel warm :)
