2015.02.21 14:00 - Guardian Session: Play as Realtors

Please forgive the remnants of timestamps. 

Attending today's Guardian Session were Aph, Bruce, Corvi, Wol, Bleu, Eos, Xiri, Qt, Storm, Stevenaia, Paradise, Luci, Raffi, Druth, Mick, Zen, and Eliza
 

Summarizing of the meeting will be cleaned up, but probably tomorrow rather than tonight. :) In the meantime I have highlighted the most important points and resolutions, and tried not to highlight where there were confusions in various directions.

Most importantly: The list of those wishing to contribute to a land group to keep the meeting space for PlayasBeing and currently landmarked area, tentatively stands at 17!!

Wol - who also stepped up valiantly to be the group owner, if no one else wanted to do that (which no one in this meeting did it seems - yay Wol),
Aph, Xiri, Raffi, Stevenaia, Mick, Qt, Paradise, San (tbd as things unfold), Eos, Riddle, Druth, Daedelus, Zen, Luci, Corvi, and Ewan.

The basic agreement is for the 64X64 space that will hold the group pavilion. Since there are so many members, that may be negotiated if more land is wished for. However, at $25 per month for that amount of space, each member of the land group will be contributing a very small and extremely doable amount. 

There are more details to settle, regarding how to pay into the group, and getting firm numbers and boundaries. There is a gap area between the meeting space and museum potentially, which also needs to be addressed and may be purchased by Aph, as was discussed in session.
 

Blue, Eliza, and Catrina (tentatively) will be independent owners, near the meeting area, offering space for projects and retreats.
 

One question that was not addressed sufficiently, was that of the museum, but Adams and Storm have been communicating about that. Since there will be so many co-owners for the Playasbeing land group, some might consider joining in with the museum costs instead.
