The Guardian for this meeting was Pema Pera. The comments are by Pema Pera.

When I entered, I found Wol talking about her swordmanship.

    Scathach Rhiadra: Hello Wester:)
    Wester Kiranov: hi scathach
    Scathach Rhiadra: brb
    Scathach Rhiadra: back
Wester Kiranov: i was just checking if there was anybody here - it's pretty hectic here, two small kids fighting for my attention
Scathach Rhiadra: ah, I just came for the same thing
Wester Kiranov: here in rl , not here in sl
    Scathach Rhiadra: Hello Wol:)
    Wol Euler: hello scath, wester.
    Scathach Rhiadra: ah:)
Wol Euler: I too came by to ebnsure that thte sesion was covered until Pema made it out of the tunnel :)
    Scathach Rhiadra: like your katana:)
    Wol Euler: thank you :)
    Wester Kiranov: same here
Wol Euler: I had alwys been interested in kendo, but only now have a fast enough connection to be able to use it
Scathach Rhiadra: is there a Kendo group here?
    Wester Kiranov: hi doug
    Scathach Rhiadra: Hello Doug
    Wol Euler: several!
    Scathach Rhiadra: Hello Pema
    Pema Pera: Hi there!
    Wester Kiranov: hi pema
Pema Pera: a bit of lag here, from my train seat . . . :)
Wol Euler: and also several different, incompatible, fighting systems.
Pema Pera: on my way from New York to Boston
Wol Euler: my katana can only be used in one particular system
Wester Kiranov: seen the light at the end of the tunnel already?
Alas, lag would stay with me, for most of this session, producing quite a few out-of-context sentences that showed up a few sentences later than I had written them.
    Wol Euler: hello pema, doug
    Scathach Rhiadra: Hello Myna
    Wol Euler: and hello myna
Pema Pera: I'm out of the tunnel, yes
    Wester Kiranov: hi myna
Pema Pera: otherwise couldn't be here :-)
    buddha Nirvana: Hi all :)
    Scathach Rhiadra: Hello buddha
    Pema Pera: Hi Buddha!
Wol Euler: actally, as long as the session is covered, and now that Pema is here, I will log out of this slow computer and return on my laptop. Back in a few minutes.
    Pema Pera: thanks Wol!
    Scathach Rhiadra: ok
Scathach Rhiadra: hmm, maybe it didn't recognise someone
Pema Pera: ah, I think you have not yet been registered as a guardian, Myna
Pema Pera: Wol will add you to the list soon -- that may be a reason; we'll have to ask her
Scathach Rhiadra: it records even first time visitors, so should record everyone
Pema Pera: yes, but perhaps Myna clicked on the listener?
    Scathach Rhiadra: ah:)
Pema Pera: by the way, welcome Myna, as our latest new guardian!
Pema Pera: Myna kindly agreed to take a weekly slot as well -- I'll announce that on the email list soon
    Pema Pera: later today
Pema Pera: ah, the base of the fountain has a "recording" device
Pema Pera: if you click on there, you can claim the chat log
Pema Pera: (which I just did, this is my session)
Pema Pera: any time during the session, when you claim a log, by clicking, the result is that after the session you will be mailed an URL address for the chat log file
    Pema Pera: very convenient
Pema Pera: Buddha, may I ask, have you been playing with the 9-sec exploration?
Scathach Rhiadra: yes, it works very well
Wester Kiranov: is that the whole session you get an url for, or just the part you were there?
Scathach Rhiadra: all of it, Wes
Pema Pera: (Buddha must be in Nirvana again, I take it :-)
    Scathach Rhiadra: :)
Pema Pera: How about you, Myna?
Pema Pera: Did you explore the 9-sec recently?
Pema Pera: and may I ask what happened?
    Pema Pera: wonderful!
    Pema Pera: how nice!
Pema Pera: a school bell for the school of life, and all that at home!
Hmmm, it is clear that Myna's comments do not appear in this automated log . . . I will come back and fix this later -- Pema
    Scathach Rhiadra: :)
Pema Pera: What is his reaction to the 9-sec outings?
    Pema Pera: great!
buddha Nirvana: excuse me all _/\_
    Scathach Rhiadra: bye buddha
Pema Pera: and how about you, may I ask what happens when you take "time off" for 9 seconds?
    Pema Pera: tc Buddha!
    Pema Pera: <- Myna
    Pema Pera: (sorry, lag)
Pema Pera: (my lines take a while to appear, depending on the bends in the train track I guess :-)
    Pema Pera: Hi Fluffy!
    Pema Pera: Come join us
Pema Pera: Fluffy feel free to join us
Pema Pera: take a seat if you like
Pema Pera: We get together a few times a day to chat about the nature of reality, and everything else, and we have a wiki http://playasbeing.wik.is/ -- We record our conversations there. Do you mind being included in our blogs?
    Pema Pera: -> Fluffy
Wester Kiranov: i'm going togive my full attention to my kids again now. bye!
    Scathach Rhiadra: bye Wester:)

Pema Pera: (very slow connection, I'm afraid -- so I must sound like an oracle, speaking at odd timings)
    Pema Pera: :-)
Wol Euler: so business as usual, then? ;-)
Pema Pera: well, no, normally I am well connected these days
Wol Euler: no, I meant the oracularity.

Wol Euler: I'm taken, but thanks for asking :)
Wol Euler: and thanks again, I have been in Stutgart for 15 years, it'S easy to pick up a language when you live in it all day.
Pema Pera: (so far, we only have one translation of PaB intro, in German -- would be nice to have a few more, for different languages)
Fluffy Monday: ich steh auf dich
Scathach Rhiadra: don't think Irish would be much use, nobody speaks it:)
Wol Euler lacht. Aber du kennst mich gar nicht. Bin vielleicht die schlimmste Zicke der Welt.
    Fluffy Monday: haha
    Fluffy Monday: nein nein
Wol Euler: lese mal in mein Profile
    Fluffy Monday: schertz
    Wol Euler: letzte seite
Pema Pera: but Irish would sound nice, though, even if we don't understand it!
Fluffy Monday: aber ik find dich lustik
Pema Pera: (Wol revealing her true nature)
Scathach Rhiadra: ok, I'll translate the notecard into Irish:)
Pema Pera: actually, and a bit more seriously, it would be great to open a wiki page, with translations of the note card into many languages
    Wol Euler: heheheh
    Scathach Rhiadra nods
    Fluffy Monday: ämm
    Fluffy Monday: wer kennt dode
    Fluffy Monday: ?7
    Fluffy Monday: ?
Fluffy Monday: wer wohnt in deutschland
    Fluffy Monday: ??
Fluffy Monday: ich will frei sein
Fluffy Monday: ich will frei sein frei wie ein stern der am himmel steht
Pema Pera enjoying the leisurely Saturday morning, the shadows of the branches fleeting by behind the window of the train, while watching the scenery here in SL on the other window on his lap . . . what a funny way of blending worlds
    Scathach Rhiadra: :)
    Wol Euler: (brb, kitchen noises)(
    Fluffy Monday: sry
    Fluffy Monday: was
    Fluffy Monday: what
Fluffy Monday: how are you old
    Fluffy Monday: ready
Pema Pera: Yesterday for lunch Adams visited us in Princeton, with some of his students who helped put together the Sacred Art exhibit
Pema Pera: was fun to meet them in RL
Pema Pera: So we had Fefonz and Lia and Adams and me, with three of the students
Corvuscorva Nightfire: oh that's so cool!
Pema Pera: did he enjoy it?
Pema Pera: Our plan is to make the exhibit permanent
    Wol Euler: cool.
Pema Pera: would be such a shame of all the work to let it go
Pema Pera: So we're thinking about a different building or buildings
    Fluffy Monday: ok
    Pema Pera: yes indeed!
Scathach Rhiadra: yes, it would be good to keep it permanently
Fluffy Monday: i going well i understand you not in english
Fluffy Monday: i say not how old i am
Wol Euler: true age is an inner matter in any case
    Fluffy Monday: bye

Wol Euler: was that too hard, pema?
    Pema Pera: too hard?
Wol Euler: my telling her off...
Pema Pera: oh no, she was asking for it, probably had little idea of what we're doing here
    Pema Pera: :-)
    Wol Euler nods.
    Scathach Rhiadra: :)
    Wol Euler: good.
Corvuscorva Nightfire: time for me to go..see ya.
Pema Pera: now the question is, how much of an idea do we ourselves have . . . :-)
    Wol Euler: bye corvi,take care.
    Scathach Rhiadra: bye Corvi:)
    Pema Pera: bye Corvi!
    Corvuscorva Nightfire: bye all.
Pema Pera: it's so interesting to see the flow of conversation being so different for each session, with no prior warning as to silly, serious, or just flowing quietly
Pema Pera: pretty much like a corner cafe or living room or such
Pema Pera: unpretentious yet interspersed with interesting tidbits
    Wol Euler: (kitchen again)
Pema Pera: interesting to contrast with Kira Workshops, like the phenomenology one, which is quite a bit more intense
Pema Pera: each has its own advantages
Scathach Rhiadra: mmm, that is true:)
Pema Pera: this is more relaxing, for sure :-)
Pema Pera: but sometimes it is also great to really get a bit deeper into a topic, like in those workshops
Pema Pera: well, it's 8 am I see, I'd better get back to work . . . preparing for my upcoming meetings
Pema Pera: nice seeing you here!
Wol Euler: Dinner is ready, I'll have to go too. See you all at 1pm?
    Scathach Rhiadra: bye Pema:)
    Scathach Rhiadra: bye Wol:)
Wol Euler: bye all, take care.
Scathach Rhiadra: I must go too, see you Myna:)
    Pema Pera: bye for now!
