genesis Zhangsun: so how is your meditation practice going-Arch and Stargate?
genesis Zhangsun: are either of you doing the 9 second practice?
Stargate Tone: ah; good question now that I have one experience of known way to meditate
Stargate Tone: I learned more that those people might be right who's told me that I'm meditating all the time
Stargate Tone: even I've taken that I meditate never
Stargate Tone: as I just few days back let one my special friend to guide me what to do and we agreed to do that both in RL as pc's closed for the noise
Stargate Tone: and the resolt was that my this friend didn't sleep normally
Stargate Tone: but let him to know of his soultraveling almost the whole night
genesis Zhangsun: and what did you notice during the meditation?
genesis Zhangsun: was it difficult? easy?
Stargate Tone: that 'my' world dont ever get silence, but if I'm only with myself, which is very rare phenomena
Stargate Tone: as I might be too curious to let the enviroment to fill it's will to lemme to be aware of it
genesis Zhangsun: yes amazing how much chatter continues on in our minds and most of the time we hardly notice it
Stargate Tone: no matter if the human world around me would be silent

Stargate Tone: well...as this 'my' world is such that I'm so aware of them phenomenas almost all the time
Stargate Tone: but like it is with spirits too; all do sleep some times
genesis Zhangsun: so you are saying you are more interested in seeking out the "energies" in the environment then to be aware of your own mind state?
genesis Zhangsun: I can relate to that if that is what you are saying
Stargate Tone: hm...well...hard to know any interest...
Stargate Tone: as...well...that's just being as I am...
Stargate Tone: as it's been whole my this life a tiny question, that what/who am I
genesis Zhangsun: you are open to the energies, but then doesn't your state of being depend on energy inputs
Stargate Tone: yet; I've been always aware of the state of my mind...so...sure there can be the interest cuz I've been aware
Stargate Tone: ah yes
Stargate Tone: to transform other entities pains for there blocked energies is not any funny thing to experience for tens of years as the add of them normal daily duties
Stargate Tone: which sure I can fill only partly when them pains take me to lie on bed
Stargate Tone: and/or I must 'fell asleep'
Stargate Tone: but it's also much, that I can feel huge happyness from such person's shared pain, who I know to get well for my sharing
Stargate Tone: and yes; this news for this special spirit to get back to life and even 'completed' eternall own self, has given me strength special much

Stargate Tone: and sure; the more I can feel happyness; the more it helps me to transform these pains, cuz the base is to transform them with the happy and loving thoughts
Stargate Tone: like also meeting you; have often thought of you even we have not met
Stargate Tone: and wished things to be well in your life
genesis Zhangsun: how do you know if something is really "there" or is you projecting your own fantasy or imagination or assumptions on to the other person?
Stargate Tone: when you know the truth, you have no questions left
genesis Zhangsun: its tricky helping people...because sometimes we can't be sure if our ego is involved
Stargate Tone: but sure I'm not alone and huge many other people have prooven many things when I've got own doubts
Stargate Tone: we can be sure of that dear

Stargate Tone: it's just to be honest
Stargate Tone: not letting own fears or wishes to mix 'the view'
Stargate Tone: but I also happen to have one special treasure, that I truely can be aware also of them lines between dimensions
genesis Zhangsun: yes I hear you, honesty is key of course but in my experience ego finds its way into situations in an unexpected ways
Stargate Tone: but that sometimes I sure cannot know if the spirit is in human world or not, if I'm not told and am not in the earthly connection and not in clear connection with the spirit
genesis Zhangsun: which no amount of intuiting in the moment can prevent without some practice and preparation beforehand to steady the mind and see more clearly and more completely the activities of the efo
Stargate Tone: well...dont happen to have such ego...

Stargate Tone: but sure I also have human mind; that is part of the ego without one couldn't be a human being
Stargate Tone: that truly is a question of honesty and opennennes
Stargate Tone: to observ; not to create even opinion easily

Stargate Tone: sure essential matters are , that one may not have any will to rule over other spirits, not to mention the will to own any other spirit
Stargate Tone: not even own husband/wife or child...or parent...
Stargate Tone: readyness to be hungry if cannot get food...
Stargate Tone: not even the food for spirit and soul
Stargate Tone: sure; if dont get food in proper time; human body dies
genesis Zhangsun: I have enough dealing with my own "spirit" that the idea of asserting my "will" over others seems like too great a task, too great a responsibility
genesis Zhangsun: I think listening is enough
genesis Zhangsun: listening as well as humanely possible
Stargate Tone: that is common 'sin' to our kind; the fear called responsibility
Stargate Tone: as nobody get's birth alone; nobody lives alone; so....how could anybody carry the responsibility even of one's own life, not to mention others
Stargate Tone: life is always teamwork ...even there's sadly still so much ppl that dont understand that
genesis Zhangsun: well in a way yes we are responsible for "others" as much as ourselves, but I am not sure where to start beyond my household in taking responsbility for others, except as I said by listening as well as I can
Stargate Tone: we sure can take responsibility, and that 'just happenes'...but when it grows up to be the fear, then it's the problem
