Eden Haiku: The place i not as interesting as I thought it would be. A lot of weaponry there,

Benedizione Vita: agreed, Eden--emphasis was totally on the role play and fighting there

Benedizione Vita: to me the amazing thing is the environment
Flux Constantine: so they have an SL simulation or something?

Benedizione Vita: the prof made the point that the sun doesn't add energy to the earth systerm, per se
Benedizione Vita: but that it does drive a process of food creation and consumption that generates biological order
Benedizione Vita: so it effectively makes patterns and thereby washes away entropy
Benedizione Vita: stunning concept!

Benedizione Vita: anyway, this idea of energy causing entropy exchange gives a much different flavor to the sense of being embodied

Benedizione Vita: it is somehow more wondrous feeling, to be such a patter, such a flow of energy, rather than a consumer

Benedizione Vita: yes, we think it will eventually run out of energy

Benedizione Vita: of course this is not a violation of entropy inrease
Eden Haiku: And you feel good about being part of this flow of energy lauched by the sun instead of only a consumer,(of energy?)
Benedizione Vita: well, it is a competely different concept to me
Benedizione Vita: much more liquid

stevenaia Michinaga: a "now" view
Benedizione Vita: well, it certainly takes place within a sense of presence
Benedizione Vita: but what I am describing is more a shift in the appartent quality of the content of the sense of prsence
Benedizione Vita: the stage of presence being the same, perhaps, or slightly changed in quality, but the main (obvious) change in the play
stevenaia Michinaga: the quality of the energy
Benedizione Vita: I'm not sure what you mean by energy in this context
stevenaia Michinaga: the energy flowing
Benedizione Vita: in some sense yes--in the energy of feeling and perception of embodiment
Benedizione Vita: but I am afraid I must go put some more food in the entropy engine :)
