The Guardian for this meeting was Eos Amaterasu. The comments are by Eos Amaterasu.

    Multiverse1 Resident: Hi Eos
    Eos Amaterasu: Hi Multiverse1
Multiverse1 Resident: Came from a talk on virtual worlds
    Eos Amaterasu: an in-world talk?
    Multiverse1 Resident: it was here
    Multiverse1 Resident: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Rockcliffe%20I/77/211/74
Eos Amaterasu: can you relate that to Play as Being?
Multiverse1 Resident: It was an exellent talk on different types of people and what different people use virtual worlds for to compliment or conflict with their 1st world
Multiverse1 Resident: it is as being in one world
Multiverse1 Resident: For instance, the cannibals are playing as being cannibals

    --BELL--

Multiverse1 Resident: you're welcome, mr bell
    Multiverse1 Resident: or ms. bell
Eos Amaterasu: always interesting when taking a break (90 secs) is which world was I, am I, in
    Eos Amaterasu: ma bell
Multiverse1 Resident: same world, different aspect
Multiverse1 Resident: like work and play perhaps
Eos Amaterasu: it can be quite literal question: did you stop in SL, in RL, in daydream, etc?
Eos Amaterasu: one could just play as stopping in SL
Multiverse1 Resident: yes, was thinking about that today
Eos Amaterasu: I find the worlds highlight and affect each other
Eos Amaterasu: that's one of the interesting things about SL, how playing with it is also playing with your being in RL
Multiverse1 Resident: thought about how some things seem to last forever, until they stop.
Multiverse1 Resident: and to me it is one world
Multiverse1 Resident: the difference being the non-face to face aspect
    Eos Amaterasu: non-rl-face to rl-face?
Multiverse1 Resident: like the talk I went to, was verbal, not written.
Multiverse1 Resident: yes we are not under the same roof afterall.
Eos Amaterasu: but we are sl-face to sl-face
Eos Amaterasu: to paraphrase: what was your original face before SL was born?
Multiverse1 Resident: tthough I think I would invite you into my home
Multiverse1 Resident: I am close to my face in 1st life I think.
Eos Amaterasu: "your eyes looked from your mother's face"
Multiverse1 Resident: Oh but you raise another question I think.
Eos Amaterasu: (I thought of that line when my son was born)
Multiverse1 Resident: yes, I thought you may be refering to subsequent lives etc.
Eos Amaterasu: not really (not serial lives, at least)
Multiverse1 Resident: In this case, the family progeny?
    Eos Amaterasu: life peeking out
    Multiverse1 Resident: what , may I ask.
Multiverse1 Resident: peeking for behind that tree?
    Eos Amaterasu: good question
Eos Amaterasu: out of its own mystery, in a sense
Eos Amaterasu: I find myself being here
Multiverse1 Resident: all in who's perspective, the chirping bird
Eos Amaterasu: yes, well chirped :-)
Multiverse1 Resident: you are fullfilling an rl obligation, no?
    Eos Amaterasu: ?
Multiverse1 Resident: being here as a guardian.
Eos Amaterasu: oh, well, yes that's part of this particular occasion
Eos Amaterasu: though I was here yesterday when not the guardian on call for the session
Multiverse1 Resident: you have commited to this on a rotating or voluntary basis
Eos Amaterasu: I meant find myself being here at all
Multiverse1 Resident: almost didn't make it?
    Eos Amaterasu: weekly volunteer basis

    --BELL--

Eos Amaterasu: no, more like becoming aware, and wondering what there was before you became aware
    Eos Amaterasu: wb, multi
    Multiverse1 Resident: sorry, crashed
Eos Amaterasu: one thing I was curious about, when you say it's one world, what is the oneness of that world?
Eos Amaterasu: wherein lies its unity?
Multiverse1 Resident: it is one unto itself
Eos Amaterasu: you mean nothing outside itself?
Multiverse1 Resident: it needs no unity, why would you impose such a limit
Eos Amaterasu: well, you said "one world"
Eos Amaterasu: "one world is enough, for all of us" - Sting
    Multiverse1 Resident: one muti-world
    Eos Amaterasu: a plenum?
Multiverse1 Resident: all based on the observer
Eos Amaterasu looks around for observerm
    Eos Amaterasu: many observers?
Multiverse1 Resident: all of us observers, even the ants
    Multiverse1 Resident: even the ants
Eos Amaterasu: the bird is chirping up a storm inside of me
Multiverse1 Resident: what type of bird is it?
    Multiverse1 Resident: a sparrow or a hawk?
Eos Amaterasu: I don't know, there's several, judging from different sounds
Multiverse1 Resident: a brood of birds
Eos Amaterasu: a featheration of birds
Multiverse1 Resident: many songs we sing
Eos Amaterasu: our perceptions are in a way songs
    Multiverse1 Resident: No crickets here?
Eos Amaterasu: not like summer nights in New Jersey, dense with cricket sounds
Multiverse1 Resident: the song of the winds maybe The flutter of a bag in the wind
Eos Amaterasu: "you are the song that the morning sings"
Multiverse1 Resident: morning has broken like the 1st morn
Multiverse1 Resident: the solar wind in sl
Eos Amaterasu: I have read that neurons communicate through sound
    Multiverse1 Resident: New to me
Multiverse1 Resident: vibration I would agree with
Eos Amaterasu: "it's so loud in me I can't hear myself think" :-)
Eos Amaterasu: I guess our pre-occupations can be pretty loud
    Multiverse1 Resident: 2 mins for a pause
Multiverse1 Resident: the quiet of solitude

    --BELL--

Multiverse1 Resident: would I ever find no-one here at a meeting time?
Eos Amaterasu: not too common, but I'm sure it's happened
Eos Amaterasu: especially the 1 am SLT session
Eos Amaterasu: often there's just one person there
Multiverse1 Resident: THe other day I thought of the lack of senses here. Like smell, touch and taste.
    Eos Amaterasu: it's true
Multiverse1 Resident: yes, only sight and sound here
Eos Amaterasu: there's a tiny bit of touch through sensory-motor neuroplasticity
Eos Amaterasu: like when you fall down in SL
Multiverse1 Resident: yes I call it a different name
    Multiverse1 Resident: observeration
    Multiverse1 Resident: like being dizzy
Multiverse1 Resident: or witnessing an illusion
Eos Amaterasu: (like a movie, like this here, ....)
    Multiverse1 Resident: an oasis?
Multiverse1 Resident: yes 3 dimensional clothes I here even.
Eos Amaterasu: I guess time is a bond between SL and RL
Eos Amaterasu: the time you spend in SL
Eos Amaterasu: is also time you spend in RL
Multiverse1 Resident: a movie is the best example, by far
Multiverse1 Resident: yes one world for each of us.
Multiverse1 Resident: " I am me, You are you, and We are we. " Lao Tse, I think.
    Eos Amaterasu scratches head
Multiverse1 Resident: So may I ask, do you think a bee is a beng?
    Multiverse1 Resident: being
Eos Amaterasu: a be is a being?
    Multiverse1 Resident: a bee
    Multiverse1 Resident: a honeybee
Eos Amaterasu: seems very much so
Eos Amaterasu: a being amidst beings (having watched bumblebees going from flower to flower)
Multiverse1 Resident: yes as we all are
    Multiverse1 Resident: every thing alive
Multiverse1 Resident: i love to watch the bees fly from flower to flower, very peacefull indeed.
    Eos Amaterasu: kind of amazing,too

    --BELL--

Multiverse1 Resident: so many types of bees also. One day I saw 5 varieties in one patch of flowers.
Multiverse1 Resident: Well Eos, Thank you for being my host here and now. I have to sleep soon, so I shall leave you to your world. Have a fullfilling day.
Eos Amaterasu: thanks for the presence and conversation, Multi
Eos Amaterasu: I also must go to bed
    Eos Amaterasu: Ciao!
