Wol Euler: probably yes
Wol Euler: summer (august) is definitely less good
Aphrodite Macbain: tie it in with a visit to Toronto
Aphrodite Macbain: August in NY is awfully hot
Bruce Mowbray: fall is much better.
Bruce Mowbray: The only times my t goes to NY is in May or late September - sometimes October.

Wol Euler: the purpose for me of a retreat in NY is that it has three international airports and therefore dozens of cheap easy flights from everywhere
