Calvino Rabeni: whereas traditionally the study stopped after child hood
Calvino Rabeni: It's apparently easier to study children - maybe because they cannot complain of they feel mis-represented
Calvino Rabeni: To compare adults is quite interesting but runs into political issues, etc.

Yakuzza Lethecus: actually, my main focus is to find a groups that are ,,coaching" implicitly :)

Calvino Rabeni: So the last lecture I went to, was to help coaches learn to offer spiritual guidance as well as the other things they do
Calvino Rabeni: but that requires them to have some guidelines and understanding

Calvino Rabeni: a model to work from, because they may not be followers of specific path themselves, but still can give something useful
Calvino Rabeni: This lecture was in my town, given at a leadership training institute
Calvino Rabeni: So it was a description of the latest research in that area
Calvino Rabeni: of applying those development models, to the profession of coaching
Calvino Rabeni: I found it quite interesting
Calvino Rabeni: unfortunately, publishing lags behind :)
