    Raffila Millgrove: you too
Yakuzza Lethecus: how is everyone todaz ?
    Korel Laloix: Heya.
    Wol Euler: cheerful
Korel Laloix: Been a strange week.. glad it is comming to an end.
    Wol Euler smiles.
Wol Euler: I hope you get some time to yourself to rest on the weekend
Korel Laloix: Well.. me and my textbooks.
Korel Laloix: No events this weekend and no plans.
Korel Laloix: Which probably means I will be very busy...
Yakuzza Lethecus: when are you going to be done with college or work related study´s ?
Korel Laloix: I have quate a ways to go.
Korel Laloix: A couple more years.
    Wol Euler: :)
    Wol Euler: hello aph
Korel Laloix: I should be in a good position for a job by then... looking for a position now that is at least related.
    Aphrodite Macbain: Hi
    Korel Laloix: Osiyo
    Aphrodite Macbain: Osiyo Korel
Aphrodite Macbain: Glad you could make it Yaku
    Raffila Millgrove: hi aphrodite
    Aphrodite Macbain: Hi Raffila
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hi aph
Yakuzza Lethecus: yes, the plane was even 10 minutes early before
Korel Laloix: I was going to download the new mesh viewer, but this is somethig fun about seeing half of an AV... smiles
    Wol Euler grins.
    Aphrodite Macbain: half an avi?
Aphrodite Macbain: You all look whole to me
    Raffila Millgrove: oh it's me.
Raffila Millgrove: i got this dress at the mesh fair today.
Wol Euler: if the mesh is invisible you see the alpha masked body that it usually covers :)
    Aphrodite Macbain: Very nice
Korel Laloix: I can tell... you have no tummy to me... or youare on one interesting diet.... smiles
    Wol Euler nods.
    Raffila Millgrove: lol
Raffila Millgrove: i finally had to upgrade to 3.. so i could see people normally.
Aphrodite Macbain: I wonder if I should see what happens if I try my Firestorm viewer
Korel Laloix: I am on Pheonix, but an older version.
Aphrodite Macbain: ok I'll try brb
Raffila Millgrove: the latest Pheonix does see mesh
    --BELL--
Korel Laloix: Just wishthey would bring back theorigional SL viewer... and update it.
    Yakuzza Lethecus: wb aph
Raffila Millgrove: 3 is not great. but it's worlds better than 2. you can clean up so you only have few buttons on the top and no frames or anything on sides.
Aphrodite Macbain: You look better now Raff
    Raffila Millgrove: hehe
    Wol Euler smiles.
Aphrodite Macbain: I can see your bangs and glasses
Korel Laloix: I have met quate a few new folks that were going to quit SL because of Viewer 2.
    Aphrodite Macbain: Very nice!
Raffila Millgrove: glasses and dress were both free over at the fair.
Korel Laloix: So I introduced them to the origional and they stayed.
Aphrodite Macbain: I hope you got the right prescription
Raffila Millgrove: i had the old version one til only a month ago.
Raffila Millgrove: when i cracked up over mesh and went 3.
Wol Euler: those glasses are really nice
Raffila Millgrove: they have many free ones.
    Raffila Millgrove: i love Free.
Wol Euler: I like Free if the stuff is also Good.
Korel Laloix: If it's free... it's for me.
    Aphrodite Macbain: Ah, that's better
Korel Laloix: I only buy hair.
Raffila Millgrove: everything i am wearing.. skin, hair. dress. shoes and beads/earring were all free. only the bracelet i bought.
    Aphrodite Macbain: smart shopper
    Wol Euler considers.
Aphrodite Macbain: nice that we can buy skin and hair, or not
Yakuzza Lethecus: i really wonder how the sl economy is developing
    Aphrodite Macbain: onigokko
    Yakuzza Lethecus: :)
Raffila Millgrove: i hang with some serious fashionistas.. finding things they dont already have.. is fun.
    Aphrodite Macbain: stop
Aphrodite Macbain: Need to do that at least once
Raffila Millgrove: that's so fun to watch.
    Yakuzza Lethecus: :)
Korel Laloix: I was chatting with an old SL friend the other day. He has spent something like 3500 US not LInden dollars buying stuff... not including tiers....
Yakuzza Lethecus: do you have one raffilia ?
    Wol Euler smiles.
    Aphrodite Macbain: omg
Korel Laloix: I have a couple of expensive hobies.. but dang....
Aphrodite Macbain: How can he find it once he nuys it?
Raffila Millgrove: it's easy to do it. I've spent a lot on furnishings. i like deocorating and building/modding houses so much.
Wol Euler averts her eyes from calculating that
    Aphrodite Macbain: bys
    Aphrodite Macbain: buys
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hey darren
    Aphrodite Macbain: Darren!
    Wol Euler: hehehe
Raffila Millgrove: hello Daren. nice to meet you.
Wol Euler: hello and bye, darren
Korel Laloix: It is a nice place to hang out in SL>
Aphrodite Macbain: What do people do with their inventories? Mine is unmanageable
Korel Laloix: I keep mine under 333.
Wol Euler: folders! folders within folders
Wol Euler: all else is madness
Korel Laloix: I know where everything is.
    Wol Euler: or that :)
    Raffila Millgrove: i do too
    Raffila Millgrove: file regularly.
Wol Euler: I'm quite sure where most things are :)
Raffila Millgrove: like a little file clerk.
Korel Laloix: I do folders as well.. but mainly becuase I am an overly organized neat freak.
    Aphrodite Macbain: Hmmm
Aphrodite Macbain: I have 7,256 items
    Wol Euler smiles.
    Aphrodite Macbain: :-(
    Wol Euler: 34621
    Aphrodite Macbain: omg
Raffila Millgrove: i was up to 30k before the medical folder went ... so i am back to 26k again.
Aphrodite Macbain: u must have an excellent filing system
    Korel Laloix: lol
Wol Euler: oh, what happened about that, raffi? did you put in a ticket?
Raffila Millgrove: yes . we needn't go there. hopeless.
    Wol Euler nods sadly
Aphrodite Macbain: OK I am being called elsewhere
Raffila Millgrove: decided to replace a few things ... to keep up spirits.
Wol Euler: bye aph, happy friday
Korel Laloix: I am presently at 309... smiles
Raffila Millgrove: so i had some fun finding new things. Bye Aphro
    Yakuzza Lethecus: bye aph
    Aphrodite Macbain: Bye
    Aphrodite Macbain: Bye!
Aphrodite Macbain: (must remove my tail)
    Wol Euler smiles.
    Korel Laloix: Why?
Raffila Millgrove can whip out a freebie forensics saw with mighty noise and blood flying about. very impressive.
    Wol Euler: heheheheh
    Wol Euler: as one does.
Korel Laloix: Oh ick.... but fun.
Korel Laloix: How creative people are in SL amazes me.
Raffila Millgrove: no kidding. there is a forensic scientist here and he gives lectures. i found this freebie in his lab.
Korel Laloix: I am not creative... but I admire it.
    Yakuzza Lethecus: me too
    Wol Euler: brb
Korel Laloix: I can do clothes... that is about it.
Korel Laloix: IN SL I mean.
Raffila Millgrove: i like to build, i am good at textures and nothing much else. my friends are the scriptors.
    --BELL--
Agatha Macbeth: Bonsoir tout le monde
    Raffila Millgrove: hi Agatha
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hey aggers
Raffila Millgrove: (that's a photo of me and my best friend.. taken a few minutes ago.. i was feeding her breakfast in bed. she's rather ill real life. she likes to play with me.
Agatha Macbeth: Oh you got here after all yak :)
    Korel Laloix: Nice pic.. thanks.
    Wol Euler: nice house
    Wol Euler: hello aggers
    Agatha Macbeth: Wollie ♥
Wol Euler: hehe, just alt-clicked on your photo to turn the camera and look around the room
Raffila Millgrove: i do that all the time.. trying to see around corners in photos.
Korel Laloix: HOw do you do that?
Yakuzza Lethecus: should be easier then in rl to make panorama pictures in secondlife
Yakuzza Lethecus: they really should have such a feature
Wol Euler: it doesn't work, korel :) I was treating the photo as if it were real
Korel Laloix: OH OK.. sorry... smiles
    Raffila Millgrove: brb tea kettle
Wol Euler: heh, that's usually my line
Korel Laloix: OK.. back to RL.
    Raffila Millgrove: oh wow!
Wol Euler: bye korel, take care
    Raffila Millgrove: that is beautiful!
    Korel Laloix: CIao
    Raffila Millgrove: bye Korel
    Yakuzza Lethecus: bye korel
    Agatha Macbeth: Takr care K
Raffila Millgrove: i must run as well. have a great weekend everyone.
Wol Euler: there's a German expression "Frühjahrsmüdigkeit", spring tiredness
    Agatha Macbeth: Run well Raff
Wol Euler: bye raffi, enjoy the weekend
    Yakuzza Lethecus: bye raffilia
    --BELL--
Agatha Macbeth: It isn't spring yet!
    Agatha Macbeth: onigokko
    Yakuzza Lethecus: cardio
    Wol Euler: hehehe
    Agatha Macbeth: stop
Agatha Macbeth: That loosened us up a bit
    Wol Euler nods.
Yakuzza Lethecus is trying not to fall asleep :), so it´s good
Agatha Macbeth: Play your guitar for us :)
    Wol Euler: veah :)
Yakuzza Lethecus: don´t have the guitar here :(
Yakuzza Lethecus: that is in germany
    Agatha Macbeth: Awww
    Wol Euler: aha!
Agatha Macbeth: Where are you then?
    Yakuzza Lethecus: sweden atm
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh, great
Yakuzza Lethecus: flow here this afternoon
    Yakuzza Lethecus: flew
    Agatha Macbeth: How's the weather?
Yakuzza Lethecus: but plane had good flow :P
Yakuzza Lethecus: was 10 minutes early on arrival and no other delays
Agatha Macbeth: The swedes are good
Yakuzza Lethecus: clear sky tonight, beautyful sky
    Agatha Macbeth sighs
Yakuzza Lethecus: all those tiny little lakes from the plane are always worth watching
    Agatha Macbeth: mm yes
    Agatha Macbeth: And the forests
    Wol Euler smiles.
Yakuzza Lethecus: are there larger forests left in england/britain ?
Agatha Macbeth: Ooh let me think...
Agatha Macbeth: The new Forest is pretty big
Wol Euler: "large" is a relative term :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Yes, true
Agatha Macbeth: Nothing gets very large here
Agatha Macbeth: The sea stops it
Agatha Macbeth: Not that I notice of course, never go anywhere!
    Wol Euler: awwww
Wol Euler: go to the seaside for your next family day
    Agatha Macbeth: Hmm
Agatha Macbeth: Must be interesting travelling across a really big country
Wol Euler: it acquires a rhythm and a feeling of its own, yes
Wol Euler: getting into a train and knowing you won't get out again for 31 hours
Agatha Macbeth: My God - imagine
Agatha Macbeth: Wonder how hercules Poirot felt on the orient express
    Wol Euler: confused
Agatha Macbeth: You mean the butler didn't do it?
    Wol Euler: but only momentarily
    Agatha Macbeth: Ah
Wol Euler: in that case, no
Wol Euler: unless ... wait ... maybe he did
Agatha Macbeth: Or was it Professor Plum?
    --BELL--
Wol Euler: or the plum pudding
    Agatha Macbeth: Or Miss Scarlet
Agatha Macbeth: with the lead pipe
Wol Euler: a lady's weapon if ever there was one
Agatha Macbeth: I'll see if I can get one in my handbag
Wol Euler: toss out the manuscript to make room
    Agatha Macbeth: Yeah
    Agatha Macbeth: Eh?
    Agatha Macbeth: What manuscript?
Wol Euler: oh, I was continuing the Oscar Wilde reference that I thought you were making :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Riiiight
Agatha Macbeth: Where did oscar Wilde come in?
    Wol Euler: a haaaaaaaandbag?
    Agatha Macbeth: Ahhhhhhhhh
    Wol Euler smiles.
Yakuzza Lethecus: good night the two of you :)
Wol Euler: 'night yaku, sleep well
Agatha Macbeth: Thought you meant he owned one
    Wol Euler: probably
    Agatha Macbeth: Schlaf gut Yak
Agatha Macbeth: Well we know oscar
Agatha Macbeth: Just think, if he was alive today he'd be just another bohemian
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: hanging out with Stephen Fry and that lot, no doubt
Agatha Macbeth: Whereas in his day he stood out from the crowd so to speak
Agatha Macbeth: Paris must have been an interesting place to be at the end of the 19th century
Wol Euler: like Manhattan in the jazz age, perhaps
    Agatha Macbeth: Mmm, yes
Wol Euler: but with better food
Agatha Macbeth: Well it *is* paris :p
Agatha Macbeth: The french tend not to go in for commonplace cuisine
    Wol Euler: yep
Wol Euler: though I must admit that I ate a lot of Algerian food whenever I was there
    Wol Euler <- loves couscous
Agatha Macbeth: Oh I often have that in my dinner instead of rice
Wol Euler: we'd go up to the 18th and restaurant-hop
    Agatha Macbeth: Sounds good
Wol Euler: you know how little local "centres of excellence" develop in parts of cities?
    Agatha Macbeth nods
Wol Euler: one really good restaurant lands, and pulls a few similar ones with it
Wol Euler: there is such a centre of Algerian food at the foot of the Sacré Coeur
    Agatha Macbeth: Aha
Agatha Macbeth: Guessed it would be in Montmartre :))
    Wol Euler: yep :)
    Agatha Macbeth smiles
Wol Euler: funny, I don't think of myself as a foodie but food is a very important part of my memories of places
    Agatha Macbeth: Mm, mine too
    Agatha Macbeth: Especially abroad
Agatha Macbeth: not so much here
Wol Euler: food at home (in the home city) is often just functional
    Agatha Macbeth: Yes
Wol Euler: one doesn't look for an exciting meal as one would if one were in e.g. Strasbourg
    Agatha Macbeth: True
Agatha Macbeth: Guess the food is half the fun of travelling
    Wol Euler: mmhmm
Wol Euler: I had a new experience this evening
    Agatha Macbeth: Ooooh :p
Wol Euler: a takeaway sushi place (with a few token bar seats) opened around the corner last summer, I finally went there and got a tray of sushi to go
Wol Euler: not bad at all
    Agatha Macbeth: Great
Wol Euler: a bit bland, compared to my usual downtown place, but fresh and tasty and not too expensive
Wol Euler: it was full of student-looking types, fascinating to watch them
    Agatha Macbeth grins
Agatha Macbeth: Where does the boss usually eat?
    --BELL--
Wol Euler: usually he eats upstairs with the family :)
    Agatha Macbeth: Boring eh?
Wol Euler: they have 3 meals a day together, unless he's on site
Agatha Macbeth: Doubt I could ever go back to that kinda thing
Wol Euler: it's a bit intense for me, I don't know how they put up with each other all the time
Agatha Macbeth: There are many couples one could say the same about! :p
    Wol Euler: hehehehhe
Wol Euler: but this is an extreme case, they work together as well as live together, and live "above the shop"
Agatha Macbeth: Must be a bit claustrophobic
Wol Euler: I would find it that way, yes
    Agatha Macbeth: Me too
Wol Euler: takes all kinds to make a world, as my grandmother used to say
    Agatha Macbeth: Truly
Wol Euler: usually shaking her head as she did
Agatha Macbeth: Grandmothers are usually right
    Wol Euler: mmhmm
Agatha Macbeth: Hopefully I'll get to Fracture tomorrow
    Wol Euler: yay
    Agatha Macbeth smiles
    Wol Euler: hello tess
    Wol Euler: very blue.
    Agatha Macbeth: Hello
    Tess Aristocrat: Hello :)
Tess Aristocrat: How ar you two?
    Wol Euler: cheerful but tired
    Agatha Macbeth: Fine thx, you?
    Tess Aristocrat: mmm..nods
Agatha Macbeth: I was just about to get up actually
    Wol Euler nods.
Tess Aristocrat: well, other than the hangover from the dentist..happy it's Ferrriday!!
    Tess Aristocrat: ah ok
Wol Euler: I've been yawning for half an hour already (sorry aggers :)
Agatha Macbeth: Mm, time moves on I guess
    Wol Euler: mmhmm
    Wol Euler: nearly midnight here
Wol Euler: goodnight aggers, take care
Wol Euler: sorry to leave you Tess :)
    Tess Aristocrat: night
Agatha Macbeth: So I'll see thee at Fracture
    Wol Euler: yep
    Tess Aristocrat: ah, no worries
    Wol Euler: goodngiht!
    Agatha Macbeth: Take care tess
