oO0Oo Resident: Looks lovely Luci.. Caring in details rendered
Lucinda Lavender: thought so too ...For March 10 it mentions the cold hard rain and brooding all day about opportunities missed:)...I like the idea of sinterizing the mind
Lucinda Lavender: sorry winterizing the mind
oO0Oo Resident: hahahaha .. thanks! was just moving to ask the red ring what sinterizing meant ;)
Eliza Madrigal: hah
Lucinda Lavender: 1) see the sun rise and set every day...2) Learn how to draw a tree...3) Put something beautiful in your room so that you see it upon waking
Eliza Madrigal: :)
oO0Oo Resident: :)
oO0Oo Resident: The inner and outer communicate
Lucinda Lavender: nods
Eliza Madrigal: beautiful picture of meditation Bleu (checked email) :)

stevenaia Michinaga: you are welcome, it was nice there
Eliza Madrigal: :)
stevenaia Michinaga: I think it was why the session was so mellow, 15 minutes of introspection before PaB
Eliza Madrigal: I wondered... set a tone
Eliza Madrigal: find yourself thoughtful?
stevenaia Michinaga: so much of the session is... relaxing, it's a nice prelude
Eliza Madrigal: :)
stevenaia Michinaga: I am looking forward to the affect it will have over time
stevenaia Michinaga: (on me and my plastic brain)
Eliza Madrigal smiles
--BELL--
Eliza Madrigal: steady practices have a way of unfreezing us
stevenaia Michinaga: yes.. is the 99 days still going on?
Eliza Madrigal: yes it is day 81...
stevenaia Michinaga: :)
Eliza Madrigal: only a few still posting though so think this will be the last round for a while
stevenaia Michinaga: maybe I will rejoin for the thrid 99
Eliza Madrigal: have missed your contributions
stevenaia Michinaga: it was nice, found the habit of practice is what helped more than the habit of blogging
stevenaia Michinaga: thanks
Eliza Madrigal: ah, interesting... well I guess you have a steady practice already in that regard
Eliza Madrigal: but for me it is nice to 'check in'
stevenaia Michinaga: have always had difficulty (shyness) writing (hard to belive, I know)
stevenaia Michinaga: yes, check in with friends was nice
Eliza Madrigal: aw... no I wouldn't have guessed that
stevenaia Michinaga: :)
Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eliza Madrigal: whenever I open the page I come back to 'what was my focus?'
Eliza Madrigal: and then it comes to me... how I was attentive, or not
stevenaia Michinaga: yes, considering the practice is the same, the logging is different each day
stevenaia Michinaga: which is nice
Eliza Madrigal: yes, sort of shines light on different aspects or angles
stevenaia Michinaga: yes, feeling there is a unique perspective for each moment
Eliza Madrigal: seeing that, yes :)))
Eliza Madrigal: maybe there are other forms to try to do the same thing...
stevenaia Michinaga: forms?
Eliza Madrigal: checking in with one another... guess we do that as a matter of course but structures help too
Eliza Madrigal: :)
stevenaia Michinaga: never really had a frame set up by others to fill myself into
stevenaia Michinaga: this was unique for me
stevenaia Michinaga: and then to log is was wonderful, like my dream journal of my past
Eliza Madrigal: :) :)
Eliza Madrigal highly approves of dream journals
stevenaia Michinaga: but that was semiconcious memories
stevenaia Michinaga: when I write of dreams
Eliza Madrigal: I was dreaming of teeth a few weeks ago and now find myself with toothache... sigh :)
Eliza Madrigal: subconscious doesn't seem fixed in time
stevenaia Michinaga: yes, but it has to be connected enough for the words to flow to the hand so it appears on papper coherently
Eliza Madrigal: nods
Eliza Madrigal: often just an image or feeling
Eliza Madrigal: or color
stevenaia Michinaga: yes
stevenaia Michinaga: for e the images do not "lost" in my mind unless written down
stevenaia Michinaga: *last
Eliza Madrigal: sometimes if you take one little fragment it opens everything else... but it can be like untangling a necklace
Eliza Madrigal: or a rope... so much patience needed :)
stevenaia Michinaga: then... they remain to tap into each time I read them, clear as when I wrote them down
Eliza Madrigal: :)))
stevenaia Michinaga: *
--BELL--
Eliza Madrigal: maybe we should try a nighttime dream circle sometime
Eliza Madrigal: (sorry to leave during the bell... feeling groggy :) so nice to see you
stevenaia Michinaga: sometime that happens when I wake at 4:00 am
stevenaia Michinaga: night Eloza
Eliza Madrigal: that's when I wake too@
stevenaia Michinaga: Eliza
Eliza Madrigal: !
Eliza Madrigal: Night (((( ))))) pleasant sleep
stevenaia Michinaga: :)
