    Wester Kiranov: hi lobster
Crusty Goldshark: sorry have not been here a while in SL - hi Wester
Wester Kiranov: that's ok. nice to have you here
    Crusty Goldshark: Thank you
Crusty Goldshark: I hope to get my mic working too
Crusty Goldshark: few changes since last here
Wester Kiranov: when were you here last?
Crusty Goldshark: maybe two years ago . . .
    Wester Kiranov: ok
Crusty Goldshark: Usually there are more people here?
Wester Kiranov: this time tends to be quite quiet
    Crusty Goldshark: OK
Wester Kiranov: but it's also possible it was busier 2 years ago
    Crusty Goldshark: yes . . . .
Crusty Goldshark: I intend to visit some of the old haunts to cyber meditate
Wester Kiranov: it might be a general PaB thing, or it might have something to with me not being here for a while two years ago
Crusty Goldshark: OK - have not met you here before :) Do you meditate in RL?
Wester Kiranov: I do try to, but I find it difficult toget into regular practice
Crusty Goldshark: Understood. I try for every day and achieve it - though I missed yesterday - first time in maybe a year . .
    Wester Kiranov: yeah.
Wester Kiranov resolves to meditate tonight
    --BELL--
Crusty Goldshark: WHat sort of meditation would you do if having the time?
Crusty Goldshark: What will that entail?
Wester Kiranov: sorry, I try to keep to the 90 second pauses
    Crusty Goldshark: Understood
Wester Kiranov: when I meditate, I usually do standing meditation
Wester Kiranov: chi kung inspired, but probably not really chi kung
Wester Kiranov: and I like to start and end with a few prostrations
Crusty Goldshark: Ah OK that is excellent, I used to do tai chi and chi kung
Crusty Goldshark: who or what do you prostrate to?
Wester Kiranov: to the situation as it is
Wester Kiranov: see what I can be grateful to
Crusty Goldshark: Fair enough. Never knew it needed to be prostrated to but why not . . .
Wester Kiranov: the situation does not need it, but I sometimes do
    Crusty Goldshark: LOL indeed
Crusty Goldshark: My meditation is seated, I tend to do prostrations to representations of qualities.
    Wester Kiranov: that's good too
    Crusty Goldshark: :)
    Crusty Goldshark: My favourite quality is probably . . . m m m . . . no favourites . .. . each has something . . .
Wester Kiranov: so, which quality speaks to you most right now?
    Crusty Goldshark: silence
    Crusty Goldshark: ;)
    Wester Kiranov: :-)
Wester Kiranov: I was thinking openness
    Crusty Goldshark: same difference
Crusty Goldshark: I often find I am most silent when open and vice versa
    --BELL--
Crusty Goldshark: Excellent - that ring going on signls the 15 minute breaks into being?
    Wester Kiranov: yes
Crusty Goldshark: I always used to miss it . . .
Crusty Goldshark: I am running SL from Sabayon Linux - took me a while to get it up to speed, tried two othe Linux but they did not work well . . .
Wester Kiranov: I wouldn't know the difference, to be honest
    Crusty Goldshark: :)
Crusty Goldshark: OK RL calls - thanks for chat - have a great meditation tonight, have a great day ;) Bye
    Wester Kiranov: bye
