    Qt Core: Hi Wol
    Wol Euler: buongiorno qt
Qt Core: how is life ?
Wol Euler: so far, pretty good :)
Wol Euler: had breakfast, drinking coffee ...
    Wol Euler: and you?
Qt Core: a little tired... i went five times to the gyms in past 3 idays... to ask for prices and options ;-)
    Wol Euler grins.
    Wol Euler: that's a start!
Qt Core: beside that almost good
Wol Euler: what are the options? :)
Qt Core: i was interested to see if having time limitations would lower the proces, for examples
Qt Core: or to check if when there were youga courses
    Wol Euler nods.

    --BELL--

Qt Core: in the bigger gyms there are so many courses, with so many weird names too, like yogilates that mixes yoga and pilates or another one, called aqua combat where you do martial arts in the pool
    Wol Euler: hehehehehehe
    Wol Euler: sounds like fun
Qt Core: sound like hell ;-)
Qt Core: i've seen crazy people doing spinning in the pool
Qt Core: and i've seen prices ranging from 410 to 100 euros for a year, full access
    Qt Core: *1100
Wol Euler: I heard that exercise in water can be particularly effective because of the resistance against your movement
    Wol Euler: wow
Qt Core: yes, but then i already air (and myself) being against movement ;-)
    Wol Euler: hehehe
Qt Core: in the most pricey one i almost lost myself in the locker rooms when taking the tour
    Wol Euler smiles.
Qt Core: then there is a very cheap one, costing me probably just a few cents of my taxes, called "The nearby parks" ;-)
    Wol Euler: mmhmm,always an option
Wol Euler: they do say that walking regularly is the best exercise
Wol Euler: and certainly a good way to start for somebody who hasn't exercised before
Qt Core: yes, but cold in winter, hot in summer and no sauna
Hopefia Fayray: 's current display-name is "Hope".
    Wol Euler: hello hope
Hopefia Fayray: Hello Wol and QT
Qt Core: i have another one to check, that will be probably the most pricey one, then i'll decide, if and where to go
    Qt Core: Hi Hope
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: I wish you luck and fun with it :)
Qt Core: never been fun, there but thanks ;-)

Qt Core: how are you today, Hope ?
Wol Euler: well, yuo never know. THis may be the time that something "clicks" for you
Hopefia Fayray: peaceful - thanks for asking and yourself? :)
Qt Core: trying to solve the if and where to go (speaking og gym)
Qt Core: but quite good averall
Qt Core: the great mysteries: i really never understood spelling error where the wrong letter is far from both the previous and the next letter
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: not even the same finger of opposite hand, which sometimes happens
Wol Euler: just a complete mis-firing of the neurons, I guess
    Qt Core: reassuring...
    Wol Euler grins.

    --BELL--

Qt Core: thinking about my mindset when i went to the gym a few years ago and the only exercise i liked as it was able to distract me from the counting of the minutes remaining and fractions of total time i had to go
Hopefia Fayray: does it serve you?
    Wol Euler nods.
Qt Core: it was nice when engaged from the movements mind went away and came back after a few void minutes
    Hopefia Fayray: nods
Hopefia Fayray: I used to visit the gym few times a week for many years - it helps in high stress job - but now I have stopped and prefer yoga - because the breath becomes more important than counting the analogue/human time?
Wol Euler: yes, I always enjoyed that when I was running
Wol Euler: those few minutes of dreaming auto-pilot
Qt Core: btw the machine was of this kind: http://www.technogym.com/media/immag...chro1_zoom.jpg (managing to engage both legs and arms)
Hopefia Fayray: still though it is certainly helpful to sometimes say "I'll just do 20 mins, or Ill just do half hour and then let it grow from there"
Hopefia Fayray: nods at Qt yeh the skiiing/cross country one I always preferred that to running belt but did both
Qt Core: i did some yoga in my last (and only) period of gym
Qt Core: (liked it very much)

Wol Euler: yes, I thought "cross-country skiing" at that photo too
Wol Euler: my father once wrote a book on how to start exercising :) long out of print, of course
Wol Euler: he talked a lot about walking, because it's basically free and needs no equipment :)

Wol Euler: for people who work too far away to walk there, you could start by increasing the walk to the bus
Hopefia Fayray: walkings always good especially in Nature and with a beautiful funny dog for company (smiles)
Wol Euler: walk to the *next* stop, not your regular one
Wol Euler: then walk two stops before you get on, then thrree ...
Qt Core: you can even do that by car parking it away from home
Hopefia Fayray: yeh - step by step - cars make you soft - before i drove I used to walk everywhere
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: one thing I love about my job is that I can (and do) walk to and from work each day
Hopefia Fayray: that's cool if it is an easy part of your daily routine
Wol Euler: they seriously considered at one point moving out of the city, I would have quit

    --BELL--

Qt Core: when young i was (almost) against taking my driving license, but when a couple years after noticed that a car would give me almost an hour more sleep in the morning...
    Wol Euler: ha!
Wol Euler: hard to argue against that, I admit
    Wol Euler grins.
Hopefia Fayray: a car is important to be able to drive to natural places where boxes are increasing
Qt Core: if they go on with this pace maybe a few months before i'll retire there would be good public transport reaching my office
    Wol Euler nods.
Hopefia Fayray: look at the shapes created in cities?
Hopefia Fayray: boxes, 'framed' 'contained' straight lines = not natural
Hopefia Fayray: disconnects people from their being
    Hopefia Fayray: become drones
Qt Core: hobbit like houses would be better, yes... maybe with higher ceilings... ;-)
Hopefia Fayray: you mock - but humans will realise what they are doing soon enough
    Wol Euler smiles.
Hopefia Fayray: they are only harming themselves
Hopefia Fayray: they laugh at nature
Hopefia Fayray: they laugh at gentleness
    Hopefia Fayray: they want power
Hopefia Fayray: and they want to 'win'
Hopefia Fayray: this is the ego
Hopefia Fayray: and they destroy their grounding - their links to who they really are
Hopefia Fayray: again you will mock and laugh
Hopefia Fayray: you think perhaps I am being naive or 'twee'
Hopefia Fayray: think what you like
Hopefia Fayray: noone will listen who doesnt want to
Hopefia Fayray: but people FEEL the discord

Qt Core: i'd like that, Hope, but i like to joke too, i just don;t agree with the luddite people, i would favour mixing tech and nature
Hopefia Fayray: I'm not a luddite- I love technology - we created the internet to come home to ourselves and shared commuication more effectively
Hopefia Fayray: Im not just meditating on a lily pad somewhere saying everyone should live in huts
    Wol Euler listens.
    Qt Core: :)
Hopefia Fayray: but people need to see themselves as PART of Nature not seperate or outside of it?
Hopefia Fayray: Nature is there own bodies too
    Qt Core: agreed
Hopefia Fayray: what some are doing to the world is an indication of what they are doing to THEMSELVES
Hopefia Fayray: and its not harmonious
Hopefia Fayray: balance is all - not one extreme or the other?
    Wol Euler nods.
Hopefia Fayray: there are no straight lines in Nature for a REASON
Hopefia Fayray: its about time we started listening to those reasons once again

Qt Core: a hut in a wood some 50 km from a city with solar and hydro power and a couple satellite dish and antennas would not be a bad idea ;-)
Wol Euler: okay, but there are no dentists in nature either
    Hopefia Fayray: nature is everywhere
Hopefia Fayray: I am a profession and I am in nature
Wol Euler: "nature" isn't always the best answer to everything
Hopefia Fayray: its what you make of the surroundings around you
Wol Euler: nature means dying of the very first virus that you encounter
Hopefia Fayray: no that's human's creation
Hopefia Fayray: there is an antidote to everyting in nature too]
Wol Euler: nature means one in four children dying before the age of five

Hopefia Fayray: Nature created humans brain and doctors to do research to discover better ways of caring for such children
Hopefia Fayray: nature isnt just leaves and trees?
    Hopefia Fayray: its US
    Hopefia Fayray: doctors, teachers, engineers
Qt Core: it all goes back on "how much" nature we are spealing about
    Hopefia Fayray: but in partnership
Hopefia Fayray: not shutting it separately outside of ourselves
    Qt Core: *speaking
    Wol Euler: agreed
Wol Euler: our nature as humans is that we can and do improve things
Wol Euler: we can see potential as well as current-state-fact
Qt Core: another issue is if we do, wol ;-)

    --BELL--

Hopefia Fayray: people have evolved to care for sick others and scientists have only discovered new remedies and better research from being natural creatures themselves - from living growing and evolving
Wol Euler: (and with that Hope got up and walked away)
Wol Euler: I have no idea what the word "nature" means to her ...
Wol Euler: if living in houses is not nature, but scientists inventing technologies is nature
Qt Core: many houses are thought just to comply with the phisical needs and remember plain boxes
    Wol Euler: agreed
Wol Euler: and there are reasons for that
Wol Euler: one being that not-straight-line costs more, because it requires more manual labour
Qt Core: thinking about some Hong Kong pics i've seen recently and social housing everywhere
Wol Euler: another being that we live in cities, world-wide
Wol Euler: so we live stacked above each other
Wol Euler: you may say that this is wrong, but it is a fact and we would be well advised to face facts rather than wishing them away
Qt Core: yes, straight lines aren't wrong "per-se"
Wol Euler: people *wish* to live in cities, and move to them, willingly taking on all of the disadvantages
Wol Euler tells herself to take deep breaths
Qt Core: hoping we didn't offend Hope, i feel like we hadn't very different position but some problems sharing them
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: vocabulary again, I should have asked her what she meant instead of assuming

    --BELL--

Qt Core: time to go and make something out the day
    Wol Euler: me too
Wol Euler: take care, Qt, be natural and sporty :)
Qt Core: yeah, just like me ;-) Bye Wol, have fun
    Wol Euler: heheheh
    Wol Euler: bye for now
