The Guardian for this meeting was Yakuzza Lethecus. The comments are by Yakuzza Lethecus.

    Wol Euler: hello yaku, hope
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hey you two
Hopefia Fayray: Hello again Wol, hello Yaku
Yakuzza Lethecus: so you´ve been here before hope ?
Wol Euler: yes, we met a few mornings back
Yakuzza Lethecus: have you both watched the opening of the olympic wintergames ?
Hopefia Fayray: Yes, first time the other day when Wol was here. But then I say that but I had a conversation with Pema years ago in SL in a Buddhist tea house in similar surroundings
    Wol Euler: ah :)
Wol Euler: no, yaku, I didn't (don't have a tv)
Hopefia Fayray: no I haven't - I'm not watching much TV at the moment. Was it good? Did you enjoy it?
Yakuzza Lethecus: It was ok, i enjoyed it, not sure if it was particularly good compared to others but enjoyable is enought i suppose :)
Wol Euler: I usually found them vaguely embarrassing, when I used to watch tc
Wol Euler: like a folk art pageant
    Hopefia Fayray: oh?
Wol Euler: well, no offence to folk artists intended
Wol Euler: but in my experience these are more often well meant than well done
Wol Euler: sorry, I seem to have killed the conversation :(
Hopefia Fayray: I admire any athlete though who challenges themselves - but I would perhaps prefer to do the sport ( or yoga in my case) than sit and watch it - but I understand also that it is entertaining for many
Hopefia Fayray: not at all Wol - silent pauses means people are listening to what you say - digesting it
Wol Euler: oh, the actual contests are thrilling, no question :)
Hopefia Fayray: what is your favourite sport Yaku?
Yakuzza Lethecus: i don´t really have a favorite sport
    Wol Euler: sumo wrestling :)
Yakuzza Lethecus: biathlon is propably a bit interesting to me
Yakuzza Lethecus: considering that athletes have to find balance between staying calm and powering themselves out
    Wol Euler nods.
Yakuzza Lethecus: never did it, just watched :P
Hopefia Fayray: yes sports psychology can be a wonderful thing
    --BELL--
    Yakuzza Lethecus: i miss fael
    Wol Euler nods.
Yakuzza Lethecus: when i watched your wings, hope, i was was reminded of another older avatar who used to make some and be here often
    Hopefia Fayray: Oh?
    Wol Euler nods.
Hopefia Fayray: people come and go for a reason?
Wol Euler: we have had and lost some lovely people
Wol Euler: in her case, returning to university full-time
Wol Euler: others just disappear without farewell
Wol Euler: or after a dispute
Hopefia Fayray: to lose someone perhaps you have to 'possess' them first - freedom is a birthright?
Hopefia Fayray: why not just let them go?
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hey qt
    Wol Euler: hello qt
    Qt Core: Hi all!
    Hopefia Fayray: Hello Qt
Qt Core: i understand lag, but i wonder why the cushions were neon pink for a while... before going back to grey
    Wol Euler: hmmmm
Zen Arado: 's current display-name is "Zen".
    Yakuzza Lethecus: good evening zen
Wol Euler: there is some strange condition under which all of SL looks pink, perhaps you had a flash of that before your viewer settled down
    Wol Euler: hello zen
    Zen Arado: Hi all
Qt Core: first time since i was SL-born, interesting (raising an eyebrow vulcan style)
    Hopefia Fayray: Hello Zen
    Wol Euler grins.
    Qt Core: Hi Zen
Qt Core: was there a topic, beyond being friday (for people that believe such fairytales) ?
Wol Euler: we had been talking about sports, the olympics
Wol Euler: did you watch the opening ceremony?
    Zen Arado: nope
    Hopefia Fayray: oh 21;21
    Hopefia Fayray: sorry
Qt Core: not at the right time (i've decided to pretty ignore the games
    Wol Euler: :)
Zen Arado: winter sports not interesting to me
Hopefia Fayray: ok I'll raise another topic - as its one 'I' focused practically on this week
Zen Arado: too sophisticated and specialized for me
Wol Euler: I could say that I'm boycotting them because of the Russians' disgusting anti-LGBT laws
Hopefia Fayray: How does food/nutrition affect your body/mind/spirit - or how is your perception of it?
    --BELL--
Zen Arado: Putin says he isn't anti gay
Qt Core: while my health issues are all related to food i still love it (may that being the problem ? ;-) )
Hopefia Fayray: if you love food as you are eating it there wouldn't be a vibrational conflict?no?
Wol Euler: lack of food definitely does affect me, and I've noticed the effect that too much sugar/salt has
Hopefia Fayray: in what way Wol?
Wol Euler: I get cranky and unconcentrated
Wol Euler: it speeds up my mind but slows down my body
    Hopefia Fayray: nods
Qt Core: can relate to sugar, but never noticed salt effects
Qt Core: beside the obvious thirstiness
Wol Euler: I noticed it when I moved to Germany and started eating huge amounts of salted ham
Zen Arado: I have all these theories about diet but also suspect my body can cope with ahuge variety of foodstuffs
Hopefia Fayray: agreed - and everyone is difference - I guess you have to listen to your body
Qt Core: i follow at the theoretical level that everything in moderation can't really be bad
Hopefia Fayray: your cells have their own consciousness too
    Wol Euler nods.
Wol Euler: I do that in both directions too, avoiding sugar but also giving it what it wants
Wol Euler: once in a while, every two months or so, I get an absolute craving for fat and salt, so I go to McDonalds :)
Hopefia Fayray: moderations is important yes
Yakuzza Lethecus: the digestive system has the 2nd most nerveconcentration in the body
Hopefia Fayray: really Yaku? wow and we kind of take it for granted that our stomachs/guts are pretty tough? - well I guess Im saying I do?
Wol Euler: that changes with age, perhaps :) my digestion has slowed down dramatically since I was twenty
Hopefia Fayray: I dont think it has to though Wol?
Hopefia Fayray: I've been a vegetarian for 30 years
Wol Euler: nothing *has to* Hope :)
Hopefia Fayray: not always the healthiest of ones either
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hope: http://www.scientificamerican.com/ar...-second-brain/
Qt Core: one could almost eat in a healthy way at a McDonalds.. if you only eat the things they aren't famous for ;-)
Hopefia Fayray: but little changes recently and I've noticed a big difference
Hopefia Fayray: my intake/outake/calorie use hasn't really changed at all since 20s?
Hopefia Fayray: but again maybe just perception
Yakuzza Lethecus: Well i have to admit i even like the worst McDonalds is offering, McNuggets especially the crust contains very bad fats
Zen Arado: maybe your body tells you what you need?
Zen Arado: would be awful having to eat stuff you hate just because it is healthy supposedly
Qt Core: go tell kids about salad ans spinach ;-)
Hopefia Fayray: depends how they're raised ;)
Yakuzza Lethecus: Hope have you tried those artificial meats ?
    Yakuzza Lethecus: Like from quorn
Zen Arado: I actually like broccoli ANd sprouts :)
Qt Core: i've been raised to like light soups, the ones with broth and just a pittle pasta or rice, while most of the people i know hate them and eat them only if ill
Zen Arado: I am eating Quorn burgers with breakfast atm
    Zen Arado: they cook quick
Hopefia Fayray: you mean vegetable proteins Yaku? yes I have. Love broccoli Zen hates sprouts
Hopefia Fayray: I use it for sweet and sour stir fry Zen
Hopefia Fayray: Qt - make your own soups - much nicer
    --BELL--
Hopefia Fayray: I suppose its all in the mind really? If you think someone is beneficial for you then great - if you think it will cause you vibrational discordance then don't go there ? - its different for everyone :) I'm just happier this week because I know my body is happier with a few little changes made.
    Wol Euler nods.
Qt Core: last time i had to dieting i found myself very sad when i was able to eat my favorites, but only in small quantities, i found it easier to don't eat them at all
    Wol Euler nods.
Hopefia Fayray: .. or go there and use the contrast - every way's a winner lol
    Wol Euler: me too!
Qt Core: seeing how i'm writing i'd like to eat a grammar book now
Zen Arado: latest diet fad is low sugar
Wol Euler: abstinence is easier than moderation for some things, for me
    Zen Arado: not low fat
Hopefia Fayray: I find it easiest to replace sugar with honey, to eat MORE but of good things fruit, nuts etc as snacks if needed and then superfoods for main
Yakuzza Lethecus: this week someone told me sugar would be better then fat :)
Hopefia Fayray: if too low fat your body will think you are starving and pile on the pounds
Zen Arado: theory is your body conversts easily digested carbs straight into sugar and uses that for energy instead of burning off fat
Hopefia Fayray: but there are even patterns and pictures in nature, in foods for humans to spell it out for us 'this way, eat this etc' and still humans ignore lol
Zen Arado: honey is sugar too
Hopefia Fayray: yes but natural as is sucrose - fruit sugars
    Zen Arado: Hi Zon
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hey zon
    Wol Euler: hello zon
Hopefia Fayray: generally natural is better than processed in any food
    Hopefia Fayray: Hello Zon
Zen Arado: better than fructose I guess
Hopefia Fayray: like you said - everything in moderation
    Qt Core: Hi Zon
    Zon Kwan: heya
Hopefia Fayray: plus I like bees :P
Zen Arado: think I'kk mosey over to PP and see if anyone is interested in a DJ session
    Zen Arado: byee
Wol Euler: bye zen, take care
    Yakuzza Lethecus: bye zen
Qt Core: never really liked honey
    Hopefia Fayray: **happy paths***
Wol Euler: give my regards to the Paradise
Wol Euler: I shall head towards bed at the bell
    Hopefia Fayray: Ni night Wol
Wol Euler: seven more minutes ;)
Qt Core: bed may be a good idea, heavy week beyond and heavy week ahead...
Hopefia Fayray: Isn't it what you make it Qt?
Qt Core: well, beside making life changing choice one could not always choose
Hopefia Fayray: there's always a choice
    Wol Euler: nonsense
Hopefia Fayray: well then a choice of how to react -
Wol Euler: I doubt that anyone ever got out of bed in the morning saying "this is a fine day to die in a traffic accident", yet some 8000 people do it in Germany alone every year
Qt Core: yes, like going to bed early
Hopefia Fayray: not consciously - but if they are having fearful, grumpy, irritated or judgemental thoughts on a daily basis and lowering their vibe instead of raising it then that's what they will attract in some form or another
Wol Euler: yes, we have a choice of how to react, but what we react TO is not in our control
Wol Euler: nonsense again. Or is it their fault that a drunk driver is following them?
Hopefia Fayray: if they feel they are a victim then they will attract an oppressor
Wol Euler: I'm sorry, I don't know why I am in such an aggressive mood tonight
    Hopefia Fayray: no problem
Wol Euler: I shall jhead to bed before I make any more enemies
Wol Euler: goodnight all, take care
Hopefia Fayray: its doesnt affect me what others think :)
    Hopefia Fayray: goodnight :)
Qt Core: ;night Wol, sleep well
Hopefia Fayray: << because Im happy :D
Qt Core: even when not happy other thinking should not affect one (too much)
Hopefia Fayray: that's the ideal isn't it Qt
Qt Core: then it is good that you are happy :-)
    --BELL--
Hopefia Fayray: Sometimes my ego wants to be 'right' - I observe my ego without judgement now
Qt Core: in the end it always want something, even if only not wanting
Yakuzza Lethecus: ok, i will also leave sl now, nice to meet you hope, good night sooner or later, you two
    Qt Core: 'night Yaku
Hopefia Fayray: You too Yaku ***Happy Paths***
Hopefia Fayray: Observation is a helpful tool
Qt Core: are really there others ?
Hopefia Fayray: hahah - but even then ego sneak the back door and says " look how clever I am talking about observation!" lol
    Hopefia Fayray: what? tools?
Qt Core: ego squared, cubed, etcetera
    Qt Core: yes
    Hopefia Fayray: yes maybe
    Hopefia Fayray: breath is one
    Hopefia Fayray: tools of life
Qt Core: (at least it is the first tool, the knowledge one)
    Hopefia Fayray: shrugs
    Hopefia Fayray: for me = breath, awareness ( mind/body) movement/stillness, memory/visualisation, feeling/sense contrast/comfort and then perhaps alchemy
Hopefia Fayray: and then during and whilst all those tools - the knowing of nothingness also
Hopefia Fayray: oh, sensibilities - kindness, nature, beauty resonance
Qt Core: i just observe, sometimes observe the observer and such, a lazy choice
Hopefia Fayray: not lazy - just flow
Hopefia Fayray: not suppose to be struggle
Hopefia Fayray: humans make life so serious!
Qt Core: well, sometimes after observation there should be analysis, decision and action
    Hopefia Fayray: inspired action yes
Hopefia Fayray: but not action compensating from misaligned energies
    Hopefia Fayray: *for
Qt Core: i'm going, bye Hope, have fun
Hopefia Fayray: Yes I'm going to sleep too soon - night :)
