The Guardian for this meeting was Agatha Macbeth. The comments are by Agatha Macbeth.

    Raffila Millgrove: hi Agatha.
    Agatha Macbeth: Hello
Agatha Macbeth: Have you been here before?
Raffila Millgrove: I notice you did a lot of work to fix up the chats.. that were missing.
    Raffila Millgrove: yes. ..
    Agatha Macbeth: Ah, great
Agatha Macbeth: Well we do our best :)
    Agatha Macbeth: How are you?
Raffila Millgrove: I appreciated that you carefully edited the 1 am.. of korel and me.. she intended to edit it heavily.. so i thank you for being sensitive on that.

To be honest, I wasn't actually sure what Raffila was talking about, but she seemed content with it so I didn't enquire further.
    Agatha Macbeth: Ah, right
Agatha Macbeth: Buona sera QT :)
Qt Core: Hi all, 'sera Agatha
    Raffila Millgrove: hello Qt
Agatha Macbeth: K is sweet but she can get carried away sometimes :p
Raffila Millgrove: er yes. shared private things. i was getting a bit nervous on it.. that it was recorded.
Agatha Macbeth: And how are you QT?
Raffila Millgrove: she did i mean.
Raffila Millgrove: but it's all good. you fixed it.
Agatha Macbeth: Raff, you can always ask for the log to be edited if you wish
Qt Core: sleepy and boring as usual ;-) you Agatha ?
Agatha Macbeth: Just IM someone in the guardian group
    Agatha Macbeth: I'm fine thx
Raffila Millgrove: well i try to not to say anything that i would not want.. out there. but i couldn't er.. prevent her from talking as she wished.. so i am glad it was repaired ok.
Agatha Macbeth: As long as you are happy...
Raffila Millgrove: wasn't me i was worried about. was her.. worried to have her comments out there.. as she meant to edit them.
Agatha Macbeth: Well K is a guardian anyways, so she could always edit them herself
Agatha Macbeth: But never be afraid to ask 'after the event' :)
    Agatha Macbeth: How's Milan QT?
Qt Core: sunny and a lot of smog
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh dear
    Agatha Macbeth: Oops
Agatha Macbeth: Wouldn't the smog hide the sun tho?
Qt Core: that is quite common, usually in early february Milan finish off all the smog bonus day the EU give us ;-)
Agatha Macbeth: Aww, bless the EU
Agatha Macbeth: Where would we be without them?
Agatha Macbeth: (a lot better off perhaps?)
Qt Core: well, as we finishe them we may het fines to pay... not counting the medical bills for the smog related illnesses
    Agatha Macbeth: Hmm, yes
Agatha Macbeth: I didn't think smog happened in Europe any more
    --BELL--(1315)
Agatha Macbeth: Probably from car exhausts
Qt Core: and house warming too
Agatha Macbeth: No smoke free zones in Italy then?
Qt Core: most done with natural gas but some stil with oil
    Agatha Macbeth: Ah
Agatha Macbeth: In the old days it was coal fires here :p
Qt Core: surely not on a 100km radius from milan ;-)
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh dear
Agatha Macbeth: It certainly can't do the lungs much good
Qt Core: italian nothern plain isn't a windy place that is the main reason (after creating the smog itself that is)
Agatha Macbeth: Yes, a good wind would at least blow it all away
Agatha Macbeth: People will be walking around in gas masks next [grin]
    Qt Core: hi storm
    Agatha Macbeth: Hello Stormy
    Raffila Millgrove: hello Storm.
Agatha Macbeth: (this is a long greeeting :P)

Storm Nordwind: Hope and pray perhaps?
    Agatha Macbeth: Yes, exactly
Qt Core: it was good (but audio) when i tried it almost a year ago
Agatha Macbeth: Windows may be a pain, but at least it's designed with idiots like me in mind
Qt Core: there was audio but not voice
    Agatha Macbeth: Oh dear QT
Agatha Macbeth: that's no good is it?
Qt Core: not an issue for me, i don't do voice
Storm Nordwind: You can get Phoenix and Firestorm for Linux.
Agatha Macbeth: But you need to hear it...
    Agatha Macbeth: nods @ Storm
    Agatha Macbeth: Arababe :)
Qt Core: i think the last time i heard voice (and i wanted to) was a few months ago on voice happyhour, as i said not an issue ;-)

arabella Ella: Davy was such a heart throb!
Agatha Macbeth: I felt much the same about the Osmonds
arabella Ella: As a child I had met Lucio Dalla in Malta ... not Davy tho :(
Qt Core: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQulK8zPRNE (caruso in its original dalla's version)
arabella Ella: thanks QT that's brilliant!
Agatha Macbeth: The only Italian singers I know are all opera singers
Storm Nordwind: I do believe that Mike Nesmith is a friend of Pema.
arabella Ella: that is really high culture Agz
    Agatha Macbeth: Really?
    Agatha Macbeth: Wow
Agatha Macbeth: Didn't his mother invent Tipp-Ex?

Agatha Macbeth: Nor will he I suspect! :p
    arabella Ella: he he
arabella Ella: i would guess storm is either gemini or virgo
Storm Nordwind: But you can work it out - roughly - because Pema's is out there on the web
Mickorod Renard: I can also remember going to the pictures to see...help..by the beatles,,and also summer holiday with cliff pilchard and the shadows

    Storm Nordwind: Bye Raffi
Agatha Macbeth: Bye dear, take care
    arabella Ella: bye Rafa
Storm Nordwind: Not many people know that the origin of the word "Lord" is "guardian of the bread"
    Mickorod Renard: bye raffi

    arabella Ella: really storm?
    Wol Euler: I certainly didn't
    Wol Euler: snap
arabella Ella: new to me too

Agatha Macbeth ponders a loaf ward
    Storm Nordwind: hlafweard
Agatha Macbeth: I knew hay wards tended hedges
Wol Euler: perhaps King Canute was a seaward
Storm Nordwind keeps shoving new information in his brain but the old tattered stuff doesn't always seem to fall out
Agatha Macbeth: Not a very successful one let it be said :p
    arabella Ella: what about stew-ards
    arabella Ella: make stew?
Agatha Macbeth: Stew ward: like it
Storm Nordwind: No steward comes from stiward = literally guardian of someone else's sty!

Wol Euler: well, many stewards would agreee that their customers are swine :)
    Storm Nordwind chuckles
    Agatha Macbeth: Hmm, true
    arabella Ella: he he
arabella Ella: but we are all stewards of past heritage
arabella Ella: and it is the name of the british royal family isnt it
Agatha Macbeth: Past present and future I guess
Mickorod Renard: I guess you could make a stew with the habitants of the sty
    Agatha Macbeth: Windsor?
    Agatha Macbeth is puzzled again
    Wol Euler: stuart?
    Wol Euler: long time ago
arabella Ella: dont they use steward at times too or am i wrong?
Wol Euler: the current lot are Battenbergs
