    druth Vlodovic: how is you?
Lucinda Lavender: ok...have a cold that is waning and somethings are getting better
Lucinda Lavender: some weeks are so intense

    druth Vlodovic: "intense"?

    Lucinda Lavender: with my brother
Lucinda Lavender: who has some cracked ribs and a cough
    Lucinda Lavender: bad combo
druth Vlodovic: ah, how old is he?
Lucinda Lavender: older than I by 12 years.

Lucinda Lavender: was he dehydrated and fell?
    Lucinda Lavender: thanks raffi
druth Vlodovic: probably running about too much, or overreaching

    Lucinda Lavender: ah
druth Vlodovic: was that what happened to your brother?
    Lucinda Lavender: yes...
Lucinda Lavender: fell from the dizziness and bumped his head too
druth Vlodovic: dehydration can be caused by a few things though, diet, medication etc, not just water intake
    Lucinda Lavender: yes..
druth Vlodovic: I've been told drainking a lot of water helps mitigate hangovers
Lucinda Lavender: so drinking water is good!

    druth Vlodovic: karuna-metta
Lucinda Lavender: when he said that compassion is like sunlight I also like that
    Lucinda Lavender: yes!
