Lucinda Lavender: we talked about making it the 3rd thursday of each month to simplify

stevenaia Michinaga: the things that are usually difficult take so much more effort
stevenaia Michinaga: but good intentions come from your depths

Paradise Tennant: we just need to access it ..

stevenaia Michinaga: like putting earth first, rather than economics

stevenaia Michinaga: something we should all say more, be more of

stevenaia Michinaga: interesting, 1st was a disaster in terms of intent. which was perfect as a beginning place, eternal improvement presents itself

Paradise Tennant: you are doing tai chi :) just longer ?
stevenaia Michinaga: took time and gave myself time
Paradise Tennant: with more focus ?
stevenaia Michinaga: yes focus on slowness
stevenaia Michinaga: longer meditations
stevenaia Michinaga: too
stevenaia Michinaga: I tend to get impatient sometimes
Paradise Tennant: yes hard sometimes
stevenaia Michinaga: with meditation, other times it’s lovely
stevenaia Michinaga: depends on distractions, internal and external
stevenaia Michinaga: it's nice reading the other's contributions
stevenaia Michinaga: I think it says whatever you do consistently over time becomes a form of meditation
Paradise Tennant: yes dog walking meditations .. dish washing meditations :))

stevenaia Michinaga: so strange people's reactions when you step into a situation that no one want to do and merrily do their dishes
