2008.08.15 01:00 - All quiet on the PaB front

Guardian was Wol Euler. I arrived early and sat alone until Fael arrived.

Wol Euler: good morning, Fael.
Fael Illyar: Somehow, now that Gaya told me to try embracing the bodily sensations from emotions (fear, love) they're no longer bothering me much at all ... that is, when I remember to do that :)

Fael Illyar: Well, it took 2 hours of doing that yesterday and also this morning reading the meeting log Gaya gave me :)
