Daedalus687 Resident: there are bright moments
Daedalus687 Resident: the people

stevenaia Michinaga: I have met some very memorable servers
Daedalus687 Resident: but its not a salary to make due on in the "real' material world

stevenaia Michinaga: with the right frame of mind many jobs can be a learning experience, even those you do for decades
stevenaia Michinaga: do you have your sights on a job path in your future?
Daedalus687 Resident: I go through phases of lamenting my lack of a college degree
Daedalus687 Resident: I went to the university of florida when I was 18
stevenaia Michinaga: Did you fins an interest there?
stevenaia Michinaga: *find
Daedalus687 Resident: Sure, I was into linguistics and english.
Daedalus687 Resident: I got really into cannabis though and salvia divinorum

stevenaia Michinaga: some things don't change
Daedalus687 Resident: and as the plant is unregluated and there are no shamantic linages
Daedalus687 Resident: I had a rough time coping with use

Daedalus687 Resident: It got to the point where I stopped sleeping
Daedalus687 Resident: 3 days was a trigger
stevenaia Michinaga: I would think you would sleep more
Daedalus687 Resident: Yea, it has the opposite effect for me, at least some strains
Daedalus687 Resident: Made me manic
stevenaia Michinaga: although I have know people that went through semesters tripping and somehow made it through, but they were Masters students
Daedalus687 Resident: It was certainly blissful at times, but that level of energy is unsustainable
Daedalus687 Resident: My mind started to lose its grip on my selfness
Daedalus687 Resident: Ended up what they call Baker Acted, and was in the hospital for 12 days
Daedalus687 Resident: I am surprized my self returned
stevenaia Michinaga: strange, over the years I hove lost interest in mind altering additions, even with people around me partaking, but each person is unique
Daedalus687 Resident: Yea, I understand
stevenaia Michinaga: exploring inwordly has been quite satifactory, but these realizations can take years
stevenaia Michinaga: some tings the young mind needs to explore so you can move one :)
stevenaia Michinaga: young being a relative term
Daedalus687 Resident: I thought about that youngness idea
Daedalus687 Resident: I thought that a childs mind is older than mine
Daedalus687 Resident: Since, one day they will wake up and be old as I will, isnt their brain 'older' if you took a snapshot of the total age of the universe?
Daedalus687 Resident: Can you imagine if we treated each infant as if it was the oldest thing ever?
stevenaia Michinaga: I keep finding many "younger" people have far older, and less flexible minds than I belive I do
stevenaia Michinaga: that quality of looking at things fresh as an infant is something worth relearning all the time
stevenaia Michinaga: newness allows so much
stevenaia Michinaga: seing the same thing in the same way all the time makes you dismissive some possibilities
Daedalus687 Resident: I agree, shuts out somethings right from the getgo
Daedalus687 Resident: Just being born really
Daedalus687 Resident: I would think not totally shuts it out
Daedalus687 Resident: like a possibility of recovery of what was never lost

stevenaia Michinaga: just a matter of looking deeply and closely at yourself
