Catrinamonblue Resident: yes it is nice, I haven't been out there for months and I'm itching to go... I got a new lens for my camera I want to try out
Bleu Oleander: very good!
Bleu Oleander: I find taking a camera with me forces me to pay attention to details
Catrinamonblue Resident: yes :) and this new lens is a macro lens so very small details
Bleu Oleander: great ... some of my best shots are macro shots
Bleu Oleander: amazing what you can see

Bleu Oleander: we hike with friends and take our cameras
Bleu Oleander: compare notes afterwards
Bleu Oleander: its very fun!

Bleu Oleander: playing with light and focus many different ways of seeing :)

Bleu Oleander: we have a beautiful botanical garden near us that provides endless opportunities for exploration with a camera
Bleu Oleander: desert plants and animals are so interesting

Bleu Oleander: with the wild flowers coming out
