Rajah Yalin: the idea is to get several hours of meditation into our daily lives through several short meditations around 9 seconds

Fael Illyar: it doesn’t mean being emotionless, it means wearing them like clothes. You can take them off and wear them as “convenient”

Wol Euler: My feeling s that both are wrong, to be emotionless is to be lesss than fully human

Rajah Yalin: when I was in tibet I had seen a yin yang in Lhasa where instead of two circles, it was a circle that met in the center of light and dark sides
