Fael Illyar: My own feelings with silence have changed to comfortable quite fast during my time with PaB

Looking back now, I'm wondering if I knew in advance we're going to have a rather silent meeting or if it was silent because of what I said here.

Fael Illyar: We were talking about feeling the need to speak. Participating in PaB seems to slowly make you comfortable with silence.

Gaya Ethaniel promised herself not to talk much if feeling sleepy. It can play havoc
Fael Illyar: Well, yes, but you tend to have less ofcertain type of unnecessary thoughts when half asleep :)

I was remembering my own life and that most of the deeper conversations I've had happened when I was half asleep.

Fael Illyar: although, I guess it depends on the person.
Friedrich Ochsenhorn: as if we are constant over time...
Fael Illyar: Tahuti, have you tried the PaB explorations yet?
Tahuti Thor: explorations?
Fael Illyar is not the same person now than as of a second ago.
Fael Illyar: the 9 second pauses every 15 minutes
Fael Illyar: although, some only do them some of the day

Tahuti Thor: i do that everyday

It's always surprising to see new people doing explorations a lot from the start. Even if I did that myself.

Tahuti Thor: be still for a few seconds/minutes?
Fael Illyar: yes, still, mentally.
Tahuti Thor: yes
Fael Illyar: have you done them for long?
Tahuti Thor: used to.....
Tahuti Thor: these past few days gradually been increasing the length to get myself back to where i used to be
Fael Illyar: I do the explorations as explained on PaB webpage and also sometimes zen meditation if I feel like it (and have time)

Fael Illyar: Tahuti, may I ask how you found out about PaB?
Faenik: why not?
Tahuti Thor: went to one of the zen meditation sessions around here somewhere
Tahuti Thor: and the temple? across from here once or twice
Tahuti Thor: believe they were doin something similar to this
Fael Illyar: at the temple?
Tahuti Thor: at a lil hut
Tahuti Thor: not sure if u call it a temple or not
Gaya Ethaniel: so you found the teleport point to this place?
Tahuti Thor: teleported to zen retreat
Tahuti Thor: and blew up the map to see anyone was in here somewhere
Gaya Ethaniel: sounds similar to how i came here :)
