cookieman Constantine: No one has. I haven't been invited to the group either yet
Adelene Dawner nods. "You get to be part of the official group if you become a guardian. I'll bring it up, if you're interested."

Prosper Telling: Haven't been around in awhile. The DNC been holding my attention. Has it been being quite in the evenings?
Adelene Dawner: No, this is unusual. There've been 5 or 6 people here, usually. But I think Three mentioned something about Obama having a speech tonight? Or was that yesterday? (I don't follow politics.)
Prosper Telling: He gave it yesterday. Today was McCain turn to announce his running mate. I try to stay informed but I also feel that one of our problems today is that we value our ideas more than we do our fellow human beings
Adelene Dawner: I won't disagree with that at all.

Prosper Telling: Hi

Pema Pera: Hi Prosper, good seeing you again!
Prosper Telling: Been busy, politics et al. How have you been?
Pema Pera: I can't stay long, I'm afraid; have another meeting in ten minutes or so
Pema Pera: politics?
Prosper Telling: Just the DNC and the crazy election going on here in the States
Pema Pera: :-)
Pema Pera: For me, it is taxation without representation
Pema Pera: I'm a legal alien with a green card
Prosper Telling: Kewl... where are you like native to?
Pema Pera: Holland
Prosper Telling: (I think I should remember that by now)
Pema Pera: Unfortunately Holland does not allow dual citizenship
Pema Pera: otherwise I'd been a US citizen too
Prosper Telling: I don't know much about Holland. Looks like I will be visiting Belgium by next spring though. Business trip.
Pema Pera: I have a kind of green card for Japan too -- spreading myself over three continents :-)
Pema Pera: Belgian food is faaar better than Dutch!

Pema Pera: have to go to my meeting it seems

Prosper Telling: Cicada just crashed into the screen door... loud as a small aircraft.
Adelene Dawner grins.
