    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi doug
doug Sosa: hi., oops right back i hope.
    Qt Core: hi Sophia
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Qt
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Eliza
    SophiaSharon Larnia: welcome back doug
    Qt Core: hi ELiza, doug
    doug Sosa: back now.
Eliza Madrigal: Hi SophiaSharon , Hi Doug, Hi Qt :)
Eliza Madrigal: SophiaSharon, really like the new av look :)
    doug Sosa: hi.
    SophiaSharon Larnia: thanks :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: sl, gives another defintion of play as being ;p
Eliza Madrigal: play as being whatever one likes?
    SophiaSharon Larnia: sure!
    Eliza Madrigal giggles
SophiaSharon Larnia: i haven't been keep ing with the logs, how are things here?
    SophiaSharon Larnia: keeping up*
Eliza Madrigal: There are lots of logs not posted right now actually...
Eliza Madrigal: but from what I gather, there is a general interest in becoming more focused on explorations and such
Eliza Madrigal: This morning we did an exploration Doug suggested for instance, and it was interesting... watching the boundaries going into the 90 seconds, etc.
SophiaSharon Larnia: alot of information to organize in the logs I expect
doug Sosa: crossing boundaries has been what i've most being paying attention to, what isthe experience?
doug Sosa: We end to thin for example we leave one room
doug Sosa: and enter another. but our body state holds on to the old oneand the new one does not immedately repalce it.
    doug Sosa: tend to think..
SophiaSharon Larnia: is it a new one?
Eliza Madrigal: yes, and we hardly notice unless we make an intention to
SophiaSharon Larnia: ive thought of this like the mind is a mansion with many rooms
doug Sosa: do you kep differentnthings in differentrooms in that mind mansion?
    doug Sosa: keep
SophiaSharon Larnia: i have to say yes
SophiaSharon Larnia: different periods of time, different emotional experiences, etc
doug Sosa: do you place them thereor does it just happen?
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Bertrum
Eliza Madrigal: And are there rooms one doesn't venture into? :)
    doug Sosa: :)
    Eliza Madrigal: Hey Bertrum :)
    Bertrum Quan: Hi Everyone.

    --BELL--

SophiaSharon Larnia: doug, I don't think it just happens... and yes, Eliza
Eliza Madrigal: Doug is always flickering in and out of the room...haha
SophiaSharon Larnia: oh doug must have crashed...
    SophiaSharon Larnia: smiles
    Qt Core: hi Bertrum
Eliza Madrigal: It is an interesting point he made about where our attention is from one room to the next
SophiaSharon Larnia: but i see what he is saying now, that is a huge task.
    Bertrum Quan: Ho Qt
Eliza Madrigal: and what our experience is... how we transition
    SophiaSharon Larnia: *huge*
SophiaSharon Larnia: hard to be objective
Eliza Madrigal: Often when in one room we're thinking about another
    Eliza Madrigal: How so, Sophia?
SophiaSharon Larnia: or is that not the point?
Eliza Madrigal: I'm not sure... imagine it can be a rorshack (sp?)
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Eliza Madrigal: Like, my immediate question was whether from one spot... one can see the whole house...all the rooms...more clearly
Eliza Madrigal: but then I thought it an odd question so didn't ask :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: well, each room was possibly created to compartmentalize life events in a way that the 'me' can deal with them on a daily basis
    SophiaSharon Larnia: HI Wol
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Wol :)
    Wol Euler: hello everyone!
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Gaya
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Gaya :)
    Gaya Ethaniel: Hello :)
    Qt Core: hi Wol, Gaya
    Bertrum Quan: Hi Wol, Gaya
Eliza Madrigal: We were talking about doing explorations in the 90 seconds, and used an example of Doug's..but he poofed :)
    Gaya Ethaniel: :(
    Wol Euler: :)
Eliza Madrigal: It was interesting... about watching the experience of transitioning in and out of the 90 seconds
Wol Euler: well, we can use his examle without his rpesence.
Eliza Madrigal: yes, it may change around a little and that's fine :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: doug Sosa: crossing boundaries has been what i've most being paying attention to, what isthe experience? [13:10] doug Sosa: We end to thin for example we leave one room [13:10] doug Sosa: and enter another. but our body state holds on to the old oneand the new one does not immedately repalce it.
SophiaSharon Larnia: (bad chat lag here sorry)
Gaya Ethaniel: I don't see anyone talking ... am I lagging or you all being meditative?
Eliza Madrigal: We're typing a big gaya...not very fast
SophiaSharon Larnia: actually typed that before you asked Gaya :)
    Eliza Madrigal: *bit
Wol Euler: yeah, lots of lad.
    Wol Euler: *lag
Eliza Madrigal: Do you see us now Gaya ::;waves arms::::
    Wol Euler: heheheh
Gaya Ethaniel: It seems that I am lagging ... :(
    SophiaSharon Larnia: laughs
SophiaSharon Larnia: well, it seems to me what he is stating is a huge undertaking, it is at the root of who we think we are
    Eliza Madrigal: yes?
    Eliza Madrigal listens
SophiaSharon Larnia: no bounderies between rooms?
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, yes...would require one to really live in the moment maybe...
SophiaSharon Larnia: beyond that, in all moments .... at least that is how i see it right now

    --BELL--

SophiaSharon Larnia: some of the bounderies were erected for self-preservation, maybe not in reality, but how we perceive it
    Eliza Madrigal: Ahhh, nice
Eliza Madrigal: I've been thinking that as long as we 'can' see through the boundaries, they aren't inherently 'bad'....
Eliza Madrigal: meaning, we don't always have to drop everything... or even our filters
Eliza Madrigal: sometimes change them or try out what it would be like without them?
SophiaSharon Larnia: no theyre not bad, the compartmentalization does prevent one from seeing what's really there
SophiaSharon Larnia: like the elephant example
    Eliza Madrigal: perspective
    SophiaSharon Larnia: yes
Eliza Madrigal: yes, probably not great to have rooms that we don't ever shine light into or sweep out occasionally :)
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hey everyone
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Yakuzza
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Yakuzza :)
    Yakuzza Lethecus: :)
    Wol Euler: hello yakuzza
    Qt Core: hi Yakuzza
Eliza Madrigal: chat lag IS terrible today
Yakuzza Lethecus: yeah, also the loading lag when i get in here
SophiaSharon Larnia: this has come up before here *smiles* but I think doug was bringing up a new twist on it :)
    Yakuzza Lethecus: sry wol :P
    Wol Euler: no worries
    Wol Euler: brb, RL calls
Eliza Madrigal: yes... it was more specific to the 90 seconds... let me see how he phrased it this morning and maybe we can do an exploration next stop?
SophiaSharon Larnia: can send you a notecard Yakuzza?
    Yakuzza Lethecus: sure ?
    Yakuzza Lethecus: what about ?
Eliza Madrigal: doug Sosa: I've been thinking about transitions, like from watching a movie to RL. doug Sosa: going from RL through 9 sec is like a transition for me. doug Sosa: the way we hold on and let go of the experience we are moving out of.
Eliza Madrigal: Pema Pera: can you translate that in an exploration we can do in the next 90 seconds, Doug? doug Sosa: watch the boundary, how we tranlate from one to the other, in to and out.
    Eliza Madrigal: Sound doable?
Eliza Madrigal: maybe with lag it is hard
SophiaSharon Larnia: yes doable, sounds like something i would have to spend more time than 90 sec
Qt Core: it seem my av want to say something with all those dots... but i don't know what ;-)
Gaya Ethaniel: I'm lagging too badly ... have a good weekend everyone :)
Eliza Madrigal: Bye Gaya, sorry :(
    SophiaSharon Larnia: bye Gaya
    SophiaSharon Larnia: dots Qt? :)
Qt Core: thw dots that appears when you are tiping, my av showed them when i wasn't writing
Eliza Madrigal: our avs have minds of their own sometimes
    Eliza Madrigal: hehe
    SophiaSharon Larnia: smiles
SophiaSharon Larnia: I can do that with one boundary, one room
    SophiaSharon Larnia: laughs

    --BELL--

SophiaSharon Larnia: just occured to me that they are all the same room! smiles
    Eliza Madrigal: Hah
    Eliza Madrigal: How so?
SophiaSharon Larnia: well, attempted to think of 'which room' to start with, and can't do it
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Wol Euler: I infer that you are not talking about physical movement in physical rooms?
Wol Euler: (at first I thought you were...)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: sorry Wol,
Qt Core: i feel like there is just one room with many walls each one dedicated to something
Eliza Madrigal: Right... unless one wants to... more internal movement?
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, that's neat Qt
SophiaSharon Larnia: (my impression of this in 60 sec maybe not 90 )
Qt Core: and then the "usual" meta mind up one level (one dimension) andt the meta meta mind and such
SophiaSharon Larnia: looking at it and interpreting Qt?
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, interesting... metta mind seeing a larger scope?
Qt Core: mor like judging and censuring
    Eliza Madrigal: Ah
Qt Core: or just keeping things in order
    SophiaSharon Larnia: ah yes
Eliza Madrigal: I was affected by former conversations... walked out to sit at a stream to look at a smooth rock because of a former conversation :)
Eliza Madrigal: then started to correct myself "That's not what we're doing now!"
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Qt Core: like trying to keep the mind focused to the wall you have to be at the moment and not disctracted ;-)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: :)
Eliza Madrigal: Well, neat anyway. Very different from the intentions probably, but neat :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: Eliza I canhonestly say I don't know what I'm 'doing'now :) Purposeful action has not gotten me very far
SophiaSharon Larnia: I think i see more when i stop trying
Qt Core: all this to say that i feel that we can't really compartimentalize it , we are always aware if not of everything about its existence, we can zoom or getting near to a wall but with our peripheral vision we still notice other walls
SophiaSharon Larnia: it is always there
SophiaSharon Larnia: im extremely compartmentalized in rl, maybe thats why im having trouble with this
Eliza Madrigal: yes definitely re not trying...see what we see naturally
Eliza Madrigal: we often think we have to compartmentalize to be productive
    Eliza Madrigal: *ed
Eliza Madrigal: maybe we've got resources locked away
    SophiaSharon Larnia: smiles
Qt Core: i think i appear compartimentalized in rl but i'm not really
Qt Core: (i love to find similarities and corrispondece between things far away)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: yes :)
Eliza Madrigal: that's certainly playing with perspective
Qt Core: i may not notice most of them, but wen you find one is like a little shock
Eliza Madrigal: personally I can use much practice with this, and each time I get to hear from others 'on the spot' it helps a lot... to be more flexible, etc
SophiaSharon Larnia: me too Eliza, I'm here so infrequent lately that I get with the 'program' after its been brought up a bit ;p

    --BELL--

    Wol Euler: enjoy your afternoon/evening/mornings
    Eliza Madrigal: Thanks Wol :)
Bertrum Quan: Yes, this is not my usual time.
Wol Euler: bye for now :)
Eliza Madrigal: :) I've been here already once today.... like easy weekends :)
Qt Core: time to go for me too, bye all
