    SophiaSharon Larnia: hi Doug :)
    doug Sosa: ho soph
    SophiaSharon Larnia: grins
doug Sosa: its been quiet here.
SophiaSharon Larnia: has it? I haven't been here much lately ;)
doug Sosa: seems to be true for many.
SophiaSharon Larnia: not even to see the village. I see now you are building :)
doug Sosa: well, it seem to be not easy.
doug Sosa: I can make my box bigger or smaller :)
doug Sosa: but how did yu know?
SophiaSharon Larnia: it gets easier, I've got the builder bug bad ;)
doug Sosa: are you doing somthing in the new plots?
SophiaSharon Larnia: umm I'm not sure, in the logs maybe?
SophiaSharon Larnia: no, I'm waiting until gaurdians who have been with pab longer than me have their plots, then i'll choose one
SophiaSharon Larnia: i dont need it
doug Sosa: hmm, why such restraint if I may ask?
    SophiaSharon Larnia: i have land
doug Sosa: ah,and building on it now?
doug Sosa: I'd love to see it.
SophiaSharon Larnia: yes, stacks of platforms, work in prgress
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hey doug, sophie
    SophiaSharon Larnia: HI Yakuzza
    doug Sosa: hi ya. :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: my favorite thing now to build, is a mini village on a mandala
SophiaSharon Larnia: inspired by the pab village idea
doug Sosa: can you invite me some time..
    SophiaSharon Larnia: yes!
    doug Sosa: wonderful.
SophiaSharon Larnia: I just moved recently so have nothing to show lol
doug Sosa: the process. i'd learn a lot.
doug Sosa: a lot full. oh puns :(
SophiaSharon Larnia: yes, its a steap learning curve

    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Stevenaia
    SophiaSharon Larnia: whoope he crashed
doug Sosa: steap cuve up, hard, down, dangerous :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: yes, the danger is getting addicted I think
doug Sosa: are you using any guide? I haven't look hard yet.
SophiaSharon Larnia: guide? I raid google regularly
doug Sosa: Right, even movong my bpx around, and trying to rez a ready made I hated..
    doug Sosa: box
SophiaSharon Larnia: its not for everybody
SophiaSharon Larnia: Ive gotten quite zen about it, its very relaxing for me
SophiaSharon Larnia: like a form of meditation
doug Sosa: my curiosity mounts (like your floating hearts !
    SophiaSharon Larnia: smiles
SophiaSharon Larnia: i have a mindfulness bell that goes off every 15 minutes.
doug Sosa: I try to always treat work as a form of meditation.
SophiaSharon Larnia: is in turn, very curious!
    doug Sosa: how?
SophiaSharon Larnia: what kind of work do you do??
doug Sosa: ouch. lets see, psychoanalyst, consultant, project leader, writer..
doug Sosa: weeder of a garden.
SophiaSharon Larnia: so very busy, and maintain a meditative attitude throught it all
doug Sosa: never busy, except when looking for a parking space, and working on that.
    SophiaSharon Larnia: ha
    Yakuzza Lethecus smiles
SophiaSharon Larnia: my meditative practice has been to cultivate loving kindness, and to remember the feeling, even when i am so busy at work, it's easy to forget
doug Sosa: see all those cars, inersting cars, and their owners, i hope hey arehaving a good meeting, or being wth friends, but it would be nice if one of them were to return NOW to their car and take it away!
    SophiaSharon Larnia: yes
SophiaSharon Larnia: i work in the city, so I know
doug Sosa: so it doesn't always work.
    doug Sosa: big city?
    SophiaSharon Larnia: philadelphia

    --BELL--

    Yakuzza Lethecus: hello bellily
    doug Sosa: parents from germantown.
    doug Sosa: hi:)
    Bellily Millar: aloha!
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Bellily
doug Sosa: that was quite a jup!
    doug Sosa: jump
SophiaSharon Larnia: yes, i know it to drive through it :)
Bellily Millar: what's the scoop? what did i interupt?
doug Sosa: oh we were talking about meditation when we could be busy.
Yakuzza Lethecus: we where supposed to be quiet that time :)(
    Bellily Millar: oops
Yakuzza Lethecus: we also didn´t stick to to rules :)
    Bellily Millar: grin
Bellily Millar: what about meditation while you're busy?
SophiaSharon Larnia: its very hard to hold onto the sense of peace when your are very occupied
doug Sosa: i hit the say button before the bell.
    Bellily Millar: yikes
    doug Sosa: bad without intent.
Bellily Millar: it's interesting to note what things can be peaceful and meditative although action-paced, and what ways of business produce stress instead
doug Sosa: also the fountain seems uncoordinated with the bell. Like no fog now?
Bellily Millar: some crazy hectic stuff can make me all zen and shite.
    SophiaSharon Larnia: laughs
doug Sosa: The idea was that we can , while meditating choose to be busy instead.
SophiaSharon Larnia: lol Bellily, ive been so surrounded by chaos, that i suddenly feel myself stand still in it and watch it swirl around me
Bellily Millar: are you saying you can be both at the same time? or are you talking about choosing business over meditation ot avoid stillness?
doug Sosa: well, it was kind of a joke. It started with trying
doug Sosa: to do keep to meditation while working.
doug Sosa: except for looking for a parking space, which I have not mastered.
Bellily Millar: oh... this is what happens when i come late... sorry to jump in too fast
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Qt
doug Sosa: no, you fir right in.
    SophiaSharon Larnia: no worries Bellily
    doug Sosa: fit

    Qt Core: hi all
    Bellily Millar: aloha qt
    doug Sosa: :)
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hey qt
SophiaSharon Larnia: it's definately getting easier to do :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: i credit pab, and renewed practice for that
doug Sosa: PaB does move into real life on its own.
    Bellily Millar: smiling at sophia
    SophiaSharon Larnia: smiles back :)
Bellily Millar: i confess i don't follow the PaB rules and guidelines - i just like the conversation topics and genuine-ness of everyone who comes here
Bellily Millar: but i don't meditate ... i pray or i notice, but usually not purposefully
SophiaSharon Larnia: i obviously do not, im not much of an order-keeper (the bell)
SophiaSharon Larnia: in what way do you notice?
doug Sosa: it is almost always more than pleasant to be here. it carries over into RL like a kind of post massage.
Bellily Millar: notice me being in a situation or place and be reflective about it versus just in the momentum of it, whatever it may be
SophiaSharon Larnia: haha, at first I read that as post it
doug Sosa: the setting, the chat typing..
Bellily Millar: haha - nice metaphor, doug!
    Bellily Millar: : "post massage"
SophiaSharon Larnia: its hard to remember 'being' in the momentum
doug Sosa: well, i meant post-massage, that glow after a good massage, which is like being in RL after being here.
Bellily Millar: right, but sometimes we do, and that's always interesting
SophiaSharon Larnia: i feel that is what im supposed to do right now
doug Sosa: i need to leave at bell :(
Bellily Millar: yes, doug! that's how i understood it
    SophiaSharon Larnia: ok doug
    SophiaSharon Larnia: hi Stevenaia

    --BELL--

    Bellily Millar: aloha sevenaia!
    stevenaia Michinaga: hello Belily
    Qt Core: hi steve
stevenaia Michinaga: jsut stopping by for a few minutes
    stevenaia Michinaga: between relatives
    SophiaSharon Larnia: lol steve
    Bellily Millar: relatives?
SophiaSharon Larnia: we were taling about meditation
    SophiaSharon Larnia: talking*
stevenaia Michinaga: in-laws and my parents
stevenaia Michinaga: no meditation in that group
    SophiaSharon Larnia: ha!
Bellily Millar: fun stuff - it can be, ain't always, hope it turns out fun for you though
SophiaSharon Larnia: well, doug was saying pab is like a chat massage
SophiaSharon Larnia: whoops he said post massage
Bellily Millar: ... able to yield massage benefits even after offline in RL.
stevenaia Michinaga: more of a food event than a mental massage
    SophiaSharon Larnia: brb
stevenaia Michinaga: well I must now go, sorry for the short stay
    Bellily Millar: take care, s
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hey eli
    SophiaSharon Larnia: back, bye Steve
SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi again Eliza :)
    Yakuzza Lethecus: bye sophie
    Yakuzza Lethecus: ah
    Bellily Millar: bye - hi - bye - hi - ...
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Everyone
    Yakuzza Lethecus: stfevenaia
    Yakuzza Lethecus: ups
SophiaSharon Larnia: i didnt think i was leaving just yet *smiles*
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hihi :)
SophiaSharon Larnia: we were talking about meditation, and maintaining that in the midst of being occupied Eliza
Eliza Madrigal: Ah, great topic :)
    Eliza Madrigal: Thank you
    SophiaSharon Larnia: difficult to maintain
SophiaSharon Larnia: the equalibrium and equanamity
    SophiaSharon Larnia: HI Eos
Bellily Millar: true, soph, but maybe there can be a tool found to help us know which occupations are best for us
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Eos :)
Eos Amaterasu: HI QT, SophiaSharon, Bellily, Eliza
SophiaSharon Larnia: well, i seem to be locked into my occupation
    Bellily Millar: :) eos

Eliza Madrigal: I think of my grandfather helping me during a very tough time...
SophiaSharon Larnia: for better or worse :))
    Qt Core: hi Eos
Bellily Millar: maybe not "occupation" but "way of occupying" yourself.
Bellily Millar: i'm eluding to discovering our callings in life
Eliza Madrigal: he pointed to an oak tree...and told me that when it was young nearly anything could upset it... but now that it was tall and strong it couldn't be shaken even by a number or hurricanes
    SophiaSharon Larnia: thats beautifu;
    SophiaSharon Larnia: beautiful*
    Bellily Millar: yep
Eliza Madrigal: it really helped. I felt so vulnerable at the time
Eliza Madrigal: like I couldn't withstand the pressures of life
SophiaSharon Larnia: so he was saying that this is something only cultivated by time
Eliza Madrigal: not a formula though, by any means, but sometimes I picture that tree still...
Eliza Madrigal: yes, in a sense... a kind of growth in any event
SophiaSharon Larnia: (is seeing a big strong tree)
Eliza Madrigal smiles...yes a towering oak
Bellily Millar: does the oak meditate?
Eliza Madrigal: It grew up near a house that was filled with prayer and music
Eliza Madrigal: and a little lady who talked to herself and sang as she gardened :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: ha!
    SophiaSharon Larnia: Hi Mickorod
    Yakuzza Lethecus: hey mick
    Mickorod Renard: Hi
    Qt Core: ni Mick
Eliza Madrigal: Belily, but I hear you. It does make me consider how we, or our endurance/understanding grow from within
    Bellily Millar: aloha mick
    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Mick :)
    Mickorod Renard: ayup
    Eos Amaterasu: Hi Mick

    --BELL--

    SophiaSharon Larnia: endurance Eliza?
Eliza Madrigal: maybe an odd word... evenness? steadiness?
    Mickorod Renard: sounds interesting
    SophiaSharon Larnia: ah yes
    Mickorod Renard: in what way?
Eliza Madrigal: yes, to go back equilibrium I suppose :)
Eliza Madrigal: When I arrived the discussion was about the struggles/challenges of life and meditation...
Eliza Madrigal: I probably took a side track and if so I apologize :)
Mickorod Renard: I lack a cetain equalibrium at the moment,,it disrupts my calmness
SophiaSharon Larnia: sorry, was afk for a sec
Eliza Madrigal: How is that for you, Mick? Uncertainty?
    Mickorod Renard: some yes
Eos Amaterasu: oak is deep rooted, but it allows the wind, and life forms all around it, and branches swaying
    Eos Amaterasu: but it's steadfast
Bellily Millar: because it has strong roots?
Mickorod Renard: I struggle in that I am unable to be unfazed..when things go haywire
Eliza Madrigal: MM, yes the deep roots finning nourishment...
    Bellily Millar: and age?
    Eliza Madrigal: *finding
Mickorod Renard: I think its true,,what u say about strong roots,,mine are a little fragile at the momment

Eos Amaterasu: maybe the part that's observing being fazed is itself unfazed
Mickorod Renard: I will have to read that over a few times eos
SophiaSharon Larnia: thats what im trying to reach
    Bellily Millar: interesting, eos!
SophiaSharon Larnia: grins at the word 'fazed'
Eliza Madrigal nods... that's digging deeper
Eos Amaterasu: Alllen Ginsberg had an interesting "instruction" for poets: "notice what you notice"
Mickorod Renard: I find its all very well being calm and collected from a comfortable position..not that I am making sweeping judgements,,but in the large
Eos Amaterasu: I think that's a good one for the 9/90 secs :-)
SophiaSharon Larnia: instead of after the fact :)
Eliza Madrigal: :) the thing is, from a comfortable position, people often do no seek deeper...
Bellily Millar: darlinks, i must scoot. best to you all and thank you for the wonderful conversation
    Eos Amaterasu: :-)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: very interesting Eliza
Eliza Madrigal: Bye Belily, nice to see you again
    Mickorod Renard: bye Beillely
Mickorod Renard: cant u find an easier name
    SophiaSharon Larnia: bye bellily :)
    Eliza Madrigal: hehehe
    Mickorod Renard: he he
Eliza Madrigal: We've not been visited again by cheesedoodle... darn :)
Mickorod Renard: I keep getting my tongue twisted with all the L's
    SophiaSharon Larnia: laughs
    Yakuzza Lethecus: bye everyone
    SophiaSharon Larnia: bye Yakuzza
Eos Amaterasu: Bye Yak - sorry I never saw you (just a cloud)
    Mickorod Renard: bye yaku
    Eliza Madrigal: By ya :)
Eliza Madrigal: In Buddhist teaching, it is better to desire a human birth than a god's birth, because a human birth gives opportunities for growth/learning/struggle, etc.
Eliza Madrigal: I try to think of that when I'm really impatient or discouraged too...

Eos Amaterasu: good experiences are harder to deal with than bad experiences
Eos Amaterasu: they make you think you're there...
    Eos Amaterasu: or it...
    Eliza Madrigal: Interesting
Eos Amaterasu: which may be true for a bit
Eos Amaterasu: but then shit happens
Eliza Madrigal smiles...yes it does seem to
    Eliza Madrigal: hehe
Eos Amaterasu: which is also part of being
    Eliza Madrigal nods
Eos Amaterasu: and pushing it away in favor of a calm or better state just puts you further from what's right there
    Mickorod Renard: yes
Mickorod Renard: yes, I know what u mean
SophiaSharon Larnia: I have to go, take care all :))
Mickorod Renard: but helping people with their s..t seems so much easier,,cos after you can go home and relax
    Eos Amaterasu: bye bushy tail!
Eliza Madrigal: Bye SophiaSharon :) Good to see you again today :)
    Mickorod Renard: bye Sophia
    SophiaSharon Larnia: laughs
    SophiaSharon Larnia: you too :)
    SophiaSharon Larnia: waves
Eos Amaterasu still sees Eliza as a gas cloud

    --BELL--

Eliza Madrigal: I hope turbulent but full of brilliant color :) that would match my life...hehe
    Eos Amaterasu: :-)
    Mickorod Renard: that sounds ok
Mickorod Renard: I think I just have had a bad patch..and lost my way
Eliza Madrigal: What do you think would help Mick?
    Mickorod Renard: some stability
    Eos Amaterasu: ah
Mickorod Renard: I am still waiting for my home in france to sell
Eos Amaterasu: I like this buddhist saying, "sun-faced buddha, moon-faced buddha"
    Eliza Madrigal: Ah
Mickorod Renard: and untill that happens I am a bit up in the air
Mickorod Renard: he he he ,,yes eos
Eos Amaterasu: on tenter hooks (sic?)
Eliza Madrigal: It has been for sale for a while, right?
Eos Amaterasu: I have a buddha statue on our back porch - when it rains he gets two dew-drop earrings

    Eliza Madrigal: Hi Ara :)
    arabella Ella: Hiya
    Mickorod Renard: hi Ara
Eliza Madrigal pictures Eos's buddha :)
    Eos Amaterasu: HI ara
    Eliza Madrigal: That's great
    Mickorod Renard: yes,,lovely
    Qt Core: hi ara
Eos Amaterasu thinks of French wine, baguette, cheese
    Mickorod Renard: yes,,nice
    arabella Ella: yummy
arabella Ella: am just grabbing a bite myself just got home
Eliza Madrigal: we had a bit of a french themed morning session today
Mickorod Renard: u been somewhere nice?
Eos Amaterasu is getting hungrier and hungrier
arabella Ella: me? working on a Saturday night ... reports
Mickorod Renard: yes? in rl eliza?
    Mickorod Renard: owww,,por Ara
    arabella Ella is starving
Eliza Madrigal: No...here... :) Then I went to see Unmistaken Child :)
Mickorod Renard: thats a film I guess?
    Eliza Madrigal: http://www.apple.com/trailers/indepe...mistakenchild/
    Mickorod Renard: ty
arabella Ella: sounds lovely Eliza just read the brief
Eliza Madrigal: Well worth seeing... stirs many questions in the western audience
    arabella Ella: yes no doubt
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
    Mickorod Renard: wow,,yes looks fun

Eos Amaterasu: Hmm, funny, I just gave away two tickets to Gesar Mukpo's "Tulku" movie (which I can't go see this Thursday)
Eliza Madrigal: Oh... that sounds like something I'd like to see too
Mickorod Renard: I am sure they wont go to waste
Eos Amaterasu: They've been snapped up
    Eos Amaterasu: Tulku - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Un2bk-ddtf8
arabella Ella: and i was meant to go watch the age of stupid here tonight a live streaming ... but regretfully work deadlines won the day
Eos Amaterasu: The filmmaker is himself a tulku, son of Chogyam Trungpa, reincarnation of his dad's main teacher - movie is about how he and some other young western tulkus are dealing with this "identity-f*ck"
    Eos Amaterasu: can u imagine?
Mickorod Renard: I am trying too
arabella Ella: sounds intruiging ... please say more ...
    Eliza Madrigal grins @ Mick
Mickorod Renard: yes, can u say more Eos..or Eliza
Eos Amaterasu: if you grow up being told you're a coming-down-toearth of some enlightened energy, you're like a bigger force than yourself....
    Mickorod Renard: mmmmmmmm..yes
Qt Core: time to go, bye all
    Eliza Madrigal: Bye Qt :)
    Eos Amaterasu: Bye QT
    Mickorod Renard: bye qt
    arabella Ella: notte qt
    arabella Ella: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tulku

    --BELL--

Eos Amaterasu: "in another space, in another face" - van Morrison, Astral Weeks
arabella Ella: quote from wiki (whispers): In the context of Tibetan Buddhism, tülku is used to refer to the corporeal existence of enlightened Buddhist masters in general.
arabella Ella: which country is it based in Eos?
Eos Amaterasu: awareness is bigger than the flickerings of your self awareness
Eos Amaterasu: Mostly USA and Canada
    arabella Ella: ah
    arabella Ella: even more intruiging
Eos Amaterasu: Gesar lives in Halifax
    arabella Ella: ok
Mickorod Renard: if I may ask something,,that is rather naive of me,,why do they get reincarnated in such a family way?
Eos Amaterasu: Sometimes, more often not
Eos Amaterasu: Also, the system gets "gamed", and can become corrupt (power, you know)
Mickorod Renard: like for example,,could one day someone say to me I am a reincarnation of some master?
    arabella Ella: :)
    Eos Amaterasu: Sure...
Eos Amaterasu: but then you have to live up to that :-)
arabella Ella: maybe you are Mick who knows?
Mickorod Renard: not that I expect that,,but naturally I am not eastern origin

Eliza Madrigal: I think some parents are so tough on their children, they could use a little wondering if their child was the next great lama :)
arabella Ella: you dont even have to be of eastern origin i guess
Eliza Madrigal: that's what I kept thinking, watching the film today... how there is this wondermend and listening to the child
    Eliza Madrigal: *wonderment
Mickorod Renard: is there some sort of obvious give away sign that he or she may be a reincarnated master?
arabella Ella: must be tremendous pressure on the child though
    Eos Amaterasu: yes, arabella
Eliza Madrigal: In this case, and in the film Kundun, there are items... layers of 'tests'
arabella Ella: there are signs Mick yes
Mickorod Renard: generally the child is special I guess?
Eliza Madrigal: identifying objects and such from the previous incarnation
arabella Ella: but the signs are visible to those who search throughout the world for them
Mickorod Renard: I start to see now
Eos Amaterasu: However, what I've been told is that you recognize such a person immediately - all those "signs" are window-dressing
Eliza Madrigal: but yes, a very different paradigm
    Mickorod Renard: yes
arabella Ella: if you believe in reincarnation you would then believe you had many previous lives

Eliza Madrigal: Well, in unmistaken child, they sent first, the person who had been his closest student... to identify the mind
    Eliza Madrigal: or connection...interesting
Eliza Madrigal: I suspend judgement but I found it moving :)
Mickorod Renard: I will see if I can go and watch it
Mickorod Renard: its new is it?
Eliza Madrigal: Yes, went to see it at a college
Mickorod Renard: I guess its only shown at specialist places?
arabella Ella: you may be able to watch it on line Mick there are quite a few free movie sites
Eos Amaterasu: I know Gesar Mukpo, and a few other young tulkus - it's kind of a koan for them
    Eliza Madrigal: a koan?
arabella Ella: you actually know him personally Eos?
    Eos Amaterasu: Yes, arabella
    arabella Ella: cool
    Mickorod Renard: wow
arabella Ella: may I ask his age?
Eos Amaterasu: a koan in the sense of something not to prematurely answer, either yes or no
arabella Ella: is he still a child?
Eos Amaterasu: born in '73 - 36 years old now
    Mickorod Renard: not me then
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
arabella Ella: and only recently identified as a reincarnation of someone else?
Eos Amaterasu: Identified in 1976, by Khyentse Rinpoche
Eliza Madrigal: What was funny... is that I watched this, thinking that many of other traditions, for instance Christian as I was raised... may not see the similarity to the birth of Jesus...wise men following a star
    Mickorod Renard: amazing
Eos Amaterasu: He plays basketball, football; makes films; is on Facebook
Mickorod Renard: yes eLIZA,,i HAVE THOUGHT THOSE THOUGHTS TOO
Eos Amaterasu: cool guy - there is something special about him, but that shines light on the tulku idea rather than the other way around
Mickorod Renard: sorry,,didnt mean to shout
    Eos Amaterasu: :-)
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Mickorod Renard: how long have you been involved in budhism Eos?
Eos Amaterasu: long time, since 1972 at least, and actually a bit before then :-)
    Mickorod Renard: nice
Mickorod Renard: did you manage to be in budhism thought through your growing up years?

    --BELL--

Mickorod Renard: I wonder sometimes whether there would be great benefit from introducing kids to diferent ways of knowing
Eos Amaterasu: as teenager i was actually more into Being through connections with medieval xtian traditions, as well as through phenomenology, etc.
Eos Amaterasu: but these are still my growing years :-)
    Mickorod Renard: amazing
Eliza Madrigal: yes very neat :)
Mickorod Renard: was that because of family connections? or by choice?
    Mickorod Renard: sorry to probe
    Eliza Madrigal: heheh
Mickorod Renard: when I was a kid I was totaly mental
Eos Amaterasu: yes, circumstances, family, a bit of refugee karma, etc.... all the world's part of our parenting these days
    arabella Ella: :)
    Mickorod Renard: cool
Eos Amaterasu: in your mind, Mick?
arabella Ella: and I guess Canada is probably one of the most multicultural places in the world
    Mickorod Renard: yes..like most kids
Eliza Madrigal is now curious about refugee karma
    arabella Ella: :)
    arabella Ella: me too
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
Mickorod Renard: well,,now I have extracted the information I had best be going..he he

arabella Ella would love Eos to define (more or less) 'refugee karma'
Eos Amaterasu: not uncommon European karma - parents were refugees from Poland after WWII, one from concen. camp, another from POW camp
Mickorod Renard: but a lovely chat,,and thanks for sharing with me/us Eos
    arabella Ella: oh
Eliza Madrigal: Oh my goodness Eos
arabella Ella: sounds really really tough
Eos Amaterasu: then feeling they wanted to leave Europe, so took boat to CAnada (because we were denied travel to Belgian Congo - thank goodness :-)
Mickorod Renard: wow..quite an interesting history
    arabella Ella: :)
Eliza Madrigal: ah, so a lucky detour
Eos Amaterasu remembers the flying fish
Mickorod Renard: they followed your boat?
Eos Amaterasu: child of the world and its karma and circumstances
    arabella Ella nods
    Mickorod Renard: yes
Eos Amaterasu: including running into PaB here in SL :-)
    Mickorod Renard: he he he
    Eliza Madrigal: :)
    Eliza Madrigal: life living us
Eos Amaterasu: yes, one of life's branches waving
arabella Ella: you used to be at PH quite often didnt you Eos?
    Eos Amaterasu: PH?
arabella Ella: philosophy house - Nuba
Eos Amaterasu: Don't think I've been there....(?)
    arabella Ella: oh
arabella Ella: i used to be there quite a lot in the past here on SL
arabella Ella: and visited briefly last night before coming here to PaB
    arabella Ella: and i noticed
    arabella Ella: the contrast
Eliza Madrigal: I was there a few times, but PaB got me too :)
    arabella Ella: so peaceful here
arabella Ella: and there - seems like no one listens to anyone else
arabella Ella: and they are still at the same arguments repeated ad infinitum
Eliza Madrigal: yes... based on benefit of the doubt/sharing rather than debate/battle
    arabella Ella: exactly
arabella Ella: i found the contrast last night amazing
    Eliza Madrigal: yes?
arabella Ella: and it felt so peaceful here after PH noise and chatter

Eos Amaterasu: mabye also sharing our not knowing, as well as occasional shared knowing
arabella Ella: and our listening and our compassion and our empathy ... I hope
    Eliza Madrigal smiles, yes...beautiful observations
Eliza Madrigal: Thanks I feel that way too
    arabella Ella: :)
arabella Ella: it made me appreciate PaB so much more recognising the contrast
arabella Ella: one other thing - there is no power politics here
Eliza Madrigal: Oh, I noticed you guys, Mick and Ara, in the village... did you choose spaces?
    arabella Ella: ah
arabella Ella: just about to do so :)
    Eliza Madrigal: :) great
Mickorod Renard: I have found PaB to be ..well..just such a huge refuge from the complication to the clarity
    arabella Ella nods
Eliza Madrigal: Refuge that one can take with them
arabella Ella: Eliza if i may ask
    Eliza Madrigal: yes sure :)
arabella Ella: about the guardian plots
Eliza Madrigal: I really like it so far...feels warm and cozy... fun to wander to each others' homes
arabella Ella: what do you see as advantages?
    arabella Ella: :)
arabella Ella: and Eos you too?
Eliza Madrigal: and fun to be at home and walk over to PaB
    arabella Ella: cool
    Eliza Madrigal: :)

Eos Amaterasu: I see it as part of this experimentation and play ,and more occasion to "be" in a PaB way
    arabella Ella: yes
arabella Ella: i thought the lake next to your place looks so pretty Eliza
arabella Ella: was it there when you chose your plot?
Eliza Madrigal: thank you :) I didn't really choose my plot... asked to be next to Adams since

    --BELL--

Eliza Madrigal: we're always working on things
    arabella Ella nods
Eliza Madrigal: :) Adams chose to be next to the museum. Storm said he will prob. put in more waterways
arabella Ella: yes i read that in one of his emails
arabella Ella: i love the water
arabella Ella: on this little island i am surrounded by water
Eliza Madrigal: Then a good thing you like it! (giggles)
    arabella Ella: :)
Eos Amaterasu: There's a corner water plot available next to Pila's plot
arabella Ella: perhaps also as I am an earth sign
arabella Ella: yes i think Mick and I are keen on the two vacant plots next to Pila
Mickorod Renard: I have a place I call my own,,or shared private anyway,,and it is a small barrier t invisage the lack of privacy in respect to a plot on PaB land
    Eliza Madrigal: :) Nice
Eliza Madrigal: Mick, yes but you can keep the other too
Mickorod Renard: but I guess it wud be a plot that I would treat diferently
    Mickorod Renard: yes
Eos Amaterasu: I'm playing with just having a little forest clearing
arabella Ella: and Mick there is a different purpose for this plot as opposed to your other home
arabella Ella: is yours the lovely garden Eos?
    Mickorod Renard: yes,,exactly
arabella Ella: cos we saw so many i cant remember all of them
Eliza Madrigal: yes I saw where you are today, Eos...nice :)
Eos Amaterasu: Not really a garden - Paradise has a flower garden (she's a neighbor)
    arabella Ella: ah
arabella Ella: if it is the garden i saw it looks so pretty and colourful
arabella Ella: i know exactly what i would like on mine :)
    Eliza Madrigal is curious

Mickorod Renard: maybe that is what I could do with my plot..make a nice garden for anyone else to use as well as me
    Eos Amaterasu: :-)
    Eliza Madrigal: :) sounds lovely
arabella Ella: well i love tents ... bedoin style ... and lots of cushions and some colourful flowers
Eos Amaterasu: Pila has put up Tai Chi balls
Eliza Madrigal: I made my house mostly see through so that others can reach the water through it
arabella Ella: yes we used his Tai Chi balls the other day
Eliza Madrigal: Ooooo nice Ara :)
Mickorod Renard: yes, played with Pils's balls already
    Eliza Madrigal: hahahaha
    Eos Amaterasu: :-)
Eliza Madrigal: Mick you kill me
    arabella Ella: brit humour
    arabella Ella: :)
Eliza Madrigal: Shall we walk over? Have you guys gotten coordinates?
    arabella Ella: not yet
Eos Amaterasu: Storm's tavern is in the vicinity
arabella Ella: but good idea Eliza
    Mickorod Renard: yea
arabella Ella: oh does Storm have a tavern?
Eos Amaterasu: I have to leave for supper, but look forward to spending more time in the village
Mickorod Renard: yes,,I been in it before
Eliza Madrigal: Is that the chimney house Eos?
    Mickorod Renard: bye Eos
    Mickorod Renard: thanks
arabella Ella: bye Eos lovely to see you here too!
Eos Amaterasu: I'll walk over with you, though....
    arabella Ella: great
Eliza Madrigal: Night to the log :)
