That night in Rieul, I could only stay a few minutes, so I had asked Fael and Moon to stand in for me instead. Little did I know what burst of creative inspiration would hit them … as you will see in the log for the next session, six hours later. The remainder of this transcript is Moon speaking, and the title is his as well.
Getting a Email in the morning that Pema asked me to take over his 1 am session.
So i just arrived seeing Fael waiting at the Teahouse.

Fael Illyar: What are you making?
Moon Fargis: but first i have to prepare things for it… i made a gesture and i want to add some timed particle effects to it

Fael Illyar: there is a checkbox in the preferences, in the communication tab. “Send IM to Email”

Fael Illyar: I’ve been doing one every morning since I mentioned about it

Fael Illyar: the day before yesterday I meditated in the morning and experimented a bit doing it with my eyes open.
Moon Fargis: ah thats good, did you noticed something ?
Fael Illyar: Well, other than that it does make it slightly more difficult, not much. Although, after I stopped, I got this idea of trying to see how long I could keep the mental state and then ended up meditating based on whether I thought it was necessary instead of every 15 minutes.
Moon Fargis: ah
Fael Illyar: I think I’ve had a permanent feeling change after that in … well mental state is the best word I can think of
Moon Fargis: yes meditations increases your awareness often .. .wich doesnt mean you are much aware in rl that is another thing wich is just indirectly connected with it
Moon Fargis: when i speak from awareness i mostly mean the inner awareness
Fael Illyar: Yes, probably good idea to keep those separate :)

Fael Illyar: then yesterday I was at work and didn’t have my 15 minute alarms with me so I had to meditate when I noticed it’s necessary
Fael Illyar: When I returned and got taken unaware with the alarm (I’ve kind of conditioned myself to nearly automatically do it on them already, sort of worrying though), I noticed that I did manage to deepen the state a bit with it.
Fael Illyar: So I’m now doing them timed again.
Moon Fargis: well sounds intrestig really, i think as more you do them timed, as easier it will be for you to do it without a timer
Moon Fargis: btw what timer do you use?
Fael Illyar: cron ;)

Moon Fargis: so it beeps every 15 min ?
Fael Illyar: yes, I wrote a script to play a sound file and cron launches that every 15 minutes (well, I added exceptions so it won’t run it when I’m sleeping)

Fael Illyar: I was lazy so I tested it with a soundfile where someone says そうですよ (soudesuyo) at first to test it but then didn’t get around to changing it.
