I, Pema, was way too late for my session, that night at 1 am SLT.  When I finally managed to get in, I found Fael and Umbriel, but they told me that I hadn't missed much.

Fael Illyar: Hi Pema

Fael Illyar: SL has been tricky this morning :)
Pema Pera: First a dentist appointment that ran much later than anticipated, then SL was closed for all logins for quite a while
Umbriel Levenque: Yes I had problem logging in too
Pema Pera: you've been in here the whole time, or did you get kicked out?
Fael Illyar: not for long, no :)
Umbriel Levenque: No just got here...
Pema Pera: Have you been here before, Umbriel?
Umbriel Levenque: I was here at the last session and I know a little about PaB

Pema Pera: What do you think of the basic idea, of this 9-sec exploration every 15 minutes, does that make some sense?
Umbriel Levenque: Rather original to say the least

Pema Pera: we start at the end, in a way, and work our way back to the beginning
Pema Pera: first we integrate into daily life something
Pema Pera: and then we spend the rest of the time figuring out what that something could be
Pema Pera: so we all have in common that we don't know what we're doing, but we do know when we're doing it :-)

Pema Pera: if you feel like, it may be fun to try
Pema Pera: just for an hour a day, or a few hours, as you like, roughly every 15 minutes
Pema Pera: just to take a short break from what you're doing and put your mind in neutral, so to speak and see what happens

Umbriel Levenque: Yes, definitely something to think about and try out
Pema Pera: it doesn't take much time, that's one advantage :)
