Wol was standing at Pavilion and looked at her auto log recorder.

Pia Iger: Hi, Wol, are you testing?
Autologging: The recorder is ON, this session is being logged for PaB!
Pia Iger: cool, it becomes red when activated.
Wol Euler: sorry pia, I was afk
Wol Euler: hello
Pia Iger: Hi, I see it's recording
Wol Euler: umm, sorta.
Wol Euler: the GoC will still need to produce the log manually for another 10 days or so, this is just stress-testing :-)
Wol Euler: nothing like real-time usage to reveal where the problems are!
Pia Iger: I agree. no problem to continue 10 days manually.
Wol Euler: I shall sit and watch it today, probably not taking part much.
Pia Iger: do you have anywhere to see if it is recording now.
Wol Euler: yes, it turns red and the object text changes. There is an announcement in chat too, but that is easy to miss.
Wol Euler: it isn*'t actually recording as such yet, it just captures our conversation and sends it to a webserver. But the server isn't really doing anything more than verifying that the message arrives.
Wol Euler: there is no permanent record made (yet)
Pia Iger: I just wonder how we can be sure the recorded is the same as the actual conversation. how to verify the content recorded?
Wol Euler: hmmm. NO way at all really, except by comparing to our own logs. Just as at present, really: I trust thet GoC not to edit my words :-)
Pia Iger: heehe
Wol Euler: once the server is doing useful stuff, it will be possible to examine what it receives.
Wol Euler: that's why I wanted this running now, to give me a week or more to test exactly such questions.
Pia Iger: right.

We chatted a bit before Wol got a phone call.

Wol Euler: oh no, it's quite real (for certain values of "real"). Has a website and everything.

Pia Iger: back to depth, I feel PaB really widened my horizon. how to see life, how to live.

Pia Iger: for example, I never really see in RL people like Pema, who can open to so many people. and Stim, the way he talked about things, is very mind-opening to me
Umbriel Levenque: Yes, I have found interacting with people around PaB 'uplifting' and 'stimulating'

Somehow I got a metaphor in my mind.

Pia Iger: if I see life as a playground, I used to only stay in a small plot, now I can see others are playing in much bigger space.
Wol Euler: how about yourself, though, do you too have access to that larger place now?
Pia Iger: and found out that the playground is much bigger than I thought
Pia Iger: yes, now I realize the possibility to step out my little plot and explore the bigger area
Faenik: could be
Pia Iger: or now I know I can play differently from before!

Pia Iger: it is very natural and common, the afraid part.

Pia Iger: the group can help us to face the fear better, that is an advantage.

Wol Euler: like Adams was saying, practicing group interaction here in a "safe place"
Wol Euler: I think we are something of a support group for each other, if unintentionally so :-)

Pia Iger: we help each other to understand better what the fear really is, and we encourage each other, or we say ito each other, it is fine As Is, no judgment to our self.

Pia Iger: 'unintentionally' is good part. it all happens naturally, not manipulated, would be more effective. I figure.

Wol Euler: they express and move and delight and are sexy as hell :-)
Wol Euler: but the really good dancers _do_ very little.
