The Guardian for this meeting was Scathach Rhiadra. The comments are by Scathach Rhiadra.

I was alone for most of the session, then was joined by QT towards the end.  He had not planned on being there, but had found the oppurtunity to login for a short while......

    Scathach Rhiadra: Hello QT
    Qt Core: Hi Scath
Qt Core: how it is going (or how it went ?)
    Scathach Rhiadra: haha:)
Scathach Rhiadra: I'm fine, and how are you?
Qt Core: fine, found some spare minutes to come here
Qt Core: don't know how much they'll last
    Scathach Rhiadra: ah I understand
Scathach Rhiadra: RL is a hard task-master
Qt Core: even on weekends ;-)
Scathach Rhiadra: yes, sometimes even more so on weekends
Qt Core: yes, i was awokened half an hour before then in weekdays this morning ;-)
Scathach Rhiadra: almost makes you wish to be back at work, it can sometimes seem easier:)
Qt Core: i always say that, at leas physically my job is easier/lighter ;-)
Scathach Rhiadra: but I suppose there is the freedom to choose what to do, which you have in free time, not really in work
Qt Core: it depends on your obligation how much free time you have (and when)
    Scathach Rhiadra: true:)
Scathach Rhiadra: anything you would like to discuss?

The themes discussed in PaB sessions seem to keep poping up in our thoughts all the time - Awareness......

Qt Core: one of the best time for me to have it free is just in weekends morning , before others are awake
Scathach Rhiadra: ah, peace and quiet, to be with yourself alone
Qt Core: i have so many of the themes discussed here rolling in my head, mostly in an unconscious way and popping up here and there when/if i'm not fully dedicated to the task at hand
Qt Core: but i don't think it is a good time to start a serious discussion as i will be called away in minutes
    Scathach Rhiadra nods
Scathach Rhiadra: even sitting here alone, I have been thinking of a lot of those themes:)
Scathach Rhiadra: and I have noticed that when the bell for 90 second silence went, even though there is silence already, I felt compelled to stop the thinking for the time:)
Qt Core: i just stop thinking about the topic we are discussing, not stop thinking at all (that is quite hard for me, i have problem not thinking several thoughts a time let alone no one)
    Scathach Rhiadra: :)
Scathach Rhiadra: that is I think hard for all to do
Qt Core: i usually end up going up a level, thinking about thinking
Scathach Rhiadra: we spend maybe years meditating trying to really still the mind, to be able to just be, or it can happen in just a moment when we are not trying
Qt Core: i think i went there some time when doing the dead position in yoga class
Scathach Rhiadra: hmmm, can you say more
Qt Core: just laying on my back, i just knew i was awake and nothing more
    Scathach Rhiadra: ah:)
Qt Core: feeling my mind there, like an engine at its minimum refime
    Qt Core: regime
    Scathach Rhiadra: just 'aware'
Qt Core: and then hating the teacher for bringing me out of it ;-)
    Scathach Rhiadra nods:)

.....and 'Time'......  The expression I had recently read and quoted below, but this early on a Saturday morning, I could only vaguely remember it (apologies to Husserl!)

" The flow of the consciousness that constitutes immanent time..."  Husserl

Qt Core: (sadly i had no more time for yoga class)
Scathach Rhiadra: mmm, we miss so much because of time:)
Qt Core: we miss more because of lazyness (and i'm an expert at that)
    Scathach Rhiadra: :)
Qt Core: against time we could almost nothing, we choosed (heven choosed to have) to do something else, so we are relatively "guilty" for not doing this and that... lazyness make you really guilty
Qt Core: and this make me a little sad as i'm very lazy
    Scathach Rhiadra: :)
Qt Core: (i will be falyed alive as my previous passage imply the existence of time, right :-) )
Scathach Rhiadra: heehee, well we all live in the 'relative' world and have to handle the seeming existence of 'time' there:)
Scathach Rhiadra: I was reading something about time recently, came across a nice phrase, something like 'time is immanent in the flow of consciousness'
Qt Core: mmm, just the presence of the word flow imply the passing of time
Qt Core: is that phrase stil true if we take away that word ?
Scathach Rhiadra nods, so as consciousness arises, our perception of time flowing does too?
Scathach Rhiadra: time is immanent in consciousness?
Qt Core: as soon out mind touch something that is not a pure idea time is involved
    Qt Core: our
Qt Core: so no, maybe our pure consciousness doesn't depend on time... if it "stay on itself"
Scathach Rhiadra: mmm, like pure or sheer awareness
Qt Core: yes, but as soon you "doscover" the world around you... bam here the times come
    Scathach Rhiadra: yes!

.....and with that thought, Time caught up with QT.....

Qt Core: speaking of times coming... the time for me to go is arrived
Scathach Rhiadra: it has been very nice talking with you, have a great day QT:)
Qt Core: (i really liked this non planned to being there session)
Qt Core: you too, have fun
Scathach Rhiadra: sometimes the best sessions, the non-planned ones:)
    Qt Core: :) bye
    Scathach Rhiadra: Namasté
