Gaya Ethaniel: How are you finding PaB?
Eliza Madrigal: Enjoying it very much

Gaya Ethaniel: I can't quite remember but you found PaB via Kira?
Eliza Madrigal: No actually. I sit at zen retreat in the evenings, and first learned of PaB there I believe
Gaya Ethaniel: ah I see.
Eliza Madrigal: I had wandered around over here...but people hadn't been sitting
Eliza Madrigal: Then buddha nirvana and I came together one day as I recall..
Gaya Ethaniel nods. "It's not so busy in early sessions."
Eliza Madrigal: How did you find PaB originally?
Eliza Madrigal: (my typing is worse than usual today because I soehow had the impulse to attach fake nails...heh)
Gaya Ethaniel: Accidentally by a tp from Zen Retreat when we had the pavilion nearby.
Gaya Ethaniel giggles.
Eliza Madrigal: Ah! :)
Eliza Madrigal: The nails might be a good tool....maybe I'll type less...seem to want to jump into everything lately :)
Gaya Ethaniel: I haven't noticed you jumping in... :)

Eliza Madrigal: I've been here nearly every day at some point...sometimes twice. Maybe our timing is unmatched. the 1PM is tough to make, as are some weekends. :)
Gaya Ethaniel: I was doing much the same initially :)
Eliza Madrigal: Yes?
Gaya Ethaniel: I was here more or less everyday initially I meant. Well I had more free time too then :)
Eliza Madrigal: Yes...our schedules change. I'm certainly in a window that faciliates this right now...and am aware it is a window. :)

Eliza Madrigal: It seems like the window was carved out, in a way.

Gaya Ethaniel: And perhaps I was fortunate enough to seize it.
Eliza Madrigal: :) yes...taking hold of moments when they present themselves :)

Eliza Madrigal: The other day I attended an event at these gardens...and wandered around among sculptures....
Eliza Madrigal: One was a swing.
Gaya Ethaniel listens.
Eliza Madrigal: I was fine to play on...but of course no one was doing so....
Eliza Madrigal: It wasn't a children's event ...BUT...
Eliza Madrigal: I still got on the swing.
Eliza Madrigal: I don't think I would have done that 3 months ago

Gaya Ethaniel: Would you tell me why not 3 months ago?
Eliza Madrigal: I'm not sure "play" was a priority then
Eliza Madrigal: My faciliating my children's play, yes, but not allowing myself to play i the big playground of life :)

Eliza Madrigal: I'd become inward and grown up...unflexible I think.: ) PaB has reminded me to play...not just think about a time when I might get to

Eliza Madrigal: What was your experience when you first were here?
Gaya Ethaniel: Well... even laughing too much is frowned upon when one is 'grown up'.
Eliza Madrigal: yes...or too loudly
Eliza Madrigal can be quite "dignified" =P~
Gaya Ethaniel: ah... I was interviewed about it for PaB Chronicle if you care to read later. But essentially the spirit of the group remains more or less same I think.
