I arrived to an empty pavilion. 5 minutes later, Gaya pops in.

Fael Illyar: I'm well :)
Fael Illyar: although, didn't feel like getting up yet but :)

Gaya Ethaniel: How are you going with 'motivation'? Worked out yet?
Fael Illyar: a bit too vague question :)
Gaya Ethaniel: Last discussion I remember with you being around here was about motivation I think.
Fael Illyar: Ah, yes, I haven't had that sort of problems much anymore.
Gaya Ethaniel: ah :)
Gaya Ethaniel: Please share?
Fael Illyar: umm... Well, I can't even remember what the problems were that I did have :)
Gaya Ethaniel: :)
Gaya Ethaniel: The example we discussed was doing dishes.
Fael Illyar: Ah, yes, that. depending on the day a bit and how tired I am. I either just do them on an impulse and won't feel resistance at all or then I might find myself resisting it, which usually vanishes once I realize that.
Gaya Ethaniel: :) maybe explain more about that impulse?
Fael Illyar: I'm not sure if it can be explained more :) I go to kitchen, see the dishes, sometimes I just feel like walking there and doing them, sometimes I won't even notice them.
Gaya Ethaniel: ok :)
Gaya Ethaniel: There was really no problems ... I think.
Fael Illyar: the only "problem" was that I was making myself a rule to wash the dishes and then resisting the absoluteness of the rule :)
