Calvino Rabeni: It's a basic feature of this pavilion... a bell rings every 15 minutes followed 90- seconds later by another one .. the time between is suggested as a pause for meditation or mindfulness

stevenaia Michinaga: every morning I go through that with a simple cup of espresso, sometimes sweet, sometimes full bodies, hollow, acid, strong, and rarely... just perfection, the barresta needs help most of the time, but he reads my reactions well in my face, sometimes I let him have a sip so he understands, before he tries again
