stevenaia Michinaga: saw the UK writer's guild group
Bertrum Quan: Yes. I've attended a couple of their sessions.
stevenaia Michinaga: do you do the 9 second meditations and write notes?
Bertrum Quan: I've done that a number of times in the past.
stevenaia Michinaga: consistency is dificult for me
