Korel Laloix: We have a line of about 100 yards of them on one side of the property.
druth Vlodovic: four altogether, insurance companies know much more than surgeons, so it is nice to have confirmation that my doctor had it right

druth Vlodovic: ah,I remember the first time i was able to go outside and pick blueberries and put them in pancakes right away

Catrinamonblue Resident: Druth made raspberry waffles the other day and froze some, that was my breakfast this morn :)
Catrinamonblue Resident: we have our own raspberry bushes and froze berries from last summer

druth Vlodovic: where I came from the sides of the roads were covered in raspberry bushes,and we'd make forays every summer picking them, fill half our chest freezer with margarine tubs of them

Korel Laloix: Well, if you go berry picking while having your skin vulnerable to the thorns, it takes the joy out of it.
druth Vlodovic: it was when I had my most fun with my dad,who can be difficult at times
druth Vlodovic: having fun with men often means picking something else to concentrate on and just share time and common activity with them
druth Vlodovic: blackberries have the worst thorns, but is worth it :)

Korel Laloix: I tried some black berry wine once and did not care for it though.
Xirana Oximoxi: going slowly picking them is a strategy :)

druth Vlodovic: actually there wasn't much wrong with it except the coating and the cord
druth Vlodovic: for the coating I just keep some olive oil in a bowl and paint it before each waffle

Korel Laloix: I hope so, and I am praying for that.. but as things are, it is the correct thing to do.

Eliza Madrigal: I was amazed when moving from one place to another, the things that changed in daily habits just by virtue of rooms being in different spots
Korel Laloix: never thought of that.
Eliza Madrigal: have done this 3 times after extended times in one place
Eliza Madrigal: sometimes it is just a matter of sunlight coming more into a different room than before
Catrinamonblue Resident: moved a lot as a kid :) where I am now is the longest I have ever stayed in one house I kinda miss the thrill of discovering a new house

Korel Laloix: Except for a short time in shelters, this will be the third place I have lived.
Xirana Oximoxi: it depends a little if you move from a modern appartment to another... or from a place that has more personalitly, for exemple in a small village or so

Xirana Oximoxi: sometimes a new phase in life comes without changing the place

Eliza Madrigal: we're selling the house now actually, and I've been sort of hyper aware of what I'll miss - it is a process
Korel Laloix: Can't imagine moving when you have a whole family to work around.
Korel Laloix: When I was in ROTC, one of the instructors talked about how they move about every three years.. with all of their kids and pets.. can't imagein that.
Xirana Oximoxi: I'm not changing place, but feel like changing a lot of things in my life.... sometimes it's a confusing feeling, but also seen as a new way to discover
