    Lucinda Lavender: we did the whole think over the computer
    stevenaia Michinaga: the signing, it took me months of mailings to do mine and one real person with paper

    Lucinda Lavender: so how does this friday find you?
    stevenaia Michinaga: SL sucks my battery empty when I don;t plug in
    stevenaia Michinaga: first day in newly settled office
    Lucinda Lavender: ah! my battery is oldish and I have to leep it plugged most of the time
    stevenaia Michinaga: was very nice
    Lucinda Lavender: So glad to hear that it was nice...probably a relief.
    Lucinda Lavender: the refi completion is a relief for me too:)
    stevenaia Michinaga: the move wasn;t bad, only a block away, wheeled most of the things over
    Lucinda Lavender: wow...perfect!

    Lucinda Lavender: how long were you there?
    stevenaia Michinaga: well I had a very nice space but it bacame too much since I am now working alone with an intermittant intern
    stevenaia Michinaga: 5 years
    Lucinda Lavender: nodding...i so enjoyed your statements yesterday about the pencil...

    Lucinda Lavender: anyway, now I appreciate sharp pencils differently

    stevenaia Michinaga: moving across the paper with a point is a nice example of focus
    stevenaia Michinaga: ph the view is lovely, there is this amazing building across the street, I get to see the top of it
    Lucinda Lavender: curious what is amazing about it...?
    stevenaia Michinaga: I;m slowly trying to talk the owner into renovating it, it has 65 empty floors
    stevenaia Michinaga: 5
    stevenaia Michinaga: it;s been empty for decades
    stevenaia Michinaga: it is very narrow and each floor is different
    stevenaia Michinaga: topped with spires
    stevenaia Michinaga: and pediments
    stevenaia Michinaga: and scrolls
    Lucinda Lavender: ah...kind of interesting then...very cool! would love to see a picture
    stevenaia Michinaga: been looking forward to taking pictures

    stevenaia Michinaga: long and narrow with very nice stone exteror
    stevenaia Michinaga: and an amzing lobby
    Lucinda Lavender: many older building were placed that way wern't they?
    stevenaia Michinaga: I get to walk up 5 stories of marble steps, bearly make it
    Lucinda Lavender: good for the heart I guess
    Lucinda Lavender: narrow and deep on the lot?
    stevenaia Michinaga: yes
    Lucinda Lavender: How old?
    stevenaia Michinaga: 100 yrs more or less
