We have been taught to think of 'the moment' as a small slither of time, sandwiched between the twin vastnesses of past and future, but that is not quite right. Instead of calling it 'the moment' let's call it 'the movement', the real-time movement of life, the present movement of thought, sensation, feeling, sounds, smells, images, memory and dreams.
