Adelene Dawner: The first place you click is the 'center' and anyplace you click after that, it draws a line from there to the center.

Adelene Dawner: The three white balls on the lower left - upper is smaller, lower is larger, center indicates current size and will return it to the default weight if you click it

stevenaia Michinaga: but you can't draw where there is a line, jsut baod

Adelene Dawner: well, you can draw to or through a line, just can't start on one. Technical limitation.

Adelene Dawner: This isn't even properly beta yet - very solid alpha code, but I really still need to add features before I'd actually call it useable.

Adelene Dawner: That's not likely to be an actual feature though.

Adelene Dawner: Because setting it up for people who don't own prims to move those prims is tricky, especially when those prims are not actually linked as an object.

Adelene Dawner: But I'm poking at the 'linked as an object' and 'owned by the user' parts

Adelene Dawner: The intention is for this to be useable by people other than the person who owns it - it's not very useful otherwise

Adelene Dawner: So an owner-specific function isn't helpful.

Adelene Dawner: There's like 10,000 free prims here. We'll be ok. Yes, each line segment is at least two prims.

Adelene Dawner: You should have heard the prim counts yesterday, before I had it drawing lines between the points.

Adelene Dawner: And before I had thick lines.

Adelene Dawner: (And, for *practical* uses, you're mostly only going to see 40 or 50 prims out at once. Drawing complex stuff takes more prims)
