Kitanas Raviprakash: yep, being here, now means being where you are at this time ... past is done, future will take care of tiself

Moon Fargis: and now try to forget the terms present past and future

Pema Pera: what we try to do is to stop for 9 seconds roughly every 15 minutes -- have you tried that perhaps?
Fael Illyar: past, present and future are all imagination.
Kitanas Raviprakash: I found that I had more control over things and much less frustration when I practiced "here/now"
Kitanas Raviprakash: what it means is .. here = all places are here, now = all times are now. If that makes sense

Fael Illyar: See the stories as what they are, stories and it'll be no problem.

Kitanas Raviprakash: I've always had a sense of it, but it didn't become realized until I met a wiccan priest who taught me things before I moved on to other things

Pema Pera: That's great, Kitanas, to experience that -- yes, once you see that, it can help you for the rest of your life
Kitanas Raviprakash: I learned about "slowing" ... where, if you focus on the moment and take your time with it, everything else falls into place. Something else I need to make into a habit again
