Fael Illyar: the biggest trouble I've had is that the ways of my mother and father, when combined, became something a bit difficult to live with.

Fael Illyar: I feel like I've had a puzzle that was complete but is now missing a piece again.
Fael Illyar: (by the way, SL appears to have got a 5 minute delay before you can login again if you log out)
SophiaSharon Larnia: the kind of work you do, Fael, is very perfectionist oriented!

SophiaSharon Larnia: one misplaced character can throw you off completely
Fael Illyar: but perfectionism has been holding me back from creating more and does have me working on it for a long time before I'm happy with it.
SophiaSharon Larnia: perfectionism is based alot of other people's work or opinions

Fael Illyar: the first symptom was that, after my first wing design, I got afraid of doing any single move that would make the whole picture look worse if I couldn't see where it'd lead.
Fael Illyar: I had some trouble already with my second wing design and third one I spent literally months on and it still isn't what I think finished :)

Calvino Rabeni: Today - I finally rented a motorcycle and took off thru the mountains

Calvino Rabeni: On the top of the center mountain on the island there is a huge Budda
Calvino Rabeni: LIke the Jesus in Rio De Janiero
Calvino Rabeni: And there were thunderclouds in banks, lit by the setting sun

Calvino Rabeni: when it got dark, they had ligntning inside
Calvino Rabeni: And there was an evening deluge of rain with some thunderclaps

Yakuzza Lethecus: who´s going to get there ?
Paradise Tennant: smiles sounds dramatic .. use to see that up north some nights in the summer
Calvino Rabeni: There are some cicada insects that are *very* loud in the jungle
Calvino Rabeni: One of them struck me as I was riding the expressway
Calvino Rabeni: Or some similar insect, about the mass of a hummingbird
Calvino Rabeni: I passed a family of 3, plus their big black labrador dog, all on one small motorbike
Calvino Rabeni: About the buddha on the mountain, there was a tree with thousands of little bells on it
Calvino Rabeni: Each one a "donation" - you buy the bell, write your preayer / wish on the clapper, then hang it in the tree
Calvino Rabeni: So when the wind blows, thousands of little prayers call out on the mountain air
Calvino Rabeni: I like that means of getting funding - so everyone is then always participating in the aliveness of the place
Calvino Rabeni: Or your name is inside one of the millions of marble tiles used to veneer the immense statue
Calvino Rabeni: It's kind of playful - in some places there are huge footprints marked on the ground as if the giant budda were walking
Calvino Rabeni: OK, off to the session then :)
Calvino Rabeni: The footsteps fill up with small coins
