Eden Haiku: I love you too ;-)
Eden Haiku: We are on a good start...
    FcSeeker Resident: smiles
FcSeeker Resident: I'm not able to love all of the people ...
Eden Haiku: Neither am I, unfortunately...
FcSeeker Resident: we can yet feel compassion even when we dont love
    Eden Haiku: I'm practicing equanimity...
FcSeeker Resident: because the Love is 'there' even if it dont rise to love
Eden Haiku: Yes, compassion is the only other way
Eden Haiku: Yes, I believe that too.
Eden Haiku: Love is our true nature.
Eden Haiku: We swim in it.
    FcSeeker Resident: yes
Eden Haiku: Good morning Bleu :-))
Bleu Oleander: hi Eden, Hi Fc
    FcSeeker Resident: Hello Bleu
Eden Haiku: We have been talking about love ;-)
Bleu Oleander: awww, nice topic :)
Eden Haiku: About compassion, being love, swimming in love...
Eden Haiku: You know how loving is our little panda ;-)
    Bleu Oleander: :)
    FcSeeker Resident: (blushes)
Eden Haiku: Yesterday, I missed my teddy bear in RL....
    FcSeeker Resident: <3
Eden Haiku: I love teddy bears;-)
Bleu Oleander: what's not to love?
FcSeeker Resident: you've seen my profile that my gf is a teddy bear ?
Eden Haiku: No way, your gf a teddy bear? How cute!
FcSeeker Resident: Hokon holds her; she's almost always busy with her fur
FcSeeker Resident: but it's enough for me that she is <3
Eden Haiku: What's not to love Bleu? I have seen a little boy with a hard plastic dinosaur, that doesn't look to cuddly to love...;-)
    FcSeeker Resident: Hello Ewan
    Bleu Oleander: hi Ewan
    Eden Haiku: Hello Ewan ;-)
    Ewan Bonham: Hi Folks...:)
Eden Haiku: We have been discussing love, compassion and teddy bears ;-)

    A TARENTULLA

FcSeeker Resident: I just heared about a lady who has tarantella as the pet
    Eden Haiku: oh boy!
Eden Haiku: I had a boyfriend who had a scorpio as a pet...
FcSeeker Resident: it abandoned her home and sit's on this lady's head when she works with the computer
    FcSeeker Resident: <3
Eden Haiku: I wouldn't feel too comfortable with a tarentulla on my head...
Ewan Bonham: Actually, Tarantellas a re very good pets..
FcSeeker Resident: I used to be afraid of the spiders before, but not anymore
Ewan Bonham: Very tame and can be trained...:)

    A STONE

Eden Haiku: So, Bleu, next Art of Being will be on October 2nd I gathered...
Bleu Oleander: yes, I'll announce it soon
Eden Haiku: I'm so sorry I cannot participate this time. But there will be other times :-)
Bleu Oleander: yes, I hope so Eden
FcSeeker Resident: nice to hear that Ewan; 'today' I see tarantella as cute being
Bleu Oleander: you need to take care of yourself
Eden Haiku: I really need to stay away from any kind of stress. Yes, I do take a good care of myself.
Eden Haiku: I have intensified meditation practices and walks into the forest.
Ewan Bonham: Yes, our health and stability are all part of 'Being'...:)
Bleu Oleander: actually that's pretty good advice for all of us
Eden Haiku: I meditate with my left hand on a stone I found between Kheops and Khephren in Egypt, in the desert between these two pyramids.
Eden Haiku: It's a beautiful stone, the size of my hand, all smoothed and it looks kind of lustrous.
Ewan Bonham: Hmmm..wonder where that stone has been..and what it has seen...:)

    --BELL--

Eden Haiku: I'm going to ask the mineralogist in the village here to tell me what kind of stone it is.
FcSeeker Resident: thinking you have noticed his power
Ewan Bonham: What is the color?
Eden Haiku: It's a kind of granite with some other rock in it, golden. On one side there are concentric circles around a dot and it looks like an eye.
Bleu Oleander: bye for now everyone ... take care :)
    Bleu Oleander: c u soon :)
    Eden Haiku: Bye Bleu ;-)
    Ewan Bonham: Bye, Blue..:)
    FcSeeker Resident: waves to Bleu
Eden Haiku: And on the other side, it looks like an ear.
    FcSeeker Resident: <3<3<3
Eden Haiku: And the stone has this strangest "feel" to it.
    FcSeeker Resident: <3<3<3
Eden Haiku: It's very cold and it creates either zoom out into the cosmos
Eden Haiku: Or zoom in into my body and feelings
    FcSeeker Resident: 'the gate'
Ewan Bonham: Seems like it is other worldly...;)
    FcSeeker Resident: truly
FcSeeker Resident: not so many people know how much life the stones 'hold'/bring
Eden Haiku: I learnt during my initiatic trip in Egypt that the pyramids are antennas connecting with the stars yes...
Ewan Bonham: And aligned with them...:)
    Eden Haiku: Yes.
FcSeeker Resident: such knowledge which they hold would need huge computers to hold...
Eden Haiku: can't remember if it is Sirius or Orion...
Eden Haiku: Yes, funny you say that Seeker...
    FcSeeker Resident: not only those
    milakel Resident: hi :)
    FcSeeker Resident: hi Mila
    Ewan Bonham: Hi Mila..
milakel Resident: eden the poetess :)
Eden Haiku: This morning, it occured to me that the stone is a bit in the shape of a computer mouse (larger one) and that it was tapping into my inner computer so to speak...

    INNER COMPUTERS

    Eden Haiku: hello milakel dearest!!!
milakel Resident: *pets the panda* :)
Eden Haiku: We have been talking about... hummm... computers?
milakel Resident: oh, good topic :)
FcSeeker Resident: sorry I must go
    Ewan Bonham: And stones...:)
FcSeeker Resident: takes a humble bow
    FcSeeker Resident: namaste
Eden Haiku: Bye little adorable panda!
    milakel Resident: cu, fc
Eden Haiku: Always nice to talk to you...
Ewan Bonham: I too must leave...thank you...and will see you soon...:)
Eden Haiku: Bye Ewan, have a nice day ;-)
    milakel Resident: ewan :)
    milakel Resident: poof
    Eden Haiku: poof poof
milakel Resident: when are you going back to egypt?
Eden Haiku: To Egypt? No idea. IN French we say" jamais deux sans trois" (never 2 without 3) so I guess I might, one day, return...
    milakel Resident: heh
milakel Resident: thought you had plans

    --BELL--

    THE PHYSICAL BODY

Eden Haiku: But the plan is rather stay home for a while as my adrenal glands are kind of exhausted, so said my osteopath lately.
    milakel Resident: um...
Eden Haiku: I have been through a lot of transformative experiences lately, that takes a toll on the physical body...
milakel Resident: "They are chiefly responsible for releasing hormones in response to stress through the synthesis of corticosteroids such as cortisol and catecholamines such as epinephrine."
    milakel Resident: *hugs you*
    milakel Resident: :)
Eden Haiku: Yes. It means "too much adrenaline" in short.
    milakel Resident: does it hurt?
Eden Haiku: The cure is to rest. I'm lucky. I caught the condition before I got sick.
Eden Haiku: No. It's just an inbalance.
milakel Resident: interesting. never heard of an adrenaline overdose :)
milakel Resident: people usually complain about the lack of it
Eden Haiku: Well, that's my own understanding... I'm not a scientific as you know...
milakel Resident: you're scientifically poetic :)
milakel Resident: i wonder how science poetry would look like
Eden Haiku: I guess it doesn't mean I have too much. It's more like my adrenal glands are a bit depleted beacuse I'have been running on adrenatine for the last 3 years...losing my mom, moving, travelling to India and Egypt...
    milakel Resident: oh my
Eden Haiku: Being estranged from my sister for the last 3 years which is a HUGE source of stress
milakel Resident: yes, i'd think so

    CULTIVATING JOY,CALM AND SERENITY

Eden Haiku: So, I'm cultivating joy, calm, and serenity ;-)
milakel Resident: pab is the right place for it :)
milakel Resident: *takes a deep breath and relaxes*
Eden Haiku: takes a deep breath with you...
milakel Resident: funny how adrenaline is usually associated with something positive
milakel Resident: at least for me
Eden Haiku: It is but as in everything, too much of a good thing...
    milakel Resident: rollercoaster, parachute jumping
    Eden Haiku: Oh my God!!!
    Eden Haiku: I would die!!!
    milakel Resident: hehe
    milakel Resident: :)
Eden Haiku: Rollercoaster I like though, but parachute is so scary...
Eden Haiku: Though, I'm sure I would try if the opportunity happened...See, that's how I got into that state...
milakel Resident: i think you should find out how extreme sport athletes handle their adrenaline
    milakel Resident: eden :)
milakel Resident: i think you'd be fine
    milakel Resident: no 3 without 2 :)
Eden Haiku: Well, I see these warning signs as a good thing: I should just take a better care of myself.
    milakel Resident: yes, please, do
Eden Haiku: For about a year, I couldn't go on hikes or even long walks because I had tendinitis in a knee. Now, this is healed.
Eden Haiku: So it's a rediscovered pleasure to go in long hiking trips or just everyday walks in the forest.
milakel Resident: oh, too much walking?
Eden Haiku: No, no, that is the cure, not the source!
milakel Resident: yes, i once rediscovered how a simple quiet sleep is a bliss

    LISTENING TO THE TREES

Eden Haiku: Just sitting on a rock with moss in the forest, listening to the trees. It is so delightful!
    milakel Resident: fully agree!
Eden Haiku: Yes, I'm blessed with an easy and happy sleep ;-)
milakel Resident: sitting on rocks is not healthy though? :)
Eden Haiku: In the summertime yes, why not?
Eden Haiku: As the weather cools down I better watch out tho, you are right ;-)))
milakel Resident: eden, i sleep nicely most of the time. but not when you're hurt.
milakel Resident: yes, i had cold rocks in mind :)
Eden Haiku: Oh, no, I'm not hurt dear, don't worry...

    --BELL--

    TALKING ON THE BELL

milakel Resident: happy to hear that :)
Eden Haiku: I'm just freshly aware of the fact I have to thread carefully with my enthusiastic nature that makes me jump into all rollercoasters that happen to show up on my way ;-)))
milakel Resident: that's a nice attitude that many would like to have some :)
milakel Resident: i think most people miss out on the opportunities that come by
Eden Haiku: Like talking on the bell all morning as I have been doing today. Not even slowing down for inner consult at the signal...
    milakel Resident: hehe
    milakel Resident: ommm... :)
Eden Haiku: Yes, I see what you mean mila..
Eden Haiku: The cat just signaled she wanted to be let in, it's a gorgeous day. I will be heading for a short walk as we are going into the nearby town this afternoon for post office and ordered books. It was really nice talking to you this morning mila.
milakel Resident: ah, sounds lovely :)
Eden Haiku: Thanks for having been such a good listener ;-))
    milakel Resident: enjoy the walk
milakel Resident: thank you for being here :)
Eden Haiku: See you soon ;-)
    milakel Resident: bye!
