oO0Oo Resident: I don't keep track of my own session patterns, and I think more of the times, rather than the Guardians, as I would not like to choose on how comfortable I might feel
Korel Laloix: My evenings are typicaly for course work and running.
Korel Laloix: I find if I get on SL in the evening, it tends to kill the evening... grins

Korel Laloix: I try. but sometimes I realy fail big... smiles
oO0Oo Resident: comes with trying.. and I have some "really fails" on record

Korel Laloix: Well, when classes are in.... I review my notes with a leasurly breakfast.. and I find that really gets my brain going.
Korel Laloix: THen I go to class. I managed to get al my clases in the morning again.
Korel Laloix: THen I go to work.... and after I get settled in, I look at my notes from teh clases.

Korel Laloix: It lets me keep my job.. I go part time when the semester is going.
Korel Laloix: I do some studying at work, but not much.
Korel Laloix: When I get home, I usualy go run.
Korel Laloix: Then have dinner while I start studying.
Korel Laloix: And that is the general flow.
oO0Oo Resident: Does that run wash away energies from the day?
Archmage Atlantis: Interesting, Korel.....when I returned to finish my degree, I did almost the same thing......I went in at a regular time, studied in the library between classes, then wen to my job in the late afternoon.
Korel Laloix: I find for me, three contacts a day on a subject realy gets it into my brain.
Archmage Atlantis: Of course I was older and more organized then than than when I went right out of High School.

Archmage Atlantis: When I went through my worst financial, life difficulty time.....I lived in a 1 room daily place with ppl who played loud rap music in the middle of the night
Archmage Atlantis: I can understand a bit how frustrating it is
Dash Earthboy: yah, so you appreciate what sleep deprivation can do

Dash Earthboy: last shelter i was at, a big guy with loud snoring and vocal dreams kept 8 other guys awake most nights
Dash Earthboy: i've been on road with other musicians who I could sleep through their sounds
Archmage Atlantis: I know that guy.....he must move from shelter to shelter
Dash Earthboy: but some sounds are just too annoying...oh and he vibrated the room with his deep voice
