     Browsing to most of the big popular sites (Wikipedia, reddit, google, thinkGeek, Wired, etc.) gave the blackout protest that Arch was mentioning.

Riddle Sideways: Has it's supposed representatives voting to censor/block any IP address that the Government/Big business says that they want blocked.
Riddle Sideways: Imagine our wiki's ip address removed from DNS because we have foreign elements among the membership.
Riddle Sideways: Imagine Apple having Amazon blocked because it sells Apple products cheaper then their website.
Riddle Sideways: Compare that China blocks their citizens from some URLs.  Well us would too.
