Paradise Tennant: I would say I have had an extraordinarily judgemental week so far

Paradise Tennant: was a wonderful theme for me to observe
stevenaia Michinaga: sometimes is just a matter of making yourself aware of what was always there
Paradise Tennant: what were your judgements
stevenaia Michinaga: I spoke of it earlier this week, but I am the chair of a building code appeals Board and had to rule on an appeal with some others on some variances they were requesting on an existing building

Paradise Tennant: oh I would say .. it was eventful :) and I am commencing a long weekend whereby I hope to drop it :)

Tess Aristocrat: judging ourselves..judging this and that..or it could be just cataloging a bit?
Tess Aristocrat: I mean, we have to draw some sort of reference to draw from
stevenaia Michinaga: decisions about anything usually come from some degree of judgement
Tess Aristocrat: sure ㋡
stevenaia Michinaga: you choose what you weigh
Tess Aristocrat: ha!
Tess Aristocrat: I highly doubt that
stevenaia Michinaga: or what you don’t want to weigh
Tess Aristocrat: right, and there are literally thousands walking around obese because they want to be :P
stevenaia Michinaga: I'm not sure they care, but those who judge them do :)
Paradise Tennant: just reading an article about the suspicion that the newly engineered wheat that is used now a days has a protein in it that over stimulates appetite
Tess Aristocrat: but there are so many that want to lose weight...
Paradise Tennant: so no wheat .. no over eating ..
Tess Aristocrat: aha!..makes a note!

Paradise Tennant: actually not that hard to eliminate out of your diet .. still leaves lots of good stuff
Tess Aristocrat: I started a new thing..started taking a probiotic every morning
stevenaia Michinaga: yogurt?
Tess Aristocrat: no, just a capsule
Tess Aristocrat: full of a million bacilli

stevenaia Michinaga: I've been eating yogurt, changes my digestion

Tess Aristocrat: we need probiotics

Tess Aristocrat: I mean, some people know better, but some don't
