The Guardian for this meeting was Paradise Tennant.  Participants included Xs,  Lucinda and Sakito who stood nearby listening ;)

Lucinda Lavender: Paradise...what is your dress made out of?
Paradise Tennant: funny I like this one too sort of .. spoofy :))

Xs Andree: I should have written instead of setting up my store again.

Lucinda Lavender: I am slowing down from a tusy week
Lucinda Lavender: busy week
Paradise Tennant: nice feeling slowing down :))

Paradise Tennant: I have some 10 possible 12 folks coming to stay this weekend ..took the day off to prepare and ended working from home instead so now am going to be either up very late or up very early :))) but it is all good :)) looking forward to a fun weekend

Paradise Tennant: yes ! nice to be with friends :) we will cook together :)) go for walkabouts,  shop at farmer's markets .. go art galleries  maybe do the antique market

Paradise Tennant: yes sigh I know I have been on the phone today off and on with business associates in new jersey and nyc
Paradise Tennant: some horrible stories

Lucinda Lavender: very hard to imagine
Lucinda Lavender: just how challenging it is
Lucinda Lavender: every one in different phases of having a "normalcy"
Paradise Tennant: large areas without power, or cell reception working hospitals or gasoline
Paradise Tennant: there is lots of food and water but some people are having trouble getting to it
Paradise Tennant: they have evacuated a lot of the hospitals because they have no power
Lucinda Lavender: shaking my head
Paradise Tennant: the few gas stations that are working off of generators have line ups several miles long
Paradise Tennant: enormous amounts of food spoiled
Paradise Tennant: really really horrible

Paradise Tennant: stev and his wife are all ok :)) they have power heat food but no internet and his phone is working :) they were lucky had a big tree come down happily not on the house :)
Lucinda Lavender: that is good...
Lucinda Lavender: a tree on the house...hard
Lucinda Lavender: I guess the North West is sending tree choppers
Paradise Tennant: yes it broke away from the house really lucky landed in the street
Paradise Tennant: I would bet the tri state arbourists are working around the clock
Lucinda Lavender: yes!
Lucinda Lavender: well the weekend with friends will be good then
Paradise Tennant: yes some I have not seen in a while like having weekend parties much better than just having folks in for dinner
Paradise Tennant: you really get to spend time together
Lucinda Lavender: very satisfying
Lucinda Lavender: enough time
Lucinda Lavender: like a retreat
Paradise Tennant: yes ! a friend retreat !
Lucinda Lavender: urban retreat
Lucinda Lavender: maybe some one will have a special dream
Paradise Tennant: yes I put urban adventure on the invite but .. urban retreat would work just as well
Lucinda Lavender: :)
Paradise Tennant: I bought new dream journal luci . fresh crisp pages :) to write them down
Lucinda Lavender: :))

Lucinda Lavender: who knows what will come to resied there
Lucinda Lavender: reside
Paradise Tennant: yes loved that book by robert waggoner there are lots of other great books in his index
Lucinda Lavender: great to know about him:)
Lucinda Lavender: I have not remembered any dreams recently except on the day the storm started
Lucinda Lavender: where a young man was stirring the air with two hands in two opposing directions
Paradise Tennant: listens
Lucinda Lavender: that was the whole thing.
Lucinda Lavender: like stirring two different spaces of air
Paradise Tennant: what did it feel like ?
Lucinda Lavender: no judgement or feeling from my end that I could identify
Lucinda Lavender: just seeing him stirring.
Lucinda Lavender: a young many of his twenties
Lucinda Lavender: man
Lucinda Lavender: then I woke

Paradise Tennant: do you remember your dreams xs ?
Paradise Tennant: hiya sakito .. would you like to sit with us ?
Paradise Tennant: smiles
Paradise Tennant: I have a dream :))
Lucinda Lavender: wonderful!
Paradise Tennant: I am sitting in kind of grey cloud
Paradise Tennant: I can hear water lapping
Paradise Tennant: and muffled conversations
Paradise Tennant: some sound distant some are nearer
Paradise Tennant: they sound just ordinary ..but I cannot make out the words clearly just get a general feeling about the nature of what they are saying
Paradise Tennant: and then just the funny feeling I am part of all those conversations . kind of a designated listener
Lucinda Lavender: :))
Paradise Tennant: and I get worried that I am suppose to be really listening but I cannot seem to hear them clearly
Paradise Tennant: so I stand up and try to move towards the sound
Paradise Tennant: and as I start to move .. the dream dissolves
Lucinda Lavender: interesting...

Lucinda Lavender: it feels like that sort of in between consciousness
Paradise Tennant: I guess half in a dream
Lucinda Lavender: the heightened awareness in dreams too

Paradise Tennant: yes !
Lucinda Lavender: welcome back
Paradise Tennant: funny how in dreams we are not so separate .. the boundaries blur
Xs Andree: I don't remember my dreams very much, no. I think that i don't have many either. I've been dreaming more lately, or remembering that I've dreamed, but I don't remember what I dreamed
Lucinda Lavender: like someone has opened a window
Lucinda Lavender: and the fog comes in with others conversations part of it
Paradise Tennant: hmm usually I am the same but lately have been telling myself before I fall asleep that they are important and trying to remember more
Paradise Tennant: yes like the conversations were woven in the fog I guess
Xs Andree: I've had a few dreams before I fell asleep
Paradise Tennant: waking dreams
Xs Andree nods
Lucinda Lavender: we are dreaming more of the day i hear ...as well
Lucinda Lavender: there were some recent statistics I do not have at present
Lucinda Lavender: but that might also explain the waking dream feeling and the dream images that happen immediately as we hit the pillow
Lucinda Lavender: I have some nice words for thinking about going to sleep...
Lucinda Lavender: Traveling in the darkness in order to resonate with the tension between the seen and the unseen...as the energies expose themselves.
Lucinda Lavender: Words from a book and teacher I know
Lucinda Lavender: I must go for now
